G.Just had my nails done here and wanted to do a review, because it was such a good experience..! This may be the best set of nails I have had. I have never received such thorough service before, and the technician had an incredible eye for detail. He genuinely cared about what I wanted, made sure I was happy along the way, and corrected some errors and damage that had been done by a very rushed job from another salon, the last time I got infills. The staff are very friendly, the music was great, the decor is lovely, and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Will definitely be going there from now on..!
O. N.I just received the best full set I’ve had in London: It’s not just the impeccable nails that have me staring at my hands right now, it’s the experience I had. From start to finish, it was pleasant and easy. Paige was lovely and professional! The salon has all the colors & trendy designs you could pretty much ever want. Overall, just incomparable when it came to customer experience or quality of work. This place is it 😌💅🏾
s. b.Most chill and accommodating nail salon!! Made me feel so welcome and my nail technician stayed an hour over to get my nails just right! Nails are not cheap or rushed, it has been two weeks and my nails have been in pristine condition and still look so appealing!
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting such amazing nails at a good price!!!

S.I used to go to a different salon for the same value thinking the price was affordable (since this is a luxury service, not a necessity) and always got bad service, thought I couldn't really complain for the price until I found house of nails. I am definitely not going anywhere else now, salon is clean, they tell you real time expectations for the next appointment rather than saying 'yes we have space now" and making you sit for an hour waiting, not pushy in terms of service/extra price, technicians are polite and I love my new mail set. Also the first nail salon I have seen packing their tools, which I am assuming that means they run through an autoclave or any other type of sterilisation from customer to customer.
