V. B.It has been two months since my visit to Hedz, and my hair still looks like it was newly cut. It's amazing! I don't know what Tony did, but he certainly achieved something with my hair that no other hairdresser has done before.
The service is also amazing. They really took care of me from the moment I entered.

R. J.I tried this salon after not being happy with others I’ve been to and decided to go local. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and friendly the couple are compared to some really rude female Hairdressers in their 20s that I’ve come across. They made me feel very welcome. After being disappointed with my hair cuts for the last few years, finally I was happy and the price was reasonable! Tony seemed to know exactly what I wanted and didn’t flatten my hair with straighteners like Hairdressers normally do. I would give 5 stars but they were running late so I had to wait a while before I was seen. Definitely going back and would absolutely recommend!

N. H.This is a really lovely salon. Yaya is a wonderful beautician - she really puts you at ease, always makes you feel like you've been pampered and treated like a VIP. Her facials are fantastic, the microclear facial has really helped the texture of my skin. She also talks you through lots of products that may be beneficial to you with no pressure to buy and actually is always trying to keep the costs down for you. I have also had my hair cut here by Tony and was incredibly happy with it - he did exactly as I asked. Really warm, professional staff, great value for money and a lovely feel to the place. Highly recommend.

L. L.I've been coming here for many years. Great staff and service at Hedz. Tony is excellent hairdresser. Don't confuse Hedz with other hairdressers nearby! At least one other reviewer has done that and scored Hedz low in error.
H. N.Great shoulder length bob cut and styling but wasn't happy with colour lift, which on my Asian hair has turned into a brassy orange. Owner was professional and tried to fix it but the balayage technique itself was not done to my taste, being of around 60% lightened hair in a chunk near the bottom. It was then suggested that toner could be applied at an extra cost of £20 to darken it, which seemed unfair, since I showed photos of what I wanted before the colouring process and gave a further verbal reminder that I wanted subtle colouring. Total cost was £85, which seems expensive for what I received. Really wanted to give five stars as stylist was lovely and kind and the cut itself is beautiful, but I feel like more attention could have been paid to what I requested regarding colour.
