I visited this salon for cryotherapy, to remove skin tags and large sunspot on my face which also had a build up of quite thick skin on it. I didn't expect it to be completely removed, but to my surprise tags and sunspot with build up of skin were removed within a week. I found the therapist to be very knowledgable and welcoming, made me feel really relaxed and confident in her abilities. She was upfront about costs too, which is not always the case with any beauty treatment. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

I’m going to review the features and services within this clinic and then give my overall review. Starting with: Customer service: The members of staff in this clinic are prompt, friendly and very easy to talk to, both online and offline. The customer service here has been a quintessential part of the experience I’ve had at this clinic as the service provided has proven to be well worth the praises it’s received. It’s worth noting that, I personally found that I’ve never had to wait in any queues for my appointments as they are always addressed on time and with due diligence. Price: The prices on offer for the treatments available at this clinic are pretty good especially when you consider the sales and promotions that are often on. For example, the cost of my Fraxel laser treatments was halved due to a sale that was on when I decided to book my appointments. Other promotions are also on-going at different times throughout the year and well worth checking out for anyone looking to make extra savings. The prices and promotional offers are honestly one of the key points that made me attend and pay for the services at this clinic instead of the other clinics in London. Services / Products: There are a wide range of aesthetic products and services available at this clinic. I personally went there for the Fraxel laser treatment and have been going there for the last few months. I’ve also had my face lasered with the same treatment – with great results. The website for this clinic has a wide range of details available and online customer support help which I used before booking my appointment – I would highly recommend checking it out if you’re thinking of booking a consultation or using the services here. Atmosphere/Look: The lighting and atmosphere within this clinic is of a low-tone, relaxing and very comforting. The clinic itself isn’t very big, but I’ve never had any issues with this as I’ve never had to wait for any of my appointments during the 6 months+ that I’ve been coming here. Hygiene: The Clinic is tidy, well-kept and very clean as you would hope and expect. Summary: Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience with all the treatments I’ve received at this clinic and as such, look forward to having more treatments done in the future with them. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have any treatments done.

Overall great experience having 2 skin tags removed from my eyelids. The booking process was simple. Once at the clinic Lizzie very clearly set out the expectations and then completed the treatment. In addition she provided advice on my dry eyes and booked a follow up appointment to ensure the treatment had 100% worked.

Wonderful service and staff definitely gonna recommend had really bad skin with acne and scars it did take some time but I did see a lot of difference in my skin appearance thank you so much very professional and knowledgeable looking forward to see them again for further treatments.

I have been having laser treatment here for the last few years with Lizzie the Manager, she is fabulous and also professional and always on time. I have noticed such a difference in my hair growth, honestly wished l had done it years ago. Have recommended this clinic to some of my friends and they are all very happy with service. I have also been having my tattoo removed, after a course of laser l can’t believe the difference, I’m no longer embarrassed to show my arms at work. The lasers used in this clinic are amazing and l would not go anywhere else.

Ignore bad reviews! Had and still having such an amazing experience at laser life! 5* treatment, Lizzie makes you feel extremely comfortable, makes sure your happy with the treatment being performed whilst taking her time thoroughly and providing the best results! Been visiting here for nearly a year and have had mind-blowing results from laser especially due to the fact that I have dark thick hair. Worth every penny and looking forward to more treatments in the future. Cannot recommend here enough!!

Experienced therapists that know how to personalise their treatments! I was made to feel welcome with complimentary drinks and I started seeing results from laser hair removal after the first treatment. They have deals on all their treatments and so I've booked in for more! The therapists are accommodating to my last minute schedule and always make sure I'm happy with my treatment and plan. My favourite laser clinic in London, Lizzie has transformed my skin with IPL, Omnilux and lactic peels. The girls are professional and the clinic has a lovely atmosphere. Lizzie has a wealth of knowledge and will only give you treatments suited to your skin type - if there is a new product on the market whether it be a laser or injectable, she will be all over it and give you honest feedback. I am surprised by some of the reviews, the girls always let me know when the 50% sales are coming up so I can save money, definitely good value.

I am not the person who usually gives 5 star. But, they deserve 5 star for the service they provide. Especially after, visiting at least 3 different skin clinics in London. This is the best one!! and now, I will only use this clinic. My skin concern has been carefully dealt. Especially by Lizzie, I cant thank you her enough for taking care of my skin problems. I came to the clinic and had a fantastic experience, I was treated respectfully, and I felt very comfortable when I was there. I was seen by a doctor for my botox, and I will definitely be returning to her for my top ups. I was really worried about getting botox for the first time because of all the horror stories, but the Dr kept me relaxed, and I love the results! She is an artist with a needle. I've used other treatments from this clinic, and I've really enjoyed the vibe while there. The therapists I've had my treatments with are friendly and fun, and I always left the clinic in an amazing mood! I will be returning for other treatments in the future, and I highly recommend Laser Life Clinic to others.

After trying out 3 laser clinics in London I was apprehensive to try another, but LaserLife Clinic was worth the wait. They helped me lose the fat I was struggling to get rid of while I was losing weight. They didn't just try and sell me treatments, they talked through the treatments that are suitable for me. Have been going there for over 5 years now and they're absolutely the best. I'm black and had ingrown hair issues and naturally, I was worried about going anywhere as most clinics don't have the experience for my skin type when it comes to stopping hair growth. I have since been for over five years and have gotten other treatments such as dermarolls, lactic facials, and skin peels which again, were well done! I simply can't recommend this place enough. Definitely worth giving them a try. Also, buying in bundles could get you some good discounts so discuss with them before going some other place "cheaper". I hope this helps 😊

I have been having laser hair removal at Laserlife and am really pleased with the results. Recently I've started the Fractional Resurface treatment and am thankful to Lizzie for making me feel at ease throughout the treatment, and for recommending a skin care plan to suit my needs.

A magical treatment by Lizzie for my face wart viral infection. Her treatment made me cure 100% in next 10 days only at very low cost. No other doctor or dermatologist could help me for this treatment but Lizzzi has done it in extremely fabulous way. I recommend everyone having any skin related issue connect to her, she is the best skin expert in UK atleast. Thanks Lizzie.

I was given a gift card from my Daughter for LaserLife as a Mother's Day present. I was hesitant to use the services as I saw some of the negative reviews but decided to give them a chance. When I went in I had a free consultation for LipoFreeze and was given a tailor made treatment plan best suited to my body and concerns. They also kept me informed about the treatment and make their own recommendations. The experience was so amazing that I decided to purchase a Derma Roller to combat ageing skin and have so far seen amazing results. I have now also purchased gift cards for other family members to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this Clinic and will be returning :D

When I started years ago for laser on my thread veins Nicole was in charge and it was great. I finished that and transferred to laser hair removal and I'm afraid the attitude of the girls became poor. I was spoken to like a child on occasion and it was very condescending. There is no customer service. I had to remind them every time what part of my legs we were doing as my notes were not checked. I finished my treatment a week ago and no attempt was made to see if I wanted to continue. I asked and was told I'd be sent a text if there were any offers. So no follow up or discussion about what I would like to do. Should I have said all this at the time? Yes, but quite honestly I just wanted it finished and couldn't be bothered. I will go elsewhere going forward. Sorry girls, not good enough in my view.

Very lovely place, very clean. The staff there are very welcoming and friendly staff at the clinic . Im currently undergoing treatment for acne which I have been suffering for years. I have tried so many different treatments at different clinics and nothing work until I come to this clinic After my consultation i was recommended to try a combination of laser and skin peels treatments.
