N. S.I am a regular customer at HCMedSpa for years and I've always been happy with the customer service and the punctuality of the appointments. I always go here for eyebrow threading. Vienna was the best and I'm so upset to hear she's no longer working here. She would notice small details that others would usually ignore, and give advice on how to make my eyebrows more symmetrical.
However, recently it's been impossible for me to actually book an appointment as nobody ever picks up the phone every time I call, which is really annoying on the customers perspective. Or they leave a voicemail, but of course when I call back, no one picks up. And by the time I finally get through to someone, the person I want to book with is fully booked when I've been trying to call and book an appointment since a week ago to avoid being in this exact situation. This is really frustrating.
K. D.I've been coming here for quite some time and I have always had a really positive experience. I've had regular laser hair removal, eyebrow threading and facials. I think the standard is very high all round and I've never had a problem with punctuality. The reception staff are all particularly welcoming and helpful. I've no idea how anyone could make a negative review about this place
n.Have been here for waxing before & currently doing my laser hair treatement, there have been a few hiccups here and there regarding my package but the lovely ladies are super professional & helpful to get it out of the way! Very clean and they follow safety protocols for Covid-19. Great value for money too! Would recommend.
S. P.I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years and I have to say It doesn’t matter which of the lovely ladies does them they always look fab! I’ve recently started a course of laser hair removal as well and equally a great service! I’ve always found everyone to be polite and helpful, the only issue is sometimes they are so busy you can’t get an appointment haha!
F. H.I have been visiting HC MedSpa since it was formally called Hena Salon so a very long time! I have always been really happy with all the different types of treatments I have had by friendly and qualified beauty technicians. I would also say compared to many City salons prices are also very reasonable for the type of service you receive.

Had 4 treatments so far, however had to pause for 2 months now as going on holiday and getting some tan. Absolutely recommend the clinic and what is also amazing is the fact that you can also have your nails done in the same place. It has been saving me lots of time.

It combines a mixture of products and the Clearlift laser tool to lift the skin, smooth out the texture and give it a radiant boost. The feeling of the tool is slightly uncomfortable to start with, but once you get use to it, it is fine and actually quite relaxing with the heat. I would highly recommend this facial before big events as it will definitely leave your skin feeling and looking great.
