I chose to have my hair removal with Evelina because she immediately struck me as a friendly, honest and professional person. I have been having treatments with her for over a year, throughout which she was always attentive to any developments in the process. Evelina genuinely cares that your hair removal is a success and that you are happy with the results. We are now coming to the end of our sessions and I will miss her warm and wise conversation. I've been wanting to get laser since wax is too painful, I'm sick of shaving, and I want permanent result. After spotting a newly opened Laser Hair Removal Salon at the Chelsea Club, Located on the border of neighbouring Chelsea and Fulham, I decided to start laser hair removal treatment on my underarms. Amazingly happy. My armpits are nice. Sure, I get some new hairs...but a touch up once or twice a year fixes that. Since I was so happy with the result - I continued laser hair removal treatment on my bikini area and looking forward to my next appointment! After many years of waxing and shaving I have decided to get rid of my hairs forever, as I am Italian and brunette I had a lots of thick and dark hair. I started to get vouchers in groupon, I thought it was a very good price but after 13 session of IPL on my lower legs with any good result I was very disappointed. Only 30% of my hair were gone. I didn't want to carry on until I met the person I dealt with . She was very kind and professional and caring, she was explained to me how her laser machine was different from IPL! I have decided to give it ago and I think that was the best choice I have made in my entire life! Completely painless, after 6 session my lower legs were so smooth and no more bleeding from shaving or ingrow hair, I had a new skin and I haven't shaved or waxed since then ( now 3 years) they are not growing back I feel so confident and free! No more time waisting, no more money for expensive waxing, no more" I can't wear a dress cause I haven't shaved! " It makes a huge difference in your life that all the women should try it! I was so satisfied with the results that I have got addicted and decided to do bikini, upper legs and underarms! Ewalina is amazing. She friendly, kind and accommodating. She is very thorough and patient. She always has a smile on her face and does what is best for you and your skin. I started laser with Evalina and I am almost done with my treatment and I cant be more happier, the laser machine is very gentle and effective and Evalina is an absolute delight she really goes above and beyond to ensure the treatment is as pleasant as possible. "I was recommended MEG by a friend who had completed her laser treatment at this place and reported excellent results. Following her positive feedback, i booked a free consultation with the lovely Ewelina who welcomed me on on my appointment day with a menu from which i could choose a coffee. She took time to explain the process of laser treatment and was patient in answering my many questions. We completed a test patch and following no bad reaction, i started my treatment the following week. I was advised that a minimum of 6 treatments would be necessary and as there was a special offer going at the time, i booked six sessions. Viola completed the actual treatment and she is excellent. She is both experienced in her work and a bubbly vibrant person who keeps you entertained during the treatment which can last quite sometime, depending on what treatment you are having. I noticed a significant difference in my hair growth after the first treatment; i was very impressed by the result which left no soreness, redness or dry skin. Laser treatment reacts differently with each individual, however i am fortunate that it reacted very very well with me. After three treatments i barely had any hair growth in those areas. So i politely requested Ewelina if it would be possible to have laser treatment on another area as there is little point in completing 3 more sessions on an area where hair growth has stopped. As i had pre paid for 6 sessions and 3 were left, Ewelina was accommodating of my request and i am now undergoing treatment on another part of my body, without any additional cost. Customer service is paramount and Ewelina and Viola are both demonstrators of this. Further to this, the standard of customer service has remained consistent during each session and this is what leaves the lasting impression. I will take this opportunity to also comment on the fresh and clean environment of the room used for treatment and top of the range equipment. A safe and hygienic place. I would recommend treatment here.
