I am very happy with my haircut. Mirek is the best ever! I am very particular with my hair and he does a perfect job! They look very healthy and are still long! He is the only one I trust! I really recommend this hairdresser! Always very satisfied.

Been here twice now and will make this my regular hair salon. All the hair stylists are very good. Sophie cut my hair this time and she spent time washing, cutting and asking me how I wanted it styled. Friendly service and polite staff.

I always go to hair candy to get my nails done and they are the BEST!- wouldn’t go anywhere else. Never chip and the nail techs are so friendly and always do exactly what I ask for in terms of nails designs. 100% recommend.

I booked an appointment yesterday morning 27/10/21 at 11:00 am for an pedicure for myself and my boyfriend had an haircut. We were late like 5-6 minutes late, but it wasn’t a problem at all for them. The girl on the door was very polite. ⭐️Mirak ⭐️the hairdresser who cut my boyfriend hair was absolutely 😻 amazing and so professional, smiling at us always very polite and friendly. 👎🏻Doina👎🏻 the Moldovian nail technician was rude, after my boyfriend’s haircut was done he came next to me and we try to talk to her and she didn’t even look at us. We asked only 1 question and we didn’t get answer!!! I find out that she is from Moldova and we asked her if she does speak russian because I do speak as well. No answer. I mentioned about the salon how nice looking is and everybody is so nice here must be nice to work in this place. She didn’t comment. I felt like I’m disturbing her and I stop. Super ignorant, wasn’t happy doing my pedicure. Keep hurting me even if I was making noises didn’t say sorry or stop. I wouldn’t never ever want her to do my pedicure again. Her vibe doesn’t fit this place so negative. We left the salon without saying anything we didn’t wanna argue because we were in rush for our lunch and we didn’t wanna be in a bad mood because of her. I will definitely ask next time for someone else to do my pedicure. ✨The place is very nice and beautiful . The atmosphere is great the salon is always very clean. But even one negative vibe definitely effect that

When I arrived at Hair Candy, everyone was so warm & friendly, it was a lovely atmosphere. I had a blow dry & style with a lovely girl first, she did a great job. & then had a facial with Vanisha, & it was INCREDIBLE. Not only was the facial itself spot on, so relaxing and it was a beautiful environment in the treatment room, Vanisha herself is an angel!!! Her soothing, beautiful energy made the experience so healing & uplifting & I felt so comfortable & relaxed. The products she used were all vegan & smelled insanely delicious. My face came out looking & feeling so fresh & new! Its still feeling amazing a few days later. Wonderful birthday treat. Thank you so much! I'll be coming back!

I had an Eyebrow tidy, pedicure, and hair wash and trim Clean. Great service. Love my haircut. Pedicure fell short due to no proper foot, ankle and calf massage. I will certainly use Hair Candy in the future.

Very professional and friendly service. The lady who did my hair made me feel very comfortable and did exactly what I asked for. Went for a wet cut and she kindly dried my hair off nicely so I could see exactly how she framed it around my face. Glad to see they have a loyalty card scheme too as I will be back. I've been here to get my eyebrows and beauty treatments done on multiples occasions. I have always had an amazing experience here, I really wouldn't go anywhere else now. Chelsea is lovely, very friendly. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and gives her all to give me exactly what I ask for & her standard of work is impeccable!! Regards to the environment it's perfect. Very welcoming, this is important to me as when going into a salon I want to feel comfortable. If I could give them more than 5* I would & I HIGHLY recommend Chelsea for any beauty treatments!! As I said I wouldn't go to any other salon now.

This is my go to for great manis and pedis. I love Tina and my daughter loves Diona so we go together on occasions. Their luxury option was well needed and received after lockdown - a real spa experience. They even made sure they got my Hermes orange gel polish! Merek and Kinga give great blow drys too 🧡

It was great to go back to Candy today, after all these lockdown months! Lisa and team are always so caring and looked after myself.. from eyebrows threading with Vanisha, to a new luxury manicure (to include a lovely fizzy watermelon drink), that I would 100% recommend.. thank you, that’s exactly what I needed after a long day at work!

I had a facial which came with a complimentary 20 minute massage and I absolutely LOVED it! best facial I've ever had and the massage was amazing. The lady was kind and listened to me when I described my problem areas, then proceeded to make sure she concentrated on these areas. The atmosphere was relaxing and I will definitely be coming back!! I am new to the area which can be quite daunting when trying to find a new therapist. I was in the salon getting nails done and asked if they could fit me in for eyebrows, I was told the therapist was fully booked. Chelsea was in the background and overheard, she said she would squeeze me in after my nails which I was so great full for. She has done a great job ever since and today I enjoyed an amazing massage and brand new eye treatment that looks brilliant. She is also the friendliest person I have met in Wanstead. So easy to talk to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love the new look and size of the room too 😀

Would highly recommend Hair Candy. I had both a manicure and pedicure before I went away on a 3 week holiday, both lasted and looked great the for entire time I was away. I have to give a special mention to Chelsea (the beauty therapist at the salon) who is amazing! I hate having waxing done but Chelsea was friendly and professional making the dreaded waxing thing actually no problem at all - thank you Chelsea x.

The best part was meeting Chelsea, she has transform my eyebrows, I don’t even need to pencil them in. She also gave me the best facial I have ever had and £35 a go,it’s more then reasonable. I had my first visit to hair candy on sunday and wow what can I say, the customer service alone is worth 5*! I went there after a different salon that completely ruined my eyebrows. They looked terrible, I felt terrible and I didn't think anyone could revive them... that's when a friend of mine recommended hair candy and Chelsea to me & thank god they did. She done an absolutely amazing job, I walked out of Hair candy feeling so much better, fantastic in fact. Chelsea sat down with me to find out exactly what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it done..she was very patient and made me feel at such ease. Not to mention how amazing my eyebrows looked once she was done, safe to say I was over the moon and have definitely found my new salon, & I look forward to visiting them in the near future. Chelsea @ Hair Candy, has been threading my eyebrows for a year now, and I would honestly not let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I spent years going to different beauticians, which eventually left me with thin and badly shaped eyebrows. When I first visited Chelsea, she told me exactly what we would need to do to get them thick again, and that it would take time and might not look like I want them at first but that we would get there! She was absolutely right, 12 months later I’m so happy with my eyebrows and they just keep getting better every time I visit. I’ve also had 6 aromatherapy facials and LVL lash treatment twice. I’m addicted to the facials, Chelsea makes me feel super relaxed for an hour while she cleanses and moisturisers my face with such lovely natural products, it always leave my skin feeling amazing, and the best part is the oil head massage that comes with it. Chelsea really knows what she’s doing, and I’m so glad to have found her otherwise my eyebrows would still be a mess!

Chelsea D. Is so friendly and professional. I cannot recommend her service higley enough. I have had Lvl lashes done by Chelsea, which I love. Also Chelsea’s massage and facial treatments are the best I have ever experienced. She is truly skilled in her profession and she really makes you feel special and pampered. I don’t understand why someone will be so rude leaving a bad review when she is definitely the best. She is so welcoming and she took her time to ask questions so she could me a facial that was just right for me and for my skin. Anyone who gives a bad review to this lady is definitely a lie. Maybe miss Patel is bored or feel thereatened by her, because she is one of the best beautician therapist in Wanstead. It’s a lovely salon but they charged me £10 extra just because my hair is long and I only cut off 2 inches. As they said it would be £25 for my hair and at the till they then said it would be £35. I would definitely recommend double checking the price.

I have been doing eyebrows for a long time, you only have too look at my reviews on our Facebook page to confirm have many satisfied and loyal customers I have. First off all you came in after whoever did your eyebrows before and told me how messed up they're and looking at them I agreed, we spent time talking through what I was going to do as I could already see you was quiet stressed out. You was expecting a unrealistic outcome that could not be achieved without time and patience, both eyebrows were completely different. To blame me for someone else's bad work is unfair and your attitude was not just hostile but threatening and I asked you to leave and you didn't like it. As for pencil thin... if I got a pound for every time aI have told a client to grow their eyebrows I would be very rich. Point I'm making is I do not make eyebrows thin. Your comment is laughable. You already had thin eyebrows. @virginija Galinauskaite
