I’ve been a customer of Klein’s since it opened many years ago, I keep going back because it’s 100% guaranteed that I will be happy with my hair cut. Keely has cut my hair for 20+ years (including before Kleins) and knows exactly what to do. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the staff quick and thorough and the results spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The service was great I highly recommend it and will definitely go back! Sharon who cut my hair was very attentive, asking what I want, telling my what she will do all steps of the way and making sure we are aligned. She has great attention to detail. Olga who did my waxing and eyebrow threading did an amazing job with my eyebrows, probably the best I ever had and offered advice on how to take care of them. Very satisfied overall :)

I have been using this salon for many years and they are absolutely top notch. The salon has a cool quayside location and super stylists. Everyone is friendly and most importantly they are very skilled. My regular sessions with Kirk for style or colour mean that every day is a good hair day.

I’m going to be honest…I’m very particular about my hair and the employees at this salon are amazing! The first time I went…there was a miscommunication between the hair stylist and me and she gave me a haircut that was good but longer than what I wanted. I went back and told them that I need it to be shorter. They were very apologetic and booked another appointment for me immediately. When I went in today, Shannon did a brilliant job and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted it. People literally stopped to ask me where I got my haircut from. I really enjoy getting my haircut here. Since I moved to London I have visited so many salons and barber shops trying to find someone who cuts hair well. I would pay anywhere from £14 to £60, but would still end up with cuts that were uneven and not what I wanted. I took a chance on Kleins, and glad I did. Highly recommend Keely for men's cuts. I've been three times, and will continue to go back.

Francesca and Emma are lovely and amazing professionals. Unfortunately I cant give 5 stars because of the other professionals that wash your hair...the water is always hot even when you keep telling them that it is hot and you can also feel their giant nails even wearing gloves..not very pleasant. I have been there several times and washing the hair is always a painful part.

I have been getting my hair done for years from Rush and Tony & Guy, I came across Kleins when I was passing through Canary Wharf. I had walked in and been greeted by Kirk and explained how I wanted to get rid of the blonde in my hair. HE WAS SO HONEST AND NICE. I have been getting my hair done here for around a year now and I would never look anywhere else. Kirk always beats my expectations and is always honest and never lets me purchase something unless I actually need it. I will definitely recommend, Kirk can get fully booked so make sure you catch him in advance :)

I've been using this hairdresser since January and I wouldn't go anywhere else. There is such a relaxing & stress-free atmosphere, all the staff are extremely friendly, and for the experience and quality of service it is very reasonably priced. I go here to get my hair cut and for bleaching/toning my hair and my regular hairdresser (Sue) always does such a fantastic job. I felt so much more confident with myself after she did my hair. She has given me so many tips on how to take care of my hair and the products to use; I've noticed a considerable improvement on the condition of my hair. This is particularly important for me since I have EXTREMELY dry & fine hair and it feels much healthier - they really do cater to your hair type and accommodate for how you want it to be styled. I honestly cannot stress how good this place is, I've always been booked the same-day I call for an appointment so it is also very convenient. Highly recommend! :-)

I had my hair cut by Nas and he did a great job. I needed quite a bit off as it had got dry at the ends. He cut off exactly the right amount as it feels much healthier now! He was gentle in taking out the knots beforehand and very friendly! He wore a mask throughout the cut and it felt safe.

Would have given 5 stars only for Carly who does my hair conditioning every month. She is so good and gentle with my hair that ever since I have found her, I don’t trust my hair with anyone else! Also, she is top class at customer service. I am knocking off a star as they seemed to have hiked up my treatment price by quite a bit suddenly and for someone who gets it done every month, it’s harsh on the pocket!

This review is long overdue! I’ve been going to Kleins for several months, for regular/frequent blowdries. I’ve also had my hair cut and coloured and have been very happy. Have sampled at least three of the stylists and have been satisfied with all of them! One of the USP’s of this Salon is this it is relatively small and therefore a lot quieter than some of the larger salons in the area, and given the size, the service is much more personable. I value this very much! Another “plus” is that it is not overpriced which a lot of the other local salons are. Above all, the service is top quality and I’m always happy with how my hair looks when I leave!

Keely has cut my hair at Canary Wharf since 1998, firstly at The Gentry Barbers and then more recently Kleins. The atmosphere she generates is fantastic, and her professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. I no longer work at Canary Wharf, but I make a special effort to travel across London every month to see Keely and the wonderful staff at Kleins. Keep up the good work!

My family have been going here for a few years now. Lizzie was really, really good and just clicked with customers, she was truly an asset to the company and i'm thoroughly disappointed she has left. Emma is very good also, except when she did half a head of foils on my sister and left one visible orange streak amongst the brown highlights - she could quite clearly see it at the end of the service but did not fix it, which was ridiculous. Having spent a couple of hours with Emma already, my sister was in a rush to leave and simply did not have the energy to ask her to fix the ridiculous orange streak. But Sue! Now she is who you should stay away from - really nice, friendly lady but never listens to what YOU want and basically you end up with the colour she wants, no apologies either. They have a high turnover of hair assistants, a different one almost every time we have visited and some of them just wash your entire face when they are supposed to be washing your hair - not good enough for such a corporate location. When i complained about this on one occasion, Kelly the owner / manager, did not even acknowledge the complaint and tried to put it back on me - did i just spray water all over myself or did your hair assistant? I think the answer is quite obvious. There was also a male hairdresser, Damian i think his name was, who made me brush my own hair out once - now that is a first considering i am at the hairdresser and paying them for this very service?! Overall, i like this place, they are (mostly) friendly, especially the old staff like Gitana and Lizzie but some of their staff are hit and miss at the best of times. On a positive note, the salon does a great blowdry, always attempt to fit us in and are reasonably priced for the area. Also, please do not respond to this review and say you cannot find me on your system like you have on other Google reviews, because that is just another way for you to not take responsibility for flaws in some of your staff members' service.

After reading the amazing reviews online regarding kliens hair and beauty, I hoped they would be the ones to help with my badly damaged hair. My previous hair dresser did not do a great job and thankfully Emma was able to fix it. Honestly could not have chosen a better salon, or hairdresser. By far the best place on the wharf for a gents haircut, Kelly cuts mine perfectly every time. Always great service and very well looked after. Definitely worth visiting next time you're in need of a haircut. Can't recommend highly enough!

I used to be someone who kept changing hairdresser every 6 months. Since I visited Kleins Hair and Beauty in West India Quay you wont catch me going anywhere else. Not only the salon is spotless, which is very important, but all the staff is very friendly and attentive, they make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are true professionals, always advising me for the best colour or hairstyle that suit my face features. From the colour to the cut and blowdry, the service is of the highest standard and they are constantly good, which means I always, and I mean ALWAYS, come out extremely happy. My husband, my colleagues, my friends they all comment on how great my hair looks. Everytime I go to Kleins , I know I can just relax in my chair while sipping my coffee, enjoy the pampering and looking fabulous at the end of my visit. Fantastic hair salon in West India Quay (short walk from Canary Wharf DLR station) which I am a loyal follower of. Not cheap (given the location) but most definitely good value for money, you get 50% off every 12th cut. Kelly is my regular stylist who always cuts my hair extremely well - I even get compliments from my wife, which is not always easy! Not only does Kelly ensure my hair looks as good as it can - she also puts up with my usual tardiness and my whimsical sense of humour. Highly recommended.
