Had to find a quick salon as my nail tech cancelled last min and this was the only salon who came up who had over 500 reviews close to 5 stars so was convinced and figured I would give them a try. Was a tad dubious about the prices given the location, however I soon as I stepped in I knew it was going to be worth it. The staff were really friendly and more importantly, I was over the moon with my pedicure. You get what you pay for and I got quality and perfection. I can safely say Michaela is my new go to for my pedis!

I can not recommend Inspire Beauty enough. Natasha was beyond wonderful. She patiently explained my procedure before and throughout and has a wonderful ability to put you at ease whilst remaining 100% professional. I immediately booked for further sessions and will be looking at other treatments as I plan on being a regular customer. Fabulous!!

My KeraStraight Smoothing hair treatment by Serpil was superb and I am extremely pleased with the end result. Thank you! It was my first visit and I found the staff friendly, helpful and professional. The salon was clean, spacious and the ambiance welcoming. Was really unsure what to do but Serpil was amazing - really understood what kind of cut I wanted and it looks so much better. Coming back to have it coloured - such a gem of a stylist right on my doorstep. Really happy. I also had my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted. I wasn’t happy with the eyebrows - I’d never had it done before and went back the next day and they shaped them for me and took the colour down - without charging me again. A hypnotic massage sensation with Ruta. She identified my body was full of knots and slowly and soothingly, she loosening them. I could have slept on that massage bed all day... but she had other clients. Wow! Ruta tugged, pulled, de-knotted and smoothed me from all that stress I've been feeling for a couple of years. This is the only place I go to get anything beauty wise done but recently I went to an appointment only to find the person wasn't in and that supposedly they tried to contact me. Now I've been going to them for more than 8 years and they have my number and vise versa but I got no notification at all of the cancellation thus putting me in a bind and in general upset when I got there. I'll probably look for a new place for waxing.

I think it's the only salon where I go to just remove the burnt ends of my hair and it does. I usually ask the hairdresser to cut only an inch and I always find myself with very short hair ... Here they do it, they only remove the damaged part as requested ..About the sunbed ... I just had a session but I'm confident it's worth it ... Thanks girls, you are good ♥ ️

I had a pedicure and the nail technician was very friendly and gentle with my feet. I liked that the staff won’t over scrub or over file your toes if it’s not needed, and I loved the foot massage! I haven’t been to a salon in over 8 years so having my natural hair washed, blow dryed and trimmed by Sandra was brilliant. She asked me about my hair, gave suggestions for the best treatments for maintenance and didn’t rush through the appointment. I’ve had a colonic done by Natasha about 4/5 times over the past few years and what is obviously a slightly awkward situation to be in in the first place... but she is so very professional, puts me so at ease and calmly takes away any kind of awkwardness I might feel having a pipe shoved up my bum. I love that I am never kept waiting and get points that I have used on great beauty treatments from facials to false lashes. Had such an amazing hair experience with Sandra! I have natural afro hair - so really struggle with keeping it well maintained and moisturised. I booked in for a much needed hair treatment (I came in looking in a complete state) and I must say I am very impressed with the results already! Sandra gave me a full consultation where she truly listened to my concerns, my hair’s history and assessed my hair texture. She then took the time to describe the products she was using on me, the ingredients they contained and how they will benefit me best. My hair now feels very silky and deeply hydrated. I arrived a few minutes early for my gellish nails soak off and was seen straight away by Michaela. I was pleasantly received at reception too; you know you go to some places and it feels like they just look you up and down, judging you? Or like you're an inconvenience for being there? Well not here :) It's a simple enough process but Michaela took the time to do a proper job and didn't cause me any discomfort or make the area around my nail bleed, like another salon did in the past! A conditioning oil was applied afterwards and I was offered hand lotion. I'd definitely come back and check out their range of treatments. My only bit of constructive feedback would be that I had a 20% discount from booking online, which left me with £7.40 to pay, which was confirmed on the screen (after a hefty 60p deposit). However I was charged £10 in the salon. I didn't raise it as I wanted to tip Michaela anyway, so didn't mind so much (though I'm now thinking if it's not given as a tip, then it's not recognised as such). I thought I'd raise it as it may cause a problem for customers spending more.

Im rarely giving five star..let me share why I did this time. When I first served by clyde, I asked for a haircut which turned out to be nice, although not having a wow factor. What I meant is im sure he could have done better but he supported why that cut he did is better. The second time around, I asked this time for an ash brown hair color. My present hair color was black roots for about five months, and golden brown like ombre. What I like very much, was he takes time to listen and check carefully what I really like. He showed color samples and had negotiation how hes gonna do it. I like that he listens very well to costumer request. The pictured I showed him is needing a lot of work, its dark ash with sort of platinum higlights. But since my color is uneven anyway, he agreed to my request which is bleaching my roots and just put one color all over after. And then wow!! It turned out great. Color suits my skin tone really well.although it wasnt planned like ombre which is a bit lighter ash brown on top and dark ash blonde at the middle to end .. everybody of my friends was just wow by it. Ill definitely come back 😉..there are uneveness but I like it.
