Its really a good salon. First few times I went my nails were literally perfect. Really knowledgeable staff in there and work quality is usually very good. But the last few times ive been, they keep putting me with Yen, i think. She is nice but she proper rushes your nails for no reason. For £40+ a visit, it really annoyed me - plus i booked to see someone else. She does one thin coat of shellac and my nails are always uneven. The shellac tips were peeling off within the week.

Extremely happy.. I got to have my nails done (SNS) with Hana.. she’s friendly and lovely.. there’s also another friendly staff.. I definitely will come back to them again for my next nails treatment!! Excellent service!

Brought my cousin to get his first pedicure for his birthday. He left the shop walking on clouds. He is going to join me as a regular for his monthly treatment Highly Recommend! I personally get my nails done here as well. Always on time, friendly and clean. The girl with the bun is also very funny. 😂

If you are looking for nails that have that 5 * look and feeling fabulous then I suggest coming here. The shop looks great and Hannah & co make you feel welcomed. I’ve been going to HoV for years, from pedicures to full set ombre’s, they are so good at what they do & know how to please customers, they are very professional and they really look after their clients. Lan always does my nails, & I always leave with a smile on my face! The best nail salon in South East! ❤️

I’ll be real, the only thing I would not get here is a Pedicure, I’ve been better places, where they actually remove all the dead skin from your feet. I saw a comment from them, saying you should ask if you want more removed, that question shouldn’t need be asked, it should be already done until there isn’t any dead skin left, I can blatantly see and feel the dead skin on my feet. coming home it literally looks like I just painted my toes which was the only decent thing about it, I have to get a pedicure again some where else, I’m so annoyed with that. The manicure was better (a different person), not perfect... but it’s decent, even though the person looked fed up and was annoyed every time it got smudged.

I had my nails shellaced when I went to India for 6 weeks and it lasted so well. It was still in great condition when I came back and had it removed. The team is very welcoming and the salon is clean for Catford. The price is very reasonable and I told all my friends and customers to come here who have also been so happy

This is the best nail salon, hands down. I’ve been going here religiously! I get so many compliments regarding the flawless shape and style of my nails all the time, you could not get any better nails done. They always remember your name, have a loyalty card system and look after you with teas and coffees etc while you’re there. It’s like a mini spa!

I've just moved to Catford and was worried I'd have to spend ages looking for a nail salon I'd like, but after coming to House of Vanity I'm not going to go anywhere else. The place has been under new management for the last few months and I got to have my nails done by the new manager. She listened to what I wanted then advised me on how optimise the design I wanted and I'm very happy with the final result. Looking forward to going again! P. S. As an added bonus they offered me a hot drink as soon as I sat down which is a very nice touch!

I’ve had a pedicure here and SNS twice, all by different people and every time it’s been excellent. Staff are great and friendly offering modern techniques. What I really appreciate as well is I’ve heard them recommending treatments to customers based on their nails and not what’s the most expensive.

By far the best nail salon in South East London. The staff are extremely friendly. Not only that but they are really attentive even during busy hours. Their work is incredible. Words can't describe how lovely this salon is! Take my word for it, and you won't regret any last minute of it! Props to the workers, they are absolutely wonderful people!! Great service and even better nails! I’ve been going to House of Vanity for a few months now and can confidently say I will never go to another nail salon. All of the staff at HoV are professional and great at what they do, which is extremely rare to find in London. The added ability to book an appointment is extremely convenient and ensures I’m in and out in a timely manner in line with my schedule. A specific recommendation for Kelly as she’s my usual technician but I have also had Nhung and the others do my nails on occasion to the same high standard. Definitely recommend! Keep it up girls :)

The girls in this shop are lovely and their service is 10/10! Always greeted warmly and with attentive service even during busy hours. The quality of service and the shop cleanliness is the best I’ve seen and I’ve been to many nail shops in London. The place to go to if you want nail extensions / SNS or a top quality mani pedi. I’ve tried them all and always recieve compliments on my nails!

The people who work there are so nice, they ask you about your day and have a actual conversation with you. I booked online so there was no wait, their shop is very organised and clean I love my nails so much the man that did my nails took his time and took pride in what he was doing, I will definitely be going back.

This place is great and beautiful quick mani pedi with gel but its just really scary that when they dry your nails they put the machine on the rim of the water recipient where you soak your feet. Not an entirely safe feeling and the water needs to be drained.
