This was my first time visiting Luv Natural and it was a great experience. I had called many times about colouring my hair but I was faced with only patience which I really appreciated. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady who dyed my hair, but she was brilliant. She knew I was nervous about colouring my hair and was so reassuring and kind towards me which put me at ease. Thank you very much for my great honey blond ends, I'm in love with the colour. I would definitely come back here.

I needed a place in London to re-attach my old dreadlocks and a lot of people on my instagram recommended Luv Natural. So I thought I should try it out, and I was greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. The salon has a very pleasant atmosphere and it is very clean. The staff there is super friendly, highly professional and accommodating to all of their customers, even when it's super busy, they take their time. Their extensive knowledge and skill are truly unmatched...I love my new look and this is definitely going to be my new home.

I went to Luvnatural for the second time. It was originally recommended by one of my friends. The first time went super well and I was very happy with my hair. I came back for colouring and interlocking. This time, the hair is a little too tight, and I got some trouble sleeping with it even five days after. I'm sure it's a one-off. I will update after removing the hairdo.

Amazing experience. Friendly yet professional staff. Extremely creative and talented people. Definitely the place to go for those with Locs. Clean facilities. Loads of parking available on the actual street or on side roads however you do have to pay depending on the time of day. I will definitely return and spread the word to my loc'd friends and family. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Amazing loc specialist! I first had a consultation, then my loc my instal on the 1st November and I'm back for my retwist! They are very professional and look after their customers! I have extremely sensitive scalp and thick hair and they accommodated for me gave me tips and advice. I live 45 mins away and it is so worth the travel! Very good prices as well! I definitely recommend coming here!

I went to Luv Natural for the first-time last week, and I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived at my appointment about 15 minutes early, yet I was seen to immediately. The energy of this Salon, was very positive and I instantly knew that I had made the right decision in giving here a try. The stylist that did my hair’s name was Tami. He introduced himself to me, and was friendly throughout my experience. I explained that I have Seborrheic Dermatitis, and so I had bought my Nizoral with me so that he could use it after washing my hair. He obliged, and advised me on various ways to take care of a sensitive scalp. Throughout my Loc retwist we were talking, and joking. Honestly, this experience was the highlight of my week – especially as I had been feeling low. This is going to be my new home for getting my Locs done. I hope that I’ll continue to receive a great service, in future.

Honestly one of the most professional services I have received at a hair salon before. My stylist Tam was perfect, he was punctual, very knowledgeable about afro hair and dreadlocks and very friendly. All the staff at Luv Natural are so helpful and welcoming. ALSO my hair has never looked this good!!! I would definitely recommend them again and again and i will definitely be going back. I love supporting black owned businesses especially within the afro hair industry and I am so so happy that Luv Natural did not let me down! Please keep it up guys!! :)

I went there yesterday first time. They were very welcoming and accommodating. They managed to squeeze me in although I didn’t have an appointment. This is the neatest I have ever seen my hair. I never knew it could look so neat. I went in for a retwist and he also styled it. The price was affordable too.

Unfortunately just average.. I've been here twice now, they were late both times. On both occasions no courtesy to inform or apologise for running late. Seemed busy or in a rush to finish, no proper consultantation at the start. For example exactly what I wanted, styling wise, the cost etc. I wont be coming back again as it wasn't a worth while overall experience. It's nice to go to a salon and feel pampered even a little bit. Sadly for the most part it felt like I was an inconvenience to the stylist.The service was slap dash, maybe I expect too much..

Very good place to relax and get your locs done. The vibe is welcoming and very friendly, my locs were my birthday present for myself and they did not disappoint. I'll definitely be back again. They are knowledgeable about locs and make you feel at ease. They even ask if you colour or cut your locs which isn't my preferred way but atleast you get a choice.

It's always a pleasure to visit Luv Natural. Stella treatment from Thami and Fortune. Great customer care. They put love and care in what they do. I used to have my locs done elsewhere but now I have them done at Luv Natural and they are so much better. They keep their salon neat and tidy. Can Not Fault These guys. I phoned for an appointment at the last minute having been let down by a previous usual locstician. I managed to speak to a lovely lady who had a very good telephone manor. I booked the only free slot left for later that day. On arrival I was greeted and seen to straight away. Excellent service. Very Accommodating Atmosphere.
