Very professional and clean salon. My appointment ran ON TIME and the stylist (Georgia) was very helpful. I have natural hair and struggled with persistent dandruff/itchy scalp for over a year. The herbal rinse I had was great and it turns out I was using the wrong products for my hair and now my problems are solved and my hair is as healthy as it’s ever been! I would recommend!

Went here for the 1st time in years. Impressed with the cleanliness, friendly staff and even when one staff was unwell the others were so attentative to make sure I was ok. Very good shop and Id recommend to anyone with dreadlocks as it was a pleasant experience. A lil pricey with the styling as a ponytail cost me £20 which is double what I usually pay when I go to my regular but that aside, would definitely go back 4/5 stars 🙌🏾👌🏾🎯💫

Travelled there from NW London (because of the rave reviews) for the first time for a retwist and oil treatment. I’m a customer with a sensitive scalp and having had a previous bad experience with an uncaring (but very well-known and we’ll-established) salon, I was a little sceptical and super nervous. I needn’t have been... I loved it! What to say? Excellent service. Fabulous reception (I was welcomed and seen to right away), spotlessly clean, spacious and provided some much welcome brain-stimulating conversation at my pace (I NEVER usually talk). I felt welcome, relaxed, safe and right at home. To top it off, my crown now feels and looks amazing! Thank you Desiree, for making a sister feel like a queen. I’ll definitely be back.

Lovely owner and staff. Took my nervous daughter in to have her hair done. This was the second attempt. The first time the stylist advised that my girl was not ready. She was right! This time my daughter said it was the best experience EVER. Said she felt pampered and taken care of. This is what young girls need. To feel special and look lovely. Thank you so much. This is a very professional place. My daughter went here twice on her trip to London. She said she loved it and the manager was a wonderful woman. I will recommend that everyone who needs the locs done to go here. It is a easy location to find and lots of parking in the side streets.

Best treatment ever! My hair which is natural and frizzy and unruly was left soft and managable, no frizz in sight. Unusually for a black hair dresser they kept to appointment times. I received a reminder call a few days before my appointment and the day before my appointment, I found this helpful. Staff were very polite, explained what they did as they went along. Offered beverages at intervals. Definately use rhem again!

My first time here and I was so impressed. I usually spend hours in the hairdressers but it was so quick I didn't even realise the time....the only thing I wish is that the hair wash was a lil longer....otherwise I was super impressed.
