I was very nervous about having my nails done here as the last few times I’ve had my nails done (other places) I was left unhappy but this experience was amazing! Lisa completed my nails quickly and beautiful, providing me with exactly what I’d asked for. Will definitely be coming back. The only downside is the price as it’s a little expensive but if my nails are perfect then I done mind

Love this pretty nail bar! Very quick and efficient service! I come here all the time to have my mani pedi with Shellac done. Thing I like the most is that colours are always shiny and last for so long .Would highly recommend it to everyone especially to shoppers with no appointments needed.

The lady that did my nails did a very nice job and they look really good. But unfortunately she was a bit rough so I have a lot of broken skin around my nails (really uncomfortable). Good price, lady was friendly and nice.

I've always been sceptical of visiting here, especially being within the mall... But I tried it today and guess what? I'll go back again and again- lovely staff, clean environment and fairly fast as well. Only down side is price- a bit above normal nail care average...but this is arguably expected in a mall. So I'll definitely recommend!

3 stars because I actually liked how my acrylic nails turned out. I didnt give it five stars because customer service could have been better especially for the price they charged (£33). The staff could have been more clear when speaking (not saying they had to speak English bc it was obvious they were foreign) but the women doing my nails would just sort of mumble or hold my hands up as if to ask me whether the nails was okay without speaking. She was also talking to her colleague the whole time. Not to mention the woman beside me that was getting her nails done was staring at me the whole time which I found really uncomfortable for someone with social anxiety. The woman doing my nails didn't even use a proper uv light machine for my nails she literally used some old blow dryer that was sooooo slow. And at the end she told me cash payment only even though the previous clients were allowed to pay by card. (I found this odd and felt kind of discriminated but I just tried to push the thought away and assumed that maybe the card reader stopped working). Luckily I had loads of cash on me anyway:) they also don't have a lot of options in terms of designs and gems which I wanted to ask for but the woman had already moved into another client and was busy. Next time I will just get my nails done at a local place because reading other peoples reviews have made me realise that it was not just me who experienced this.

What so ever happen to all the customers just come back to us we do our best job and always willing to talk respectly to everyone. We don't want to get our customers who they get nails done at salon leaving without happiness .this is our priorities that give out to all the customers. Faithfull.

Not sure why they have so many bad reviews and was sceptical about going there but took the chance and was so glad I did , Linda did my shellac and was very friendly and gave me the best service! I highly reccomend this place and will be returning!! I'm very happy with how my nails look!
