Great customer service and great job. All the staff are very pleasant and the salon is nicely kitted out and a nice place to spend your treatment. Pedicure chairs could be improved for comfort rather than style but this is a small thing. Highly recommend

I am not one to normally write reviews but I had to leave one for Lady J Nail & Beauty! They are AMAZING!!! The salon is lovely and fresh and provides a very calm atmosphere. The staff are truly so lovely and so accommodating!! The most important thing is my Shellac Mani every time is impeccable!!! It is done so well - it lasted literally 4 weeks with only a minor chip the day before I was scheduled to get them redone! They even give you a 1 week guarantee to go back and get it fixed if they do chip afterwards! Overall - this is a great new little addition to the neighbourhood!

I went to have my nails done, gel manicure and regular pedi, and they did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, offering help to choose colours etc. I then returned a few days later to have a Hollywood wax. I was very nervous having had an awful experience in the past, but the therapist was beyond excellent. Made me feel comfortable and did an incredible job. She was knowledgeable, professional and the wax itself was perfect. I will definitely go back.

I visited Lady J Nail & Beauty today for the first time. The owner and the personnel were both very patient and friendly. Everything felt safe and clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. I did a standard manicure&pedicure and it was an excellent experience. I loved the result and I am definitely going back in October. After years looking for the perfect nail parlour, I feel like I found it!

My gel manicure was perfect. Beautiful range of colours, friendly staff. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. They take safety measures seriously as well so you can relax. At the time it was cash only but there's a cash machine next door.

It’s a new place just open , been there for try few days ago , I think I found the nail shop that I can go in London. It’s really really lovely staff there , they give me the best service and the best quality color, now my nail is growing , otherwise it looks like just done ! Price is normal, service is high quality, result will surprise you! Strongly recommended for try!!!
