Just happened to pop for an unplanned shellac manicure. I’d been needing to get my nails done for quite some time so decided to walk in and I’m glad I did. It’s a lovely little salon, very clean, professional staff and a nice music playlist. They had a great selection of colours to choose from and I was very happy with the finished results.

She did my laser with such thoroughness and patience, that even though I had washed my hands off this place, but if I ever decide to go again to laschious in Ealing then I would choose only Hema to do my laser. She has such a lovely energy and her customer service is second to none. We need more Hema's in the world, she is a beautiful Soul and a beautiful human being! Thank you for doing my shellac perfectly on my bitten down nails, Hema. Lol. Sangeeta is always so welcoming at the front desk. Before face masks she was always smiling and so happy. Present day she smiles with her eyes and her perky voice. She is always very polite and always has such patience with all the customers and I love that. She is never rude, never raises her voice (only to sing to the salon music, which I love) and always makes you feel comfortable at the salon. Hema did my nails today. Doing my nails can always be a challenge as I bite them, terrible habit I cant shed. Hema did a wonderful job and was very gentle with my hands. She took her time and did not rush. She also did my toes and I loved that she checked I was comfortable and happy with what she was doing the whole time. I also want to give a special thank you to Cristina who also normally does my nails. She changes her hair colour as much as I do and that’s a girl after my own heart. She loves to to chat and interact just like Sangeeta which makes the whole experience so much fun and adds to the friendly environment. The salon has always been clean even before COVID restrictions and I am happy to report they follow all covid regulations, while still having a relaxing environment.

I just visited the Lashious Beauty and I for sure had the most relaxing and enjoyable time in London. As soon as I got in the saloon the manager called Sangeeta, obliged me with the kindest way. I was served by the cutest girl called Kristina and I felt like home. Except for the company she gave me she also helped me figure out what I really wanted to do. She recommented me the majority of the options I had and the result was better than I thought. Coming back to leave my review I was really shocked from the hating section in the comments and I realised the scam that was going on just for them to promote another saloon(thats what I at least thought by reading this).I agree that the price was a little bit high but it deffinately was worth it for my treatment. Im for sure recommending this saloon!!

I’ve did my eyebrows and the day after I came back to do my nails... my nails was in a bad condition, but Cristina did an amazing and superlative job, she is so nice and kind, plus she did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I don’t remember the name of the girl who did my eyebrows , but she did an amazing job too. Last , the manager is one of the kindest person in the world, she love her customers and she really take care of them. Some people say that is too expensive but personally I think .. you pay what you get. A very good treatments and amazing customers service. Perfectly on time and very professional with their covid-19 safety measures. I have very sensitive skin, but Elena was very gentle with her eyebrow threading that I didn’t experience any pain at all! I had a very nice Greek/Albanian lady take care of my nail experience. She was very thorough and explained the benefits of having shellac as opposed to extensions, as I am a notorious nail biter! She filled me with confidence that she got over her own issues by applying shellac and gave me tips about how to look after them in between treatments. She explained the benefits of joining the loyalty scheme which I did- it will save me money in the long term which is a bonus.

Highly recommended! After months of looking for a place to have my brows and lash treatment I have finally found this little gem. I recommend to book your brows and lashes treatment with Varsha who has a wonderful technic, particularly if you have sensitive eyes. She has protected my eye lids so well that I had no problems at all after treatment for the first time ever.

They are getting very busy these days so you need to book. It must be saying something about the quality of the service if they are so busy. I have to say the Shellac Mani/Pedi I had with Varsha today was wonderful. She’s a very careful therapist and it looks fabulous, I couldn’t be happier. This would have been a 5 star review however there was nobody to work on the reception area. This caused Varsha and the other therapists being taken away from their clients constantly. They also received what was edging towards verbal abuse from people queuing to make appointments. The poster in the window gave wrong info with regards to threading which again the staff had to deal with. It gives a really bad impression. I understand that you have been closed for a long time and need to earn mo yes again but the constant interruption caused my 2jr 10 min appt last nearly 3 hours. Just put someone on the reception and let the staff do their jobs!

Love this place !! The ladies are so friendly and welcoming I have bad experiences at some beauty salons due to a skin condition . But these women make me feel so welcome no judgement. Lilia is the facial queen, she worked miracles on my hyperpigmentation, and offers great skin care advice that works I see her once a month as a must !!! Neda is an eyebrow miracle worker I have so many compliments since getting her to shape mine. She manages to make my eyebrows look so thick and beautiful with a perfect shape.

Although the beautician mistaken a basic pedi and a delux pedi but catch up her mistake. I believe that any one can make mistakes as long as you make up for them i don't see no need to be rude about it. I am coming back tomorrow for eye lash extension i am very confident they will be well done. If I could give one advice to the staff: do not speak in a foreign language infront of the costumers it can be interprated as you are talking of them. I have to admit it made me a little uncomfortable. Other than that the staff was really nice and i enjoyed tchatting with them.
