I had my first ever wax with Mikki and she was so friendly and professional and immediately put me at ease. She talked me through each step, has great attention to detail and was very efficient so it was as pain free as waxing can be. The salon was also extremely clean. I would highly recommend (especially for people that have never had a wax before!)

Mikki is the best waxer I have met! She is friendly and a visit to her salon is a relaxing experience (honestly!). More importantly she is so professional and focused. The waxing is quick and she diligently checks for any super-short hairs! The salon is always clean and tidy, and you can watch TV whilst Mikki works :)

Mikki's Wax Bar is the best waxing experience I've had in London - I booked in after seeing so many great reviews and was not disappointed. Mikki explained through everything she was doing, used products that are kind to sensitive skin and before she even started, sanitised everything. I honestly couldn’t sing their praises more, I have PCOS and have always had a real problem with facial hair growth. It grows so fast and quick and every two weeks I struggle with the acne and stubble. I initially only booked in at Mikki’s for a face wax, but after a chat with the girls there I decided to have a free patch test. It was so easy and I was made to feel so comfortable the whole time and wow - just wow. The difference was shocking, I couldn’t believe how much thinner and lighter my facial hair was after only one session. I’ve just had my third full session and I am never going back! I’ve even booked to get my legs done too, such a reasonable price and amazing customer service it’s madness not to go for it! I always believed that laser wouldn’t work for me because my facial hair growth was hormonal, but I was wrong. I finally feel free from the struggle of being self conscious and the constant spots and waxing! Thank you so much Mikki’s!

Mikki’s wax bar is, quite simply, the best. Mikki and her team are so highly skilled and professional. Going after lockdown I was a bit cautious but the salon is spotlessly clean, there are screens in place, hand gel at every turn and a really reassuring experience. It goes without saying that the waxing is perfect, virtually pain free and over so quickly you can’t quite believe it’s done. I cannot recommend it enough. Get yourselves booked in, pronto!

Mikki is fantastic! She has been my wax therapist for a couple of years now and I cannot imagine going to anyone else. I was absolutely thrilled when she set up her own salon. This is a great salon. I recently visited for the first time. The team was friendly, efficient and keen to provide a really good experience. I had the best wax I’ve had in years. Much better than at larger salons in Canary Wharf, Wapping and Cheapside I’ve visited in the past. They use high quality products which remove the hairs properly without breaking and somehow it was much less painful than usual. They were very covid friendly and the salon was immaculately clean. Mikki is the best waxer in London, bar none. Friendly, professional and excellent at her job - her waxing is nearly pain-free (yep, I'm serious!). The salon was always ultra-clean and lovely, but in these Covid-19 days Mikki has taken things to the next level. Masks and hand sanitisers on arrival, rooms cleaned before and after each client, fresh towels every time and never ever is wax or equipment re-used. You're in safe hands with Mikki - go, go go!

This was the first time I've had a wax and I can say I've never been better taken care of. Of course I was very scared and anxious at first but Mikki and Mona are extremely friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean there was hand sanitiser and masks available if you forgot your own and the place is beautiful kept and tidy. I had under arm hot wax and a Brazilian, the treatment it's self was no where near as painful as I thought it would be, I'd say a 6 or7 /10. Mona was very gentle and thorough and made sure to talk me through her steps and make sure I was always comfortable. It was an amazing first experience. Mikki is amazing as always. My first wax post lockdown and new measures were in place to ensure my (and the staff's) safety..I waited to be called in, greeted warmly (at a social distance) then directed to the hand sanitiser and complimentary face mask (some places are charging!).
