I had my first consultation today with Dina for Electrolysis. I was quite nervous as it was a new treatment for me but Dina was SO knowledgeable and passionate about her subject, I was impressed by her attention to detail and how professional she was. Dina made me feel instantly at ease and the atmosphere of the whole salon was welcoming and relaxing. I have signed up for future sessions and a facial and can't wait to begin my skincare journey with them. The prices are higher than I would usually pay for a beauty/skincare treatment but I believe that you get what you pay for and the customer service I received today was priceless. I had deep cleansing facial with Sherrine. She was lovely and welcoming from the jump! She kept abreast about every thing she was doing, all the products she was using and why (this was particularly important as I am breastfeeding). I felt reassured and relaxed throughout the treatment and of course my skin looked great after.

I have been receiving treatments from here for about 7 months now, mainly electrolysis and I have also experienced a deep cleansing facial. After suffering from low self esteem for so long I decided I was ready to save up some money and get the best treatment possible for my skin and it has been worth every penny!! Everything about this place is wonderful, the ambiance is very relaxing, as soon as you step in you always receive a warm welcome by whoever is at the reception that day (mainly Kamilla), friendly conversation and willingness to go above and beyond for clients (thank you Kamilla for popping out to get some water for me for after my treatment!). My treatments have been going great so far and I am learning more and more from Dina about how to take care of my skin almost every appointment! From my initial consultation with Sherine , I feel that everything has been done to give me the best experience possible. They make sure that you are well-informed about the treatments you are interested in, without pressuring you (which is great for a less assertive person like myself). During my time spent receiving treatments if there has been any miscommunication or changes about appointments, they have always handled it politely and professionally. I feel that they genuinely care about my well-being and not “just about the money”. Thank you so much Dina, for the increase in confidence you have given me so far and thank you to all of the staff for always providing a warm and friendly environment, your kindness makes my day every time! I have just experienced the most amazing Electrolysis treatment from the beautiful Sherine. From the ever so welcoming Jay at reception, my treatment, to the moment I stepped out the door to leave, every bit of care was taken to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. Sherine explained in detail everything that she was going to do to prepare me for my treatment. She continuously checked to make sure I wasn't having any discomforts and informed me of any changes in temperature or time length. Once the treatment was finished, Sherine explained what she had learned from my skin and put a treatment plan in place for me, which I am excited about. She also educated me on what skin type I have and skin care I should use to help maintain my skin between treatments. Calming music, quick, precise, minimal pain and effective hair removal. I had my first prescription facial yesterday, AMAZING - from when you first enter the shop you are greeted with love and warmth. You are made to feel valued and welcomed. The treatment was amazing, I could have easily fallen asleep from being so comfortable. I had a steam, extraction and microdermabrasion. I have been to many beauty salons and skin clinics over the past 3 years as I started to experience mild adult acne and skin sensitivity. My best discovery this year to date. What started off as a mild curiosity mutated into a strong interest once i went inside and encountered the very charismatic/ sincere receptionist. Her persona alone creates such a beautiful warm ambience in the salon that you don't really question too much the costs of the treatments on offer.The salon itself is very clean and organic where you are quickly seduced into a relaxed mental state. Upon meeting Sherine the therapist you are immediately won over by her very sincere attention. She is someone who you can immediately see is genuinely kind. As you lie on the treatment table expressing all your skin concerns you feel like you will achieve admirable results.What is so beautiful about Sherine is that you feel like you are the only client and that the clinic only exists because of you. Also her voice is so soft and calming that you just don't want to leave. My microdermabrasion treatment was my first experience of this treatment.Such was the attention complimented by explanations that made this a great relaxing experience. As I am being treated future bookings were already being planned in my mind.
