Today is my birthday and this is my first time visiting luxury beauty and spa being i searched on Google for spa treatments and they came highly recommended on the reviews so i booked them straight away and I did a full body massage, mini facial and eyebrow threading and tinting i feel so relaxed and renewed the staff were very friendly i will definitely go back

I went to Luxury beauty and spa a few days ago and I opted to get the oxygeneo facial. It was a deep cleansing facial. I left feeling very satisfied. The customer service was also great. Agnieszka was lovely and so was Karolina who did my facial. I felt very valued as a customer. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you 😊

Have been going here for waxing for about 2 years and I would highly recommend. Before finding this place I used to go to a more expensive chain for many years and this is a much better standard of waxing. They use Lycon wax, which was an important deciding factor, as it’s the best. On top of that, the therapists are very quick, but also patient if you’re a bit nervous. Karolina in particular is fantastic. The salon itself is always very clean and everyone who works there is friendly. I’ve also had manicures and facials there before and was happy with those.

I absolutely love this place! After looking for so long for a beauty salon that offered a good selection of treatments, and imoortantly knowledgable staff, I came across Luxury Beauty and Spa. I had Oxygeneo and BTL treatments with Andrea, who is superb. She took me theough the detail of the treatments, always checks in, listens and I feel in really safe hands. Both treatments worked really well and I can’t wait for the next time!

Lovely spa clinic with awesome staff! I've had a few services here - massage, waxing, and just recently a facial. All of the services have been fantastic so far, done by friendly and knowledgeable staff! The manager is especially nice and always happy to help. The clinic itself is very clean and airy, and there is soft music to create a chilled ambience. They also have a massive list of services and treatments, so there really is something for everyone. Price wise I found them to be competitive, and cheap for the amazing service you receive. Bare in mind it's appointment only, but there is a number of staff available so booking is never an issue. Definitely Archway's best beauty clinic.

I’ve just had my eyebrows done at the last minute and all l can say is wow! Firstly they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and secondly the eye brow technician was absolutely brilliant, she ascertained exactly what l wanted and they look amazingly. I came first time to this place for a body massage. And I was shocked. This salon was extremely clean, the all therapist was looked professional and very friendly. Just when I walked inside the lovely receptionist gave me nice mint and lemon water. Before my treatment start I was explained duration. 100% I recommend this salon. Because I was so happy with the treatment which I done and the dermatologica products which I bought from this salon. Really pleased with the beauticians job, she was very professional, intelligent, knowledgeable. She helped me to choice and gave me positivity to do the new treatment which receptionist introduce me even when I was thinking to rejected and have it just microdermabrasion. I found that lady front reception was too much pushing me to do new treatment oxygeo which I didn't even know what is it and I was scared to do. So my beautician calm me down and I told her that I will try but less time of this treatment to see how my skin will look afterwards. Salon was supper clean. Beautician amazing, friendly I was felt in the room like at home. I'm already recommended her to my friends and of course coming back again myself to see her again. Thank you 😊

I had booked myself in for microneedling on 28th January 2020. I loved the clean and tidy impression of the salon. Further, the customer service the staff provided was beyond what I expected. Natasha, who did my treatment was very professional, kind and kept me updated during the whole treatment. All the staff was very helpful and even helped me to choose the right skin care products. I got done just my eyebrows treading in this beauty spa and I was quite disappointed for the service and the price. Whenever I go I always trust the therapist because I think that she knows what she's doing after telling how I want to have my brows done. But I really didn't checked properly firstly the price and second when therapist finished her job with my brows. Receptionist been on the phone most of the time when I came in to the place and she's not inform me before a price how much rawfly will cost for me. Alright. It happens. So I paid what they asked - even I was unhappy !! When I got back home I checked again my brows and I was so disappointed and almost wanted to cry because my eyebrows was left quite thin and having some gaps probably from cutting with scissors. Beautician was talking about herself and problems which she's having at the moment in her life with her. So I didn't put too much attention what she's doing. It's just look a bit unprofessional. So after the treatment I was charged £15 for 20 mins treading because my therapist was very slow, she was too much talking and taking a time with a threading.? In different salon where I was before therapist was done my eyebrows and tint together per 15mins!! And it was cost the same price what they charged me over here. It's very disappointing that you need to pay for therapist speed and you need to come with attention and check the therapist how she does the treatment. I thought I find my local beauty place, unfortunately I need to look nearest by. To be honest, I didn't like the service and quality of the treatment. I don't recommend this beauty salon place because it looks like they overcharge the treatments and the treatment doesn't seem to be done properly.

I went for a chemical peel and facial and was thoroughly impressed. I told the receptionist that I’d pulled a muscle in my neck when I arrived and she asked the beautician to include a little massage into my treatment free of charge. The place itself was clean and comfortable and the treatment was great. My skin had been glowing ever since. I’d definitely recommend.

Amazing experience.!!! I been looking for a long time ago the best therapist. Therapist give me the best experience which I wanted. Great beauty salon- I’ve been going back ever since I found this place. It’s professional, tidy and clean, wide variety of treatments, great location. I’m really pleased! This place is amazing! Very beautiful atmosphere and friendly environment. The Therapist was very gentle and had very good knowledge about the treatments. She gave me loads of advice about home care and gave me samples from dermalogica to try at home. I had a chemical peel and my skin feels so fresh! Will definitely recommend! Will be back soon!

CHEMICAL PEEL The salon was nice and the room was tranquil. The owner receptionist and the therapist were nice but i felt the treatment could have been explained better. There was no consultation. I was told.before application that i wouldnt peel (i thought that was the point of it being a chemical peel). I dont think the chemical was strong enough, even for my sensitive skin. I didnt notice any difference and feel it was a waste of money. Once the face mask is put on it would be nice if your left alone to relax. Instead the therapist sat behind my head in silence whilst i lie there trying relax. Awkward. Chemical needs to be stronger pointless.

I highly recommend the treatments offered by Luxury Beauty, who looks after my complexion for almost a year. During this time I have been treated with acids and dermapenem, which effectively improved the condition of the skin - it is noticeably smoothed, cleansed and healthy, and its color balanced. I have attended a few times for microdermobrasion. The staff is lovely and polite. The treatments itself were quite enjoyable, done it for enlarged pores, I didn't notice much difference on my pores after 4 treatments, the lady did say it takes more treatments for pores. I did notice however notice an improvement on my fine lines though and my skin was very smooth, clean and glowing. Overrall I'm a happy costumer.

I love my face. Correction - I love my face after a visit to Luxury Beauty & Spa. I have acne issues and after the microdermabrasion, my skin was smoother and brighter. The procedure isn't uncomfortable or painful. Also, I had no redness, dryness or itching as a special cream was applied straight after by the doctor. Days after my skin was glowing and I can see a major difference from before.

This place is amazing, the staff is very friendly, helpful and keen to please you but they are also very professional and well trained knowing all the information that you may inquire about. I had a full face HIFU and the results were unbelievable I used to have expression wrinkles that became deep lines but since the treatment they are completely gone I got a baby skin now. I also had a set of microdermabrasion treatments and the results were great my skin was brighter my freckles were gone and my post acne scarring is almost gone as well but I qm still on the process of having the treatment done. I would certainly recommend they are the best I have used so far!!!
