Love this place! Have been going here for about six months and the service is always so good. Mino is an insanely talented artist and can do any nail art you ask him to! (These photos are to show the art and to show how long the gel nails last. That’s almost three weeks of growth!)

Having gone in with knackered nails once, by chance, I found the service to be impeccable. My nails were greatly improved by two ladies who worked together to ensure that I could leave before an event. On my second visit, Christine (one of the ladies from my initial visit) completely revamped my nails and went above and beyond to ensure that they were perfect. The best acrylics I've had!

I don’t write reviews normally but this place deserves it! I started coming here about 8 months ago and after trying all the other local salons, this is by far the best to my standards. All of the technicians are brilliant so you don’t have to worry who you see. They are always so lovely and it’s just a fun atmosphere to be in. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Mino Vo for over a year for gel manicures and pedicures. They always last at least 2 weeks and all the staff are always lovely. Flo especially has great client relationships, and we always end up having a chat. Shout out to Tee for her thorough and quick gel manicures! 💅🏼

Do you want to laugh whilst getting quality manicure? This is the place to be. Designs are incredible and the staff is super nice. You might even spot a cute french bulldog on your visit. Been coming for over a year. I'm not going anywhere else.

Best nail bar in London. I have tried many different places in the past 10 years and none get close to how good Mino Vo is. The mani and pedi are amazing (tried it all - normal, gel, and extensions), the team is super friendly and it’s clean. Definitely recommend it!

I'm probably not the easiest of clients but Mino is amazing. I've been getting my nails done religious now for 2 years ever since I meet Mino. Hes the only nail tech that has thought my how to take care of my nails properly and guided me with what treatment to do in order to grow my nails out long. I can now say that my nails are my own with no fake tip and that is all thanks to Mino. Where ever he moves I will be moving with him. He is amazing at design, shape, color- everything. You can show him a picture and he'll do it for it. His prices are worth it. Even if he doubled his prices they would still be worth it. You get an amazing service and your nails last. He uses quality products. THANK YOU MINO.

Booked a pedicure for my sister and the lady who provided this service was great. My young daughter wanted to get her nails painted pink, so I allowed her. The lady who did her nails didn’t make any conversation with her. She brought out a really dusty and dirty nail dryer to dry her nails. No attempt to even dust it off. She then just let her sit there with no communication whatsoever. But all the while they are talking amongst each other. So I kept going over and asking my daughter if she was okay etc. The customer service was just lacking…

* One month update. My nails are still all on and going on strong since lockdown. Will be making this my new nail spot. I randomly went here to get my nails done today and really really like them. The price was a little higher than where I usually go but ok as I like the end result. The lady who did my nails was friendly once I started making conversation and we chatted. The only negative is I found it rude the staff talking in their own language and that the nail dryer was dusty. If the nails last I'll definitely go back and try the shellac.

I always come to Mino Vo for my pedicure, the staff is so easy-going and pays attention to detail. There isn’t a massive variety of nail polish colours but there are many gel colours, which people usually prefer. The place is decorated beautifully by someone who is definitely a perfectionist. I enjoy coming to this place every month. 5 stars for this place, however if there were massaging chairs put into the shop whilst getting a pedicure it would be honestly undoubtedly perfect, thank you

I have been getting my nails done by Mino since last year, after stalking his page for more than a year and I have been committed ever since! He's very open to requests but what I love most is that he will freestyle designs too and I have loved every set thus far. He's very easy going to talk to as well which I truly appreciate. I promise you getting your nails done at his salon is worth every penny spent. It's EXTREMELY clean and covid safe too.

I have been getting my nails done at Mino vo's for over two years now...after visiting for the first time (due to a let down at my normal nail shop which I was going to for 15 years) I made Mino's my go to nail shop as I was pleased with my first nails and experience at Mino's. I have been doing my nails for over 17 years so I can be quite fussy and my expectations for infills are high- Mino vo's nails definitely meet my high expectations. I find they adapt to individual needs well an example of this was after lockdown my nails was super sensitive and on telling Mino he found ways to complete an infill using gentle methods and was very cautious on how he used the drill etc on my sensitive nail beds! The spec of Mino's is amazing super luxury and comfortable the decor makes everything feel even better haha! The cleanliness is very well maintained and this was actually prior to covid always clean and well maintained- since covid Mino had invested in an even better sterilisation system, they clean well between clients, they use disposable files and buffers which you can take home- i give them to my daughter to play nail salons with. They ensure you sign in and sanitise hands and wear a face covering etc- Mino's is definitely covid safe! When I enter Mino's I feel welcome and overall the customer service I have experienced and witnessed with other clients is great- Mino and his staff make conversation and have banter (jokes) with their clients and thats not just with myself I see it with others too! Mino has many shellac nail colours so many that I think for days what colour I will do my nails and when my nail appointment comes around I still don't know what colour to get as there is such a huge selection to pick from. I walk into Mino's and have difficulty deciding! Also the selection for ombre and colour powder is huge and some lush colours! In relation to pedicures the staff are very attentive to your feet and also pick up and notice issues on your individual needs ie nail growth, my toenail growth is intricate and they are able to manage that and relieve me of nail pain you leave Mino's with fresh baby feet! Appointments with the salon is easy to make I use Instagram and Mino responds quickly to those queries and requests. Overall I am super happy with Mino's nails and that is why I am loyal to this salon I recommend Mino's in fact I have encouraged a couple of people to leave their salon and try Mino's and they tried and have since stayed loyal to Mino's! The feeling of fresh nails and pedicure from Mino's is a whole good feeling in itself!

I've been to this salon twice now and can confidently say I've found my new favourite place. Both times had SNS on my nails done by Christine who did an incredible job! I'm super pleased! Both times I went I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. One of the reasons I stopped getting my nails done previously is because I got tired wasting time waiting for ages for my appointment which I had pre booked. No issues with that here! The other thing I was super pleased with is the care with which my nails were done, particularly the soak off. In other places I had half my hand submerged in acetone then filed right down with the electric filer (no idea what it's actually called)! But not here! Christine took extreme care applying acetone to a small piece of cottonwool and wrapping every nail individually, then carefully filing off the residue by hand. Overall very smart and clean place with all possible considerations taken in light of covid. My only small comment would be that on my first visit, the salon owner openly had a go at one of the technicians in front of me and other customers. I found that quite unprofessional but otherwise had a great experience. Some people commented in other reviews that there's no music here, which is true, but I find it's a nice opportunity to just relax and chat with the people who are taking such good care of me! Will be back soon 😊
