Wow Carolina.. Are you sure you're talking about Lash Lab? I've been going there every three weeks for a few years now and have never even come close to having a bad experience. Their lashes are amazing! And I've been to some really great places in NYC, LA, Toronto. No one even realises I have extensions, that's how good they are. Their treatment room isn't a dump as you say. It's all brand new, decorated very tastefully, ultra clean with nice relaxing music playing. The girls are always super friendly and well presented.. Who cares if they don't have extensions themselves?? They probably don't have time because they are extremely busy doing our lashes!

Kym has done my Russian volume extensions 3 times now and she is brilliant! After 5 weeks I only needed infills, they have lasted so much longer than any other place I have been. Really worth the money! I will definitely continue going to her.

Just wow!!! My LVL (lash tint and lift) treatment has made such a difference, I'm so happy with the results! Kym was super friendly and accommodating too! I highly recommend this place and will be coming back every time I have a holiday that involves any chance of swimming! I'm hooked on the results! ❤

I've heard that this place is one of the best lash salons in London. I'm curious about the effect of the eyelash extensions, but I'm still not ready for this step. I know that Lash Lab is fully certified and I admire their hard work and results.
