I got a manicure and a pedicure here, both services were quick and I recommend this salon. The staff were all very nice and respectful. There was some gel polish stuck to my finger but I like the set so much they still deserve 5 stars:)

They have everything in place to make you feel comfortable, the salon itself is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. My nails were done by the fabulous Tina who I would highly recommend. I get nails done very often and I am very particular with French manicures as well as how people shape my nails. I live in California and was on vacation/holiday and this shop was really clean, cute decor, friendly and talkative staff, it was refreshing compared so a lot of shops at home. They did a great job and I’ll be back next trip to London. Highly recommend and I thought great price. Cheers!

Quite satisfied with my experience! I went to have nail extensions with SNS and a design which came out to £55. The technician was very professional and very nice and the design came out okay. My nails are a bit uneven but nothing too noticeable.

The colour services they provide is good, especially when you want to do SNS or Shellac/Acrylic etc., however I feel like they care more about serving as many customers as possible instead of more focusing on every individual client and the health of their nails. Last time I did Shellac someone forgot to put the base coat on my nails so the colour of the Shellac (which was a dark green) was soaked up by my nail skin, which kind of messed them up a lot. It's a decent salon and a good go-to place if you want a quick service.

I booked a shellac manicure through Treatwell when they were doing a special deal on nails. It’s a cute little salon in the heart of Soho, so very convenient if you work in the area, and the girls are very friendly. My nails are short and brittle after years of damage from numerous shellac and gels so they recommended a new treatment to strengthen my nails with the same long lasting result, which I appreciated as it would have been easy to just do what I asked for and not consider the effect it would have had on my nails. It was a slightly more expensive treatment but they let me try it out for no extra cost. Thank you for the great service (and manicure!), I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely people, great nails. Very accurately done. Great for both manicure and pedicure. I can highly recommend SNS nails for manicure, as they are so much sturdier than shellac and better for the nails than acrylic or gel. But appointments are a bit tricky. Best to come in the late afternoons, when it’s less busy. And don’t get frustrated by the wait!
