B. o. t. E. R.I’ve been doing this kind of Manicure for so many years in other country but couldn’t find the right place to satisfy me until I found this shop. Lynne is so friendly and she do exactly what I wish for. She tells me exactly what suits me and always surprised me with a colour that makes me feel content & very satisfied. One good thing about this shop is that they will accommodate even when I’ve got no reservations. Small shop but very friendly and professional. A. I. C. C.I absolutely LOVE this place and will not have a bad word said about it! As a local business woman I have sent lots of my clients there, so confident am I in their hygiene, quality, standards and service. The people I have sent there have all become regular clients which tells you all you need to know. The Nail Parlour is run by a lovely husband and wife team whose knowledge of colours (and your colours in particular, you can literally say to them ‘hey what was the colour I had that time for the wedding I was going to..? And they will remember, amazing!) is encyclopaedic.
They were one of the first nail parlours I know of to bring over the SNS (dip powder) System and as a consequence my nails have never been longer or stronger. Seriously, I regularly get stopped in shops and asked about my nails (Are they real..?!? Where do I get them done...?!) In the winter they offer a deep wax treatment (at an unbelievably good price) and a collagen treatment in the summer (again excellent value).
They are warm, welcoming, incredibly accommodating, speak excellent English and are great value for money. I have been having my nails done for over twenty years and will simply not go anywhere else, that’s how impressed I am by them.
Having read the odd negative review on here I would absolutley put money on that customer being ‘that’ kind of customer (you know the sort, annoying, demanding, unfair, asking for one thing and then becoming upset when they get it “ I asked for short nails and now my nails are too short!!!” ...ugh!) Do not be that customer! They are wonderful and you will not regret going there :)
C. M.I’ve been a regular here since 2015 when I moved to the area. Staff are always friendly and professional. They have a great choice of nail colours and services. And they do their best to fit you in at short notice. Highly recommended!

J. V.It's not bad but lately my shellac done there was pealing off and ones some new girl done horribly tick shellac which I removed same day. That's really putty because they was really good at the beginning. Owners need to pay more attention for details and also clean better all around. I would go there again but only when I'm in rush because I live next to this salon. Otherwise I would choose other place.

We'd arrived late for our appointment by 10 mins (bad rain, very windy weather and missed our bus) but they were so sweet about it.
The neatness and pace of our nail technician's work was soo good.
And ofc the prices for ldn were great too!
