I had the most uplifting experience at Nails Boutique. All the staff were so friendly and kind, and they even made me a cup of tea! I love the gel pedicure Julie gave me, she also massaged me and I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing.

Honestly the best salon in London. Staff are so lovely and they always do a great job with my nails. Lisa in particular does my nails exactly how I like them and I will not be going anywhere else. Everytime I go there they offer me tea/coffee which is lovely and you don’t get that anywhere else. Deffo recommend and thanks Lisa for doing my nails

Nail Boutique is a beautiful shop. It feels elegant and upscale. John, Kim and Lisa are so welcoming and friendly. This shop has by far the best quality in terms of products and services. Every visit is always a wonderful experience, nothing is too much trouble, they are so kind, nurturing, and extremely hospitable. They take pride in their work and are the best nail techs I have ever used. I will never go anywhere else ever again. You have a lifetime customer in me! I highly recommend it!

I've been going to this amazing nail boutique for about 8 years now, (they used to be on Great Titchfield street) but have since moved just around the corner. John and all of the staff there are very friendly, quick, and do a great job. I would highly recommend to anyone!

This place is great if you need a quick treatment, but if you need pampering you’ll definitely not get it. I got this pretty decent treatment this evening. However, the pedicure chair was not working, hence no back and feet massage. For the manicure, my hands were not left in water in the beginning and at the end I was not given a hand cream massage, basically the best part, either. But I received a pedicure and a gel nail manicure in less than 45 minutes. Pleased.

I have just moved into the area, and was reluctant to move away from my regular place. I thought I would try this place. I attempted to make an appointment across the road at another place but I’m glad I came here! The staff were super friendly, made me a really nice coffee and had my manicure and pedicure at the same time. My feet literally have never felt so good and smooth! I had a nice massage on the chair at the same time. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending friends and colleagues also...I’ve found my new place! Thank you Kim and Lisa for such an excellent service. It’s so hard to find a good place for manicures and pedicures in the area ❤️

Needed my nails done in an emergency after turning up at my usual place to find they had taken a walk in instead so couldn't see me. It was packed and looked like it had been a busy day but staff were friendly and said they could see me in 40 mins (I left and came back). I was the last client of the day and you could tell they just wanted to go home but it was still done to a good standard, but mostly I was impressed with the friendly staff, my usual place had such grumpy, rude staff, I think I will start coming here in future.

Good VfM, nice experience overall. It's a tiny shop, but they'll fit everyone. The prices are very competitive, especially for the area. The staff are friendly, but don't care too much about procedures. I was pleased, considering the price. Definitely consider them, if in the area and in need of a mani or pedi.
