Came here with a friend as part of a wowcher deal. I was left waiting for nearly 1 hour to get my massage done as the lady who was going to do it was late. I also had a facial. As for the facial I was very pleased with the result. Skin was left feeling smooth and fresh. The massage on the other hand was quite painful and despite telling the lady so she still continued applying a lot of pressure. I was left with a painful shoulder. Staff were friendly but I will not be going back.

I bought a ticket for one session on wowcher at a discount to come and get treated with my friends but there was some complication regarding the timing and pricing. When I called and texted the lady wasn't clear so I decided to get a refund but that wasn't also possible so I ended up coming. Their sale system is bad as the lady in the counter was replying to texts/calls and doing some of the treatments too. Overall the experience was okay as it was my first time being in such an environment, I did find the masseur to be kind and cheerful but I got creeped out when she started mentioning about being a spiritualist (as I'm a Muslim and believe spirits to be jinns - if you know you know) I came late so the session was shorter but worth for £29 which I paid, but if I paid over £100 for the same session I would NOT BE HAPPY. Props to them, I did feel respected as it was all female and we could wait inside while the other friend finished her session.

She was friendly and conscientious, clearly caring about my satisfaction, and had to get creative with a solution that would work for my hair. Only reason for 4 star not 5 is that this is a small salon with limited resources compared to a big expensive chain with lots of employees: very good service for what it is

A nice evening spent in the company of London ladies getting the last slot of the evening for a back massage, mini facial and a hand massage on a living social deal for my daughter and l.! Took some shuffling to fit us in as this place is popular with its regulars. Whilst its not th most modern decor, it's warm, friendly and Amina has magic hands. Most relaxed I've been in ages. As extras you get great conversations with other customers ( thanks for prosecco and Italian food tips from the eyebrow tint ltalians ) and you can get something off your chest talking to Freda the Resident goldfish. There's also amazing jewellery to buy and the opportunity to rebook at another bargain price. Look at my photos to see it's a user friendly unstuck up place.

I was very happy with Farah’s services (I had half head how highlights and a hair cut). She was attentive, friendly and welcoming. She worked non-stop for 2 hours 20 minutes and the result was great. I’m not sure why some of her Google reviews aren’t so good - don’t be put off my the shop front. Once you step inside Farah will make you feel very comfortable and she seems to have lots of different beauty skills and many years of experience.

I had a really good experience at this salon. Farah was my technician and she made me feel relaxed and welcomed. She really took care of me and made sure I was comfortable through my treatment. A year ago I had permanent make up with Natural Enhancement and I was expecting the same. I was so shocked at how different the experience was. Firstly it took a lot longer, Farah went over the areas a few times to make it more long lasting. I was really impressed with the look of my new brows and eyeliner, I didn’t expect them to turn out so well this time! The salon isn’t as fancy and is small but don’t let that fool you, it’s a good price for a better result. I would recommend having permanent make up done here to everyone. I booked an appointment through Treatwell with fairly little notice for Wednesday evening to have my eyebrows waxed. When I turned up I was greeted very warmly by the owner, Farah, and upon confirming my name and what service I had booked, she immediately had me sit down and got to work. It was my first time having my eyebrows done, so unfortunately I can't make much of a comparison with other experiences, but she certainly made me feel very at ease. The whole process was very quick and relatively painless, amounting to no more than a total of ten minutes. After waxing my eyebrows she took time to pluck eventual stray hairs, and soothed my skin with some mysterious cream. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'll be sure to come back.

My back pain is almost gone and I am very happy about that. The last time after my massage I went home and slept for 5 hours and it was a great sleep too. Yes, indeed, it is not the most fancy place but the services are great and all the staff are friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this place and I will continue going for my weekly massages and occasional hair appointments and it is very good value for money.

All the treatments were great, my nails have lasted over 2 weeks, eyebrows looked great and they didn't take too much off, so it was nice having someone follow direction well. Bought a Groupon for microblading and am so happy with the whole experience! I called as soon as I purchased the deal, got an appointment for patch test the following day and then was booked in for the treatment two days later. Farah was extremely kind and welcoming, she explained the process step by step, and showed me all the products she'd be using - even the cleansing wipe! She applied the numbing cream and left it for about 15 minutes before she started working on them, then alternated between one eyebrow and another so she could apply more cream (total of 3 layers of cream for each eyebrow). The process felt like having my eyebrows pinched with tweezers, and the final result is just amazing!

Called to book a last minute hair cut (wet cut). When I arrived 5 minutes later than the agreed time, the only staff there was busy with a customer doing a wash/cut/blow dry and I was asked to wait (which I guessed would take more than 30 minutes) I assumed my slot was double booked. The hairdresser agreed with the other customer to cut my hair first which took less than 15 minutes and even though was a bit shorter than I expected, it looked good. Considering the price was much cheaper than other hairdressers I found nearby this was great value for money and would come again.

I have to say Farah was extremely accommodating even though I arrived far later than I was supposed to (45 minutes). My nails were done to a really high standard and I could see she takes pride in the work she does. I'm currently on holiday and have been complimented numerous times on my nails... Never a bad thing! I bought a wax deal on Groupon. I arrived and was shown to a room that didnt seem to have been made clean for my treatment. however I continued as it was a very reasonable deal. my treatment was not the most professional one I have had before, but acceptable. I then asked Farah what they charged for massages. after a discussion and 30mins wait i recieved a massage, which was very good. however they still did not give me fresh towels or make me feel totally comfortable. I would advise that the cleanliness of your business step up a notch in order for you to grow your business and keep regular clients. I had my eyebrows waxed here. the price is cheap but that's because you're not getting a luxury treatment. the lady was super friendly but it was very informal. I booked through treatwell so she said she didn't know which treatment I asked for exactly. she jumped between my treatment and another lady. I didn't mind this laid backness and found it amusing actually but I'm sure it wouldn't be the most ideal situation for others. the wax took 10 minutes if that but she did exactly what I wanted and did a nice temple massage afterwards.

Very good service, I had an appointment at 6:00pm however I called on the same day to ask if I could go earlier and the manager kindly change it for me. I bood a microdermabrasion and ones there I been advice from the Manager to try glucolic peel for my skin and I did with a fantastic results noticeable already after the treatment.
