Sylvia is really lovely as a person and makes you feel instantly comfortable. I had my top-up for my microblading treatment with her last week and she did an amazing job! Silvia is a very gifted technician and a warm and friendly person. Sylvia is amazing, I had my first session 2 months ago and my top up today. First session brows looked great. Today I told her I wanted them a bit more closer together and she did exactly what I asked for and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Sylwia was so understanding and accommodating when I messed up the timings and arrived late. She put me at ease instantly and explained the procedure fully and clearly. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my eyebrows and how much time it has saved me every morning getting ready. Sylvia is great at what she does, and really takes the time to ensure you are completely happy with the shape of your eyebrows before she starts and never rushes you at all. I won't be going anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, and would recommend her to friends whenever I am asked about my eyebrows. Looking back at old photos I can see the huge eyebrow transformation I have had and how much better they look now. Getting your eyebrows microbladed can be intimidating and the aftercare a bit impractical, but in my case it was 100% worth it, and I am looking forward to booking my next top up which should be due around Christmas time.

I nervously went to get my eyebrows microbladed with Sylvia 2 days ago, and was quite blown away with the standards and service she provided. The room was very clean and airy, and had a very relaxed and spacious feel to it which helped put me at ease. Sylvia herself was very friendly, knowledgable and very calming and reassuring. She was very patient and made sure the drawing of my 'new' brows was to my standard before starting. When she started the blading itself, it felt like a tiny baby nail was lightly scatching me, I couldn't believe that was it. Of course I had the area numbed before. So from then on that was it, she continued to complete the brows. Made sure I was happy with the pigment, and before I knew it they were finished. I will be back in 4 to 6 weeks for a top- up, and am looking forward to it. I would highly recommend having your brows microbladed with Sylvia. Especially if you were like myself, having to include an eyebrow pen, or pencil in your make- up routine everyday. It has been so nice already, just to wake up to them already the perfect shape and colour, and not having to worry about them. I'm very happy with them! Hayley.

They have since booked me in for a top up, so i'm changing the review from 2 stars to 4* So disappointed. I was pretty happy with my eyebrows first of all, but after a few weeks, they've faded in one corner. I've tried to contact them via text and email over the last couple of weeks and no response. So i'm not happy with how they look now and i can't arrange for a top up.
