Friendly and relax atmosphere. Front of house was very welcoming and put me at ease as it was my first time trying a specific waxing service. Chris the therapist is very profesional explain the procedure and gave me information for other services that I'm interested in having done in the near future. Highly recommended - Friendly and professional services. I went for male waxing treatment and the whole experience was great. Luca was very welcoming and keen to make me feel comfortable. He took a short consultation prior to the treatment and answered all my questions. The treatment itself was quick and virtually pain free - Luca explained the procedure prior to and again during the treatment which made me feel very relax. The after-care was brilliant again - After few days my skin (very sensitive type) started to react. Luca replied to my email within an hour and his recommendation for after care product was spot on! (Skin Doctor - Ingrow Go) Truly a great experience with desired results achieved! I will definitely go back for further treatment.

I used to travel in to Central London especially for my male grooming treatments and now I have found this amazing salon that have a wide variety of treatments. I wanted to start off with a pedicure and manicure and I could not believe the personal touch of the staff, sometimes you don't experience this in salons but this was so different. Getting to know your customer is a key attribute and I felt Gabriel took time to understand the needs I had and in making me feel really good about my nails again. Ultra professional service and great value for money! BOOKING ONLINE was super easy !

This was just an amazing experience. I was quite nervous as never had a facial before. The massage was incredibly relaxing and gave me so much energy afterwards. The facial afterwards just took everything to another level - it helped my skin but also just felt wonderful. Gabriele was very friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. I enjoyed the experience so much I came back a few weeks later to try a pedicure - again this was a first time and it was also wonderful and I had such smooth feet after. Thank you so much LG LAB and I can't wait to be back. I think the concept of the business is great as I would find it intimidating to go to other salons - but here they are so friendly and welcoming.

I went to LG-LAB for a wax. Absolutely recommended, great result in a very short time. Staff are super friendly and professional both on the phone for the booking and during the treatment. Excellent service from both Luca & Gabrielle, both experts in male grooming with numerous years of experience. Great products available also which help with aftercare of sensitive areas. The pricing is fair for these treatments. Always on time so no hanging around, it's get in and get it done!!! If you are too cold or too hot tell them and they will activate the air con.

Fantastic salon offering a comprehensive range of men’s grooming services, specialising in skin care, massage and hair removal. Conveniently located, smartly decorated, impeccably clean and discreet. Absolutely the best male waxing I've ever had. Forthe past few years , I've had numerous wax therapist that were good, but Gabriel rom LG-LAB certainly is the very best. He is careful, caring, professional and tends to details to ensure you are satisfied. I highly recommend LG-LAB.

This is only place I will ever go for intimate waxing, massages or facials. Gabriele is amazing! If you haven't had a male wax before, then this is defiantly the place to go as they will make you feel so relaxed and confident that you are in good hands. Ive been waxed by Gabriele now for over 5 years!! Its very close to Clapham South tube so really easy to get too.
