What impressed me is Josi’s holistic approach: she suggested not only IPL treatments, but some diet changes and better cosmetics as well. This combination works wonders! Having suffered with red patches and uneven skin tone all my life when I arrived to see Josi at my initial consultation it was a revelation!! Josie diagnosed my condition immediately as a mild form of rosacea and recommended a course of treatment. I followed her advice and the results have been nothing short of amazing. The results were visible after the first session and even my fiancée asked me what I have had done!!!
I then had sessions every 6 weeks and the results have been constantly improving- I have a couple left now and the condition has improved significantly. Josi really cares about her patients and always performs the procedure with care and diligence. Overall this has been a great experience and I would certainly recommend anyone suffering from any type of skin issues to see her. Thanks Josi!!

Josi is very experienced and skilled with the machine and she always always tries her best to make it feel as comfortable as possible and to recommend a bespoke course.
Before I went to La Pelle I tried several creams, masks etc but nothing worked.
Josi is very knowledgable (the fact that she has suffered from rosacea herself gives her of course a very good insight into the condition). She also helped me understand and prevent the triggers like the sun and certain types of food for exemple and I am delighted about her advice on skincare, makeup and supplements for rosacea sufferers (which I have been following religiously since then).
I felt like Josi was genuinely dedicated to improving my skin (not just trying to sell me some treatments) and she is also very friendly and professional.

P.I originally visited Josi at La Pelle four months ago as I as suffering from issues with rosacea on my chin. She immediately put my my mind to rest by assuring me that she would be able to help using her Low Level Light Therapy equipment. The procedure is a little painful but tolerable, but with each session (at three weeks apart) the level of discomfort reduced. The major impact has been the steady reduction a few days after each visit in the redness and the skin explosions from which I used to suffer .
Josi's friendly and professional manner and her experience in this area make her someone I would not hesitate in recommending, should you suffer from the same issues. Good Luck!

I started seeing improvements after the first one. Although I was a bit scared of the pain at the beginning, it’s all worth it seeing the results, after years and years of bad acne. After the first treatment I was put off by the pain but after I saw the results, I knew it was worth it! I then bought a course of four and I'm on my fourth session in total. During the first treatment, Josi also gave me lots of useful tips for what to eat, drink and avoid. She also recommended some other products for care. Definitely speak to her if you have any skin concerns.

After suffering from rosacea for many years and having had several doses of antibiotics, I decided to look for another type of treatment. My rosacea made me feel very unconformable as I had the feeling that my face was burning and very red. After doing a long search on line about treating this condition, La Pelle Skin Clinic was the one which convinced me because of the in-depth knowledge they seemed to have about rosacea and the excellent results achieved by Josy who suffered herself from this condition.
