The facial was very thorough and included a whole range of different treatments which I really enjoyed. Overall I think it was good value for money and a really luxurious treat. Highly recommend.

The lash lift and tint can be fiddly but no irritation from the perm solution, a testimony to the brilliance of my beautician, Ashlyn. My pedicure was so relaxing, in front of the beautiful fire and I could have spent the rest of the day being pampered in this very special place. I have been going here for several years and the standard of service is always exceptional. It’s 4 years old now and well done to Anel and all the lovely staff. The best beauty treatments in wimbledon, keep up the good work!!
B. Y. P.Went for a Hollywood wax 35 weeks pregnant, partly to prepare for labour. As it was my first time waxing in that region I was pretty nervous but it was not as painful as I was expecting it to be (though certainly not painless!!), and Anel did her best to put me at ease.

S. M.I started going to Illumin8 Beauty over 2 years ago after moving and looking for a new wax salon. Despite moving away (and my rather rubbish mobility) I've stayed with them due to the amazing treatments, kind service and personal experience. I've probably now gone through most of their menu and would recommend it all! In particular their bespoke facial service is brilliant and lets Anel use her experience and training to really make something that works for you, and accommodates the fact your skin changes daily. Their COVID response has been very appropriate and makes me feel confident despite my existing health concerns. Would highly recommend.
P. D.My friends and I visited Illumin8 on Saturday for some much needed time out and pampering and to celebrate a birthday.
From the moment we arrived we were treated as though we were the only ones in the spa. The personal touches were exceptional, it felt like nothing was too much trouble, which made the whole experience even more wonderful.
The treatments were excellent, I have had nails done before and found as a busy mum that they start to chip quickly, but a week in and they are still going strong. Which is brilliant.
The new alfresco garden is really a paradise. A haven from the hustle and bustle of the high street, such a brilliant idea and instantly relaxing. This is a wonderful spot to visit with friends and enjoy a little spoiling. It’s much more than just a place to get your nails done, it’s truly a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to go back and do it all again.
The furnishings are very chic, and the wafts of essential oils also adds to the ambience. I couldn’t recommend it more.

S. C.I have been attending illumin8 beauty for many years - even before they were a stand alone salon. Their treatments are consistently brilliant and always produce the desired results. Over the years I have had treatments with Anel, Ashlyn and Lauren ranging from spray tans, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lash lift and tint (my fave!) and facials. I have never left disappointed.
I moved away from Wimbledon a few years ago, however I still return when I can as they are absolutely worth the 40 minute drive. Quite honestly, no one does it quite like they do!

H. G.I was completely blown away with the service I received at Illumin8. Never have I had treatments in such a beautiful garden before... It was like being transported off to a remote, tranquil spa in somewhere like Morocco! I was surprised with a glass of champagne and chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday and Anel and her team went out of their way to ensure I had the best experience. Ashlyn gave me the most beautiful mani and pedi and I am now hooked! Sami is a wonderful host and always gives a warm welcome. The attention to detail around the salon with its decor has been so well thought out, and having your feet soaked in a huge copper bowl was such a nice change from the regular pedicure setup! The hot stone massage was heavenly and the products smell absolutely divine. I am so thrilled to have discovered this little paradise in the heart of Wimbledon Village and don’t think I would ever consider going anywhere else!

As soon as you step through the doors, it feels like an oasis whether its summer with the gorgeous garden setting, or the open fire in the winter, and thats before you get down the warm and friendly staff! Anel has a wealth of experience in her field and always goes the extra mile! And Ashlyn is a make up and nail genius! Its a real gem to have on our doorstep in the Village! 😊
L. p.I was gifted a voucher from my daughter and decided to use it before lockdown happened again. I booked last minute online.
I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was taken too waiting area, this little place is lovely and quirky.
A therapist came and had a chat with me to ask what I wanted from my 60 minute facial and She was lovely.
15 minutes later my room was ready, we are now 15 minutes into my appointment time.
Once I was shown to the treatment room and got changed it was time to start my facial....15:20..
All the products where beautiful and the treatments amazing “probably the best facial I’ve had”
Anel, the lady doing my facial asked how long I’d had my voucher and I told her it was gifted to me at the beginning of the year by my daughter who wasn’t going to use the voucher so passed it on. I knew there would be an expiry date so had called previously and was told “all expiry dates had been taken off voucher cards due to covid” she went on to tell me that we wasn’t allowed to regift a voucher! but on this occasion it would have to be ok!
Unfortunately from this point on I felt rush and and a little uncomfortable.
40 minutes later at 15:55 my treatment was over.
I was dressed and ready to leave by 4pm where I was told again the voucher shouldn’t of been regifted and that it had expired.
I explained I had already called and the voucher was fine.
So I ended up using a £100 voucher on a 40 minute facial Where is was supposed to be 60 minutes and made to feel uncomfortable and an inconvenience.
E. S.This is a really sweet place - slight Thai feel and lovely welcoming people who have performed an excellent service for me on a number of occasions now. The garden looks like a gem too - what a great USP. In these difficult times the support of small, deserving, independent shops is where we should all be at. This is such a place.

A. S.I was visiting a friend in South Wimbledon for a long weekend and she had to go to work the Monday I flew out. Since my flight was that evening, I decided to treat myself and stumbled upon this gem. I had the best experience here - I did a manicure, pedicure and facial. Zaira was my beautician, and not only were the treatments perfect, she was so lovely to chat with! The co-founder Anel was there, as well as her brother who helps out behind reception, and we had really great conversation too. The whole place is just really warm, welcoming and accommodating. Decor is beautiful and relaxing. I unfortunately had to take a flight back to NYC that night or I would have stayed longer! I had several friends tell me days later that my skin never looked so good. Highly recommend and definitely going back when in town!
