Always such amazing service at Krina Beauty. Best gel manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The team are very friendly and I would highly recommend them. I’ve also had my eyebrows done here and waxing and would definitely come back for those again.

To help me relax and prepare for my wedding, I had six massages here, pedicure, manicure and full facial threading. The full body massages here were generally lovely, very relaxing. I went for the hot stone and Swedish massages and all the treatments helped to reduce the tension in my back and shoulders. There were a couple of times the massages hurt though - the therapists pinched my skin as they massaged too close together or used too much pressure. As Krina is located at a shopping centre, there are people who come in last second and unfortunately the treatment rooms are not 100% soundproof. For a couple of the treatments I could hear kids screaming out at the front waiting area. When I told the therapist, the only response I had was 'yes', which is not helpful when the massages are designed to help me to relax! I had gel French mani and pedi. The pedicure was perfect, very relaxing and my feet still look very pretty. For the mani, the lady who did it caused 3 of my fingers to bleed. Unfortunately for the wedding I had some unsightly scabs! She was apologetic so I didn't kick up a fuss, but, my poor hands were tender for a couple of days. My full facial threading was great, the lady was very lovely about it all and sorted the hairs fine. She was receptive to what I wanted and provided an excellent service. There are two points of service I want to raise too: 1. The manager at Krina has been an absolute star. He is always polite and greets me by name every time I come in. He is professional and makes great recommendations, provides the best customer service. 2. Not all the ladies at Krina offer the same service. On my fourth visit, I asked if I could change the timing of the last two massage treatments. The lady didn't say anything at all and walked off, leaving one of her colleagues instead to resolve my request. I found this very rude for the first lady to just walk off without saying another word to me! Even just a 'sorry' and then her walking away would have been fine, but it was so abrupt and undid some of the relaxation that my massage was intended for. Krina offers excellent value for money and have always had good availability, and when you get a good therapist, beautician and when the manager is there, they definitely make you feel very welcomed and its a delight to go to, and genuinely feels like a lovely treat. However, you can also get unlucky and get someone who hurts you during massage, makes your fingers bleed during mani, or is rude to you at the reception desk. For these reason, I am not sure if I'll be coming back to Krina as I'd want to know for certain that I'd be going in to be treated, and to relax, I wouldn't want to risk having a bad experience.

Took my daughter here for her first leg wax with Mamta and she was amazing! She was so friendly and professional. As it was my daughter's first wax, I was allowed to go into the treatment room with her. Again, Mamta was so kind, making sure we were both comfortable. We both decided to have eyebrow threading too, and again, she did a lovely job. The salon is lovely, spacious and clean and the prices are very good. I have one very happy daughter and I look forward to going back with her for more treatments.

Threading absolutely fine, no issues. Pedicure absolutely lovely, relaxing, soothing, well done. Manicure - cuticles absolutely butchered to the point that 8 out of 10 were bleeding as the beautician tugged them off with the cutters instead of actually cutting them as they must have been blunt. All 8 scabbed over and were painfully sore to the point that my hands couldn't even tolerate cold water, let alone warm or hot water. Won't have a manicure here again.

One of the best manicure and pedicure I've done in Harrow. Also, the staff there are so friendly and make you feel at home. It was such a relaxing experience for me. Harshida is superb at her job, I also requested for a foot massage and was so happy with the services. Highly recommended Harshida, she is absolutely amazing! I had a deep tissue full body massage by friendly lady called Ankita - she made the experience very enjoyable and relaxing. Thoroughly relaxed, next day as well no aches or pains very relaxing feeling thank you - well worth it xx

Visited last weekend for body waxing, the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and discreet which I appreciated. I was serviced by Cruzofina who was very professional, attentive and had an excellent attention to detail. The salon was clean and bright. I had my waxing in one of the treatment rooms which was also very clean, tidy and organised. Cruzofina went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and she has great customer service skills. The prices are clear and reasonable. Will definitely be back and happy to become a regular of Krina Beauty.

Very impersonal experience Got back massage mediocre lady did back neck neck and shoulders not very experienced took her ages to find my tense areas. The lady never left room for me to undress, there was no towel offered in case you felt uncomfortable no guidance drink plenty of water etc, just something different be nice touch like offer you glass water

Could not recommend this place enough, I was very worried getting my eyebrows done here a I only went t one person for many years but they did not disappoint! Regarding the facial. Was so relaxing and all my blackheads were extracted. Very good value as well considering how nice and relaxing the place was.

And then one day, I visited Krina's kiosk at the St. Ann's in Harrow. Every since, I've faithfully gone back to Daisy for threading. Her way of working shows that she's experienced and knows how to treat her customers well. She also gives fantastic Indian head massage! When you go to Krina, ask for Daisy.

I had a very good pedicure here - the lady that did mine was Nilofam and she did an excellent job . She was meticulous and paid a lot of attention in shaping and ensuring my feet were nice and smooth . She also have an excellent little foot massage that just won me over !! I have been here twice and this is going to be THE place for me !! I would thoroughly recommend a pedicure here .

Amazing experience with Jaimini, I hadn't had a facial for quite some time but even so, the results and experience far exceeded my expectations. It was clear form the outset that Jaimini knows exactly what she is doing but for me, it's not just about having a high level of technical knowledge and competence. I want someone who also has a really pleasant demeanour and the ability to get me to relax. I'm someone who finds it difficult to unwind but Jaimini actually had been nodding off! I can't recommend her highly enough and I'm just so pleased that KrinaBeauty became my- go-to place. I have already booked in for another facial with her in 5 weeks' time and I can't wait.
