I had a full body massage with Nina this afternoon, she worked out a knot in my back and released tension all over! The whole experience was great, no fuss, very relaxing and a lovely atmosphere in general.

Bespoke massage beyond as what was expected. The masseuse was whole body and focussing on areas where its needed with different and building up pressure and massaged stiff areas magically away. Certainly one step closer to heaven. The truly relaxing environment, music and whole atmosphere makes one soothing into a tranquil world, stimulating mind and body, forgetting any stress, rejuvenating body, mind and soul.

I had lovely traditional thai massage after work here. The receptionist was polite and very friendly. I was running 10 minutes late, but it wasn't a problem. I can't remember the name of the therapist, but it was an older lady, and she was brilliant. She was very professional, asking me what strength of pressure I liked and what areas I wanted focusing on. It was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. She got rid of all my knots in upper back and I could tell she was very experienced. I really recommend this place, and I have already booked another massage in few weeks time.

I had Luxury thai aroma massage here and it was amazing!!!! I asked for medium pressure and it was exactly how I liked it. Lovely treatment rooms and no rushing at the end. Would definitely come again, as it was a very good value and round the corner from my work place.

One of the best authentic thai massages I have ever had. Recommended by a friend, after I complained having upper back ache. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards and the pain was much improved. I highly recommend this place - very professional, excellent quality and it was a good value too.

For over 12 years I suffered from frequent episodes of severe back pain and agonizing sciatica. I had seen my GP to be prescribed painkillers plus visited Osteopaths and Chiropractors for long courses of expensive treatment with mixed short-term benefits and no long-term solution. It was only after a visit to Lemongrass Boutique Spa, following a recommendation, that my long-term problem has been fixed. To my surprise, the pain was drastically decreased after the first visit and now treatment at an early sign of pain returning, ensures I’m long term pain free. I have never been pushed to sign up for a long-term treatment plan and I always find the staff welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The salon is relaxing with peaceful treatment rooms and it is very clean. In addition, it’s in a great central London location. A visit makes a good excuse to do some Oxford Street shopping and socialising in the West End. I highly recommend a visit if you have back pain or are in need of a relaxing treatment.

I visited Lemon grass for my nail and massage. I was impressed by their professional skills and service. I had pain on my neck for 2 weeks. After massage treatment, my neck is much better. People are nice and friendy. Reasonable rate/ Good location for busy workers and tourists. I strongly recommend this place. :)

This is the first time I leave a Google review because it has taken me over one year to find a good massage place in London. I used to have loads of shiatsu back in Brazil and I tried lots places in London before I found anything which I found good. Here the masseur felt like she had good technique, applied a good amount of pressure and knew how to find problematic points. The place is clean and open till late. Recommend it.

Best Thai massage in central London, clean and great prices. Highly recommendable ♥️ All masseurs are great but Pam managed to be my favourite one for the time being. She really worked on my neck and back as I needed there the most.

Love Lucy my regular masseuse. She is wonderful and actually listens to you and any ailments you may have and then focuses on the troubled area. Good value for money too

I have been incredibly happy with the treatments I've had here and have highly recommended Lemongrass to both family and friends. The manicures and pedicures look absolutely perfect and last much longer than any other salon I've been to. The massages are wonderful too - the staff take great care of you, go to extra lengths to provide a phenomenal service and make you feel welcome and comfortable! Definitely recommend!

I recently had a wonderful Thai massage with Ning at this extremely clean, quiet establishment near Marble Arch. Ning is small but very strong so be forewarned if you ask for a firm massage! She worked out a number of kinks and I left feeling so much better. I thought the price of GBP55/hour was extremely reasonable, so much so that I went back a week later. They accept credit cards but you cannot add a tip so bring cash if you wish to tip.

When I was asked "how hard should I press", I knew that the massage would be good. I have an ache in my shoulder, and whilst the massage has not completely eliminated it; it has reduced it from a throbbing ache to a dull ache. I'll be back regularly to keep the pain at bay. As well as good masseuses, the environment is fairly serene (if a little small) with relaxing scents and music. Well worth a visit.
