K. C.Did gel removal and a gel manicure in less than an hour - not only were they efficient, they also did a great job. Store looked clean (and you can smell the cleaners they use on the tools which I found reassuring). Many thanks to Ann - super happy with my nails and she took care to make sure I was happy with the nail shape and the colour.
M. W.I’ve used Nail Stories regularly for my manicures for the past 2 years. Jenny and her team have always done a wonderful job and I find my nails often last 2-3 weeks easily. Great selection of colours, really professional service, and the prices are the most reasonable I’ve seen in the city. I highly recommend this shop, and frequently refer others if they’re in East London.

L.I'm very fussy with my nails and used to stick to just one place. Because of moving, I was looking for a new nail salon when I found these guys. I haven't been anywhere else since.
Jenny and the team always provide with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and their QUALITY of work is amazing! The designs are super pretty and they got a huge range of colors. They also advised me on what's best for my nails to keep them healthy.
Would highly recommend if you're looking for a quality nail salon with friendly staff.

I broke a nail once in a bike accident & they fixed it & refused to take payment, I was so touched; I didn’t even tell them I was in an accident, I think they could just tell I was shaken & wanted to be kind.
I work as an electrician, so I don’t get much of an opportunity to feel pampered or get my nails done, but when I come here, nail stories make me feel like a million dollars for less than £40, full set acrylic, gel polish with french tip. I mean, absolute bargain.
If I could get my nails done here every month I would, sadly those pesky little wires & heavy lifting on site won’t allow me to!
Still, lovely to feel special & go in for a treat every now & again.

C. M.Loveeee my nails, I got acrylic extensions with a design and I’m obsessed. Have been getting extensions for years and they usually only last two weeks max before they come off. I’m almost 4 weeks in and they still look amazing. Will definitely come back

I was here when they just took over the shop and I’m always coming back to do my nails even that location in not really close to the place where I live. The staff at Nail Stories on Hackney Road make me feel so comfortable that I genuinely forget about the state of my natural nails and just enjoy having my hands and feet pampered!
