Really nice beauty salon on the first floor, Tina did my nails on Friday evening, was quick and efficient, good selection of nailpaints and the book online option is really user friendly, was lucky to get a same day appointment on a Friday, thanks will be visiting again when am in the neighbourhood again

Got a pedicure here, was a great deal price wise. although staff came across a little blunt... it didn’t really bother us as the treatment was perfect and HELLO massage chair!

Rarely give 5 stars for reviews but the service and treatment I got here was amazing. I'm usually quite fussy with my lashes but this place has now become my go-to for lashes. Helen has done my lashes twice now and they last long. I also had my nails done here and they were good value for money.

I get my lash extensions done on a regular basis, but was my first time at Luxe; I can confirm this is one of the best places I've ever been to. The lady who did my lashes (didn't get her name) was very light handed and fast at applying the lashes. The final result was stunning, natural, light, and glamorous. Can not recommend this place highly enough!!!

Have been going to this salon to get my lashes done for a while now. Donna is careful and attentive to how you want the final result to look. She always double checks what look I’m going for, careful in ensuring lashes are on properly and well balanced on the eyes. Very happy with results:) PS I find lashes stay on longer when I get them done with Donna in this salon, versus other salons I used to get them done at - which is always a plus)

I went for a full head of highlights package with the treatment, cut and blow dry. The girl was great and understood what I intended on getting, all the members of the staff were friendly, and the women attending my hair was very quick and efficient. I strongly recommend this salon and will be back soon to do my highlights again. :)

I went to the salon for sns nails. The owner was very efficient and also managed to help another customer. She was very eager to please customers and make them happy - she was actually dealing with 2 rude women who were trying to take advantage and they made me feel uncomfortable but the owner managed to provide them with what they needed and kept a smile on her face. My sns manucure was lovely. there was a bit of chipping on the top layer after a couple of days but I simply came back to ask if she could fix it and she did - after that I had 3 weeks of perfect nails :) I would recommend if you are tight on time during lunch - very practical location for me!

Donna had a welcoming smile and good customer service. She did my gel nails in 25 minutes and they're exactly as I wanted them I'd definitely recommend and will continue to come here. Very happy customer and the place is cosy and beautiful just right!!!

Went to Luxe to get eyelash extensions, and I cannot fault the place. My eyelashes were done beautifully and quickly, so impressed. Great value for money as you would struggle to find anywhere to do the same job for even double the price!

They look really nice but was very rushed even though the shop was empty , as a result she cut me with the electric filer. Didn't even apologize or offer any discount.. Won't be going back, It's a shame... Customer service not great
