Very clean nail salon. Great selection of colours. Nail techs were smiling and carried out the pedicure to perfection! Was served delicious coffee whilst sitting on a massage chair, felt truly spoilt & worth every penny! Thanks for a great service, will definitely be back.

As always, was super happy with the service and end result of my nails. I frequent Lily's every 3 weeks and always leave with beautiful nails. Everytime i get gel extensions with shellac and even though i have them redone every 3 weeks, they are always still in such good condition i could afford to keep them on for an extra 2 weeks. No complaints whatsoever. I don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after seeing some of the negative feedback from others, as i have only ever had positive experiences in my time visiting Lily's.

I am really surprised with negative reviews. It's one of my favourite salons - clean, quick, precise and reasonably priced. I used to go to the salon in Earl's Court which was charging a lot more and it was a hit and miss. Lily's next to my house and I am really impressed with their services. Perfect pedicure and acrylic infills - I won't be going anywhere else!

Treated my mother and myself to a shellac manicure and normal manicure. In all honestly a bit shocked at the bad reviews went there based on a recommendation from a friend. Both me and my mother had a great manicure, the lady slayed my cuticles to the heavens and did the best shellac nail paint I've had in a very long time! Mother was happy with her manicure and polish too. Staff are polite enough, was going to leave a tip but got the feeling some of the staff were talking about us bad or good only they would know 😂. Decided when I go again if I'm still impressed they'll defo get a generous tip! Would of been nice to be offered a drink but to be fair they were quite busy and got busier as we were there. From my experience today I'd recommend and go again.

I've been to the salon probably 10 times already. There are very few times that I've not been happy with the result, however, I must say that the staff members are quite grumpy and arrogant 80% of the times. Sometimes they offer me tea/coffee, other times they just don;t bother. I hate when one person starts doing my nails and then suddenly another one overtakes even though I have specifically explained what I want to the first one. There are just few things that annoy me from time to time, but I guess for the low price you pay, that's what you get!

Been coming here for years and normally good as the technicians are good at their job and are usually courteous if not particularly friendly (which doesn't bother me).Today I just asked if they would give me a new loyalty card as I had mislaid my original which had just one stamp on it (from my appointment previous week, which was obviously easy for then to check) and was just given a point blank 'no'... really...? Did they really think after all these years I was trying to scam them out of 50p or whatever it was worth...POOR customer service....

I've been a customer at this saloon during all my permanence in London (almost a year), and I got immediately affectionate due to the incomparable price quality ratio. I work in Hammersmith, and even if the area is less expensive than other parts of London, the price point here is truly competitive, and the service is provided very professionally. Despite this, a couple of weeks ago I had a bad experience here, since a very young beginner did my manicure, and she forgot to put the coat on top of the nail polish. Useless to say that she had to do it again as the nail polish got wasted very easily at the minimum touch, and I wasted a lot of time there. The work was not excellent, I was very disappointed, and I left the saloon with the suspect I would have never gone back. But guess what? The manager of the saloon texted me back the day after, offering me the chance to go back, and have a full complimentary manicure as apology from the saloon! Never seen anything Like this! I've just done this and I must say the result is amazing as always! Great professionalism and good price, definitely they have no competitor in Hammersmith!

Not a problem until today’s shellac manicure. They were busy, fine. But the guy today was rushing , and the result is Not nice. Filling acrylic, clear top coat, it looks like I have tips which is not the case. Disappointed

Very welcoming and modern salon. This my 2nd visit to a nail bar in 2 weeks and am wondering whether it is the norm for staff to speak among themselves in their own language ? I find it very unsettling. Also the assumption in both places was that you knew the procedure and after 15 mins left under dryer - I made the decision to leave as no-one came back to me as had moved on physically and mentally to another client. Having said all that Lilly's is a professional operation with lots of services and nail colours. Pedicures seem to be very popular as well. I would definitely go back as very good valuable for money.

1st time at Lilly nails, after losing faith in practically every nail bar ive been to over the years.. Very pleased to say i was greated by name (I had booked in advance for an infill) and taken very good care of. The salon is immaculately modern, the perfect place for a pampering! When asked what colour i would like my nails painted, my reply was "something neutral please" and to my surprise, the technician knew the name of the polish i had previously been wearing! (Mademoiselle) My nails were painted beautifully and any polish that happened to touch my skin was removed. I left the salon with perfectly painted, perfectly shaped nails. I would definitely recommend Lillys and am looking forward to my next visit!

Friendly and cheerful staffs, usually Nails places like these staff could not speak English well (or not at all) but at Lity Nails everyone was well spoken. Took my girl here for manicure and she was very happy. The colour stay on for ages. She is now a regular here.

I tried all the nails saloons in Hammersmith and Chiswick area and THIS IS THE BEST. Kind and professional staff, large selection of polish colour (Shellac, OPI...). Free wifi and free tea. Raccomended for spa pedicure as well!! Some people wrote that the guys are not smiley but this is not them job. They are polite, this must be enough. Ask for Amy, she is the best and she deserve a tip 😉

Efficient, clean, good standard. Don't look too much into the detail of your mani and pedi it is sometimes a bit approximate as they don't spend a lot of time on you. 38£ for both mani and pedi is a good price point
