I have been a client of Gemma at MY Electrolysis since 2018. I have had electrolysis on my chin hairs and upper lip. I have had really good results and no hair regrowth on the chin area. I have also had advanced electrolysis on my facial red veins / broken capillaries. Again, I’ve had really good results. Gemma is an experienced electrologist and BIAE registered which means she is trained to a high standard. I always feel I’m in a safe pair of hands. Gemma is very personable and genuine, she puts you at ease during treatments, she is also very supportive throughout the courses of treatment and is contactable if there are any questions after or in between treatments. The cost of treatments are very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend MY Electrolysis to anyone considering electrolysis and advance electrolysis.

I found My Electrolysis after a Google search for places that did Electrolysis near me. After a message on WhatsApp an appointment was set up very quickly. The place is a little hard to find as it's behind the main street in an alleyway, but once you get inside it's warm and welcoming. For any drivers - there's free parking if you shop in the nearby sainsburys or after 7ish on the bridge. If you come by tube it's a very short walk from South Woodford tube station. Gemma, the lady who saw me, was very professional and friendly and clearly explained what was going on and how it was done. I had to get some skin tags and milia removed and now my face is clear of them! I was worried as I had skin tags near my eyes, but they were cleanly and easily removed. I fully recommend this hidden gem and hope this review helps you make a decision. Thanks My Electrolysis!

Amazing results! 12 months ago I booked my first appointment with Gemma for a patch test and everything was handled professionally as this was my first time using such hair removal service. 12 months later (as of posting this) I barely have any hair left in the area which i asked for it to be removed from and pretty much never have to shave again. The environment is comfortable and if you are not having work done on your face, chatting with Gemma is very therapeutic and makes me come in and leave feeling better. So its like you get a talk therapy session for free too in that instance. Thank you so much for everything Gemma, you are absolutely amazing and glad to have found your excellent service!
