Really professional staff, and high quality service. I get my lashes done here and I love it, always leave feeling really happy with what I've paid for (which is so reasonable for lashes in London). The online booking system is amazing and if I've ever had to alter an appointment they are so responsive on the phone also. Lovely flower wall in reception along with complimentary love heart sweets and pink spoolies! To the baby pink blankets in the beauty room! The staff here are very welcoming, and friendly to talk to! Although when getting my lashes done I tend not to as I have to concentrate on not opening my eyes! The services you receive are to high standards, and you leave getting what you ask for. I am quite a fair person and usually when I get my eyebrows done there always too dark for me, here at London Lash Studio they are perfect and pain free! (can only speak for myself on the pain threshold). The online booking system is super user friendly and easy to use. I would recommend London Lash Studio to everyone! But make sure you get your appointment in as slots get booked up super quick!

This is the BEST clinic in London for eyelash extensions. Oh my. I won’t go anywhere else now. My eyelashes can last up to 3-4 weeks. It’s crazy. Usually, I have to get infills weekly because of how fast they usually used to drop off. The girls there are so lovely, so professional and take so much care when it comes to your treatment. I’ve been treated by both Kati & Krista , and they do an incredible job every single time. A solid 10/10.

Ever since finding London Lash Studio, I haven’t been going anywhere else - the technicians are extremely skilled and take care and attention to achieve the results I ask for each time. I also find that their lashes do not irritate my natural lashes, which remain healthy and undamaged, especially compared to other places I have visited in the past. I would highly recommend.

I come here to do my LVL lash lift and have been for years. Great value for the service given it can be very expensive elsewhere and my lashes always look amazing after. Following the proper aftercare guidance, I can get the lift to last a good 2 months. Will definitely continue coming here!

Got a lash lift here not long ago, the results were super nice I was unsure at first if it would turn out nice as many of my friends didnt recoment lash lift but my lashes lasted for around 3 months and they looked longer and fuller as well. Although they told me not to get any water near the lashes within 24 hours after treatment I did cry the same day i got them done (lol) but they offered to fix the eye that got ruined for free which was super nice. The girls who work there are very helpful, and the set up of the salon is Hijabi friendly, no windows etc

I’ve also had so many compliments about them and people can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve had them done. I’ve had mine done by Sara and she was exceptional. The first time I went the lashes didn't last, but the manager Jade is lovely and offered me to come in and they have lasted longer. I wouldn't say these lashes have lasted as long as other places I have had them done but this may be because i have naturally short lashes but opt for a long voluminous set which can be quite weighty. For truly great customer service and staff that care, I would still advise going!

Have been having my lashes done here for a few months now and they are easily the nicest eyelash extensions I've had done. They use very high quality lashes that don't look overly fake (even though I like mine quite long with lots of volume). The studio itself is nicely decorated and the beds are comfy - a must when you're lying there for a couple of hours...! Also very near the station which is handy. Will definitely keep going back to London Lash Studio.

I got the lash LVL (perm) & tint with Krista. I'm very happy with the end result! My lashes look awesome and I feel really pretty. I have average length natural lashes. I have had lash extensions before and I feel that my LVL result equates to a natural look lash extension. I'd recommend them to everyone who has reasonably sized lashes that are too straight or are all over the place. Krista will tame them for you! The salon had a good atmosphere and I felt comfortable to have my eyelashes glued shut for 45 minutes. Bonus was the free toffees at the door :)

Not bad... Lashes lifted unevenly the first time and although it was good that they arranged another appointment to redo free of charge it was inconvenient to have to go back. The lift has lasted quite well but lashes get a tangled look over time which isn't great.. Will consider carefully before going again.

First time I had my brows tinted and I absolutely loved it, also the first time I had a lash lift and it has lasted so well - I can still see the difference nearly 2 months later

Went in for a lash lift and tint. The tint turned out well but the lash lift was overdone resulting in my lashes being over-curled. I waited it out for a month then wrote a review explaining my experience. Jade contacted me that night and was very professional in how she handled everything and she remedied the over-curled lashes the next day which I appreciated.

My initial experience of a LVL wasn't very good as I ended up with overcurled lashes although I requested for a natural look, and unluckily with product in my one eye which was quite painful. Thankfully Jade kindly offered to fix this after I posted my review and I am now happy with the result. I would recommend that anyone who has long lashes and are after a natural look to ask about the large size and discuss this beforehand. Also I would recommend you request a patch test in advance to be safe.
