This was my first visit to Julie Nail, and I loved every minute of it. The atmosphere is soothing and pleasant. The staff is professional and welcoming. They always give you some suggestions before you decide to do your nails and they have a large selection of nail colours. Every time, I felt pampered. I have been coming here for 2 years now and I will never ever go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience, I’ve always been treated with respect and compassion. When I first started coming I only ever wanted or had French manicures and Linda brought me out of my shell- now I just go in and let her do her magic.All of the incredibly talented women who work at Indulge make going to the salon more like a ladies night out - the conversation is great as well as the atmosphere. The entire team is exceptional, and the results are consistently outstanding. Jenifer gave me a pedicure this time, and she did an amazing job. She was gentle when she cut the cuticle and removed dead skin on my heel which I really appreciate. After trying a few alternatives, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I come quite often in this saloon and I have to say that I am very pleased with how my shellac manicure is done. Until today I never had a pedicure which completely satisfied me, but it was always good enough. Some girls are better than others but, overall, they are all very qualified. What I do really love about this place is the fact that the utensils used for manicure and pedicure are always sterilised as soon as the treatment ends. It is the first time in London that I see the beauticians doing that in front of the customers eyes! It is very reassuring I must say! However, on a negative side, this saloon is not very relaxing. Actually, it is not relaxing at all!!! The girls are always rushing you and at times they are not even nice to you. Considering that the place is expensive compared to other nails spa in the area, a nicer and more relaxing service would be appreciated.

I was apprehensive about seeing a new nail technician, but Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She interrogated me extensively to ensure that she understood exactly what I desired. All of the employees were quite pleasant and enjoyable to be around. The salon is clean and fresh. I'll definitely be returning again.
