After running my own business seeing the care that the team like Naz and the girls bring is amazing, all of the team are brilliant and Iv legitimately seen and benefited from changes to my skin. They care about not just providing a good service but about your life and how their treatments can effect what happens, would not recommend them more highly enough.

As soon as I met Naz I knew I had made the right decision, she was so warm and friendly and explained everything. The actual treatment was no were near as painful as I had imagined and I am so pleased I went ahead. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Had my eyebrows Microbladed by Naz and she made the whole process very easy and comfortable with her checking in throughout the whole procedure to make sure I felt at ease. My eyebrows were very uneven and a bit patchy before I had this done and she filled them in making it natural to the rest of the hairs and I couldn't really notice that I'd had a patch after they were finished!

I saw Naz who made me feel really at ease, explained the treatment in detail and what to do afterwards. The ladies were so friendly, exceptionally sweet and welcoming and I will definitely be booking several more appointments here. It took me almost 2 hours to get to the saloon but it was so worth the travel. I 100% recommend them for all your cosmetic needs. The salon is beautifully decorated, very clean and staff members always comply with covid regulations. I'm always met with a friendly face, staff make you feel comfortable from the get go. This is by far the best laser treatments I've had. Sessions are easily booked and they are happy to reschedule if you stay within the required time frame. Honestly can't recommend them enough.

I was nervous about the procedure and whether it would be painful and Naz calmly talked me through it and reassured me that I would be ok, it was just because it was unknown that I was so scared. Guess what she was right, the procedure it is not painful just a little uncomfortable at times. My eyebrows like great and I have no fear of infection as Naz was as clean as possible.

S. J.So starting with I am a big girl! And every time I book a treatment any I am super nervous. I bought my voucher and tried to call to book but had a recording saying to email. Was a little confused and concerned as I wanted to talk to someone but we move on. Emails were answered the same evening with a friendly and welcome vibe. Booking was amazingly easy over email and was given tons of dates for flexibility.
Day of - I took my before pics, as you do and glad I did! Arrived and parked in Aldi across the road, rung the bell and was let in by the super friendly Kate (I think, sorry didn’t get your name 🙈). As soon as I walked in I understood why they don’t take phone calls! Amazing chilled atmosphere, very clean and put me at ease straight away. Jumped (not elegantly!) on the bed, was amazes at the bands fitting me 🥳 Had my treatment, which was so simply and easy (worrying about nothing!) didn’t feel it getting warm or anything so was a little sceptical about if it would work. On the way out, no hard sale or pushyness, a simple “let us know how you get on and if you want to book anymore”. Got home, no redness or puffiness but took pics and there is a visible difference!!

V.Excellent Microblading by Naz. Really professional service - Step 1- Consultation was very thorough and was made aware of different types of skin types and options available for best results. Was advised to leave treatment for a few weeks because I had been in the sun & therefore would not have been appropriate at the time. I appreciated not feeling pressured to follow through with the appointment at that precise time. Rebooking was straight forward. Session 1 - Naz was incredibly reassuring and talked through each step. We agreed on the right shape & felt like you are in the best hands. It’s important to give your initial eyebrows some time to heal and settle before making hasty adjustments. Aftercare instructions were clear & followed. Session 2 top up - really accommodating and transparent comms as we worked through gov guidelines. Top up session - great opportunity to tweak eyebrows. I LOVE them. Naz knows the right shape for you even when you may not see it at the time. Incredibly warm - thank you for a great experience! They have healed really well following clear simple after care. Will be back and would definitely recommend.

P.I had booked a derma facial through wowcher, when i arrived for my treatment I was greeted by 2 lovely therapists they had taken me to their reception for a consultation in which I was asked what my concerns were (I have pigmentation from acne scaring) The therapist then recommended led light as she felt this would be more beneficial to my skin. I was very happy that I was given honest advice and recommended a treatment that could work for my skin as the therapist could have just taken my money and done the derma facial for the sake of it! I have booked in so far for 3 Led light treatments and looking forward to it although this will be in a few weeks time as they are fully booked, with service like that it is expected!
