Lovely service, staff are understanding, patient and welcoming. Many colors vibrant colors to choose from. After having a really bad experience with another nail art company, we googled this one last minute, they were happy to take our booking. Staff were so nice, they let us stand downstairs and watch our sister get pampered. Would go back there !

I did my gel manicures and pedicures three weeks ago. They are still perfect and beautiful as they were three weeks ago. My colleagues keep complimenting how nice they are. Definitely come back!

Staff accommodated me quite late on a Saturday which I was thankful for. The lady doing my pedicure did a great job but when I went to pay it cost me £42!!! I was blown away and asked if that was correct and the man said yes. They did a good job and don’t do what I did and go in without checking prices.

The place looks great! Relaxing environment. First time I went was not long after they opened, had a pedicure. Went downstairs and they have many massage chairs where you sit and they have a pool of water for each seat. The lady I had was very friendly and did a very good job! So I went there again a couple months later for a quick manicure, the lady was ok, the manicure was ok but wasn’t the best. Most staff didn’t have fluent English so communication can be a bit difficult. I went back again a few days ago with a friend to give them another chance. But again they disappointed me. I had old nail vanish on which he took off but missed a bit on the edge of the nails. I did a shellac, overall was really good, he filed it well and shaped it alright. Only A slight flaw to the edges where it went onto the skin giving it a not quite smooth edge. He also missed out a bit on the side of the nail when applying nail vanish. My friend wasn’t quite impressed either, it’s been only a few days and her nail has already chipped...twice is enough there...another place next time

Always go to le lotus, best in Canterbury for sure. Hung did my nails today, very good job as usual and all staff were friendly. Covid precautions seemed dilligently carried out my nail technicians, I found the Facebook page and YouTube video very helpful and and informative prior to my visit. I don't live in Canterbury anymore but this salon is worth travelling for, never had a bad experience here

THE BEST WAX Honestly the best place for a wax in central london . Lovely and clean rooms and the screens are a great idea . Completely pain free , Lucy was quick and professional and did a GREAT job . I will be back
