N.First time at this Mayfair Salon and wanted to see what a £110 male manicure & pedicure (compared to out of town cost of £55) was like. Very impressed with the therapist (Jona) who was excellent. However despite paying a premium price (and giving a large tip on top) I was disappointed by how mean the Salon is. They charge a £1 surcharge for materials because of COVID (ridiculous on top of a £109 charge); and serve no coffee or tea (ostensibly because of COVID) but probably to make a bit more money etc. Toni & Guy and other salons in London have served refreshments throughout the past two years so all I can think is that this salon is profiteering. And to add insult to injury, I received an email literally the day before my treatment to say that a price increase would take effect from the day of my treatment. This all left a 'really bad taste in my mouth and they've lost a customer.

W. T.This is the best place I’ve ever had my eyebrows done but unfortunately I have to knock it down to 3 stars given how much they oversell their packages and products. I am paying a premium to go here and being hounded with up selling is not a comfortable nor luxury experience.

S. B.I want to emphasise straight away that I'm not criticising the eyebrow threading I received. The therapist did a lovely job tidying and tinting my pre-pandemic brows and gave me some great tips for looking after them at home. What I did *not* enjoy was the hard sell of products afterwards. When I resisted my own therapist's advances for various add-ons, the therapist beside her chimed in to tell me that I wouldn't get so nice an effect if I didn't buy an entire eyebrow kit from them. So, effectively, I was double-teamed by a good-cop bad-cop routine. Again I resisted, but the sell *continued* as my therapist took me downstairs to pay, saying that if I didn't purchase the kit now, I'd have to pay the delivery charge if ordering online and that would make it even more expensive. This, and I was already buying an eyebrow pencil priced at £25. I appreciate that the salon is situated in Mayfair and is likely to have lots of wealthy clients. But for some (myself included), such treatments are an infrequent treat because the service itself is already expensive. If this sort of thing doesn't put you off, then go for it - my brows did look great afterwards. But for me, personally, I won't be returning.

I struggled with them being too long, not full enough in certain areas, patchy brow pomade application and now they seem natural enough with just a pencil a few shades lighter than what I was using before. All in all I'd definitely recommend them.
A certain competitor known (BBB) didn't really know what they were talking about when I asked for a brow highlighter a few months back, but Rashnat and the other staff know their stuff and I trust their opinion.

The therapists are professional, super talented and conduct a detailed consultation first to identify what I want to achieve that day. They not only shape my brows but also finish the look by using their Beauty Edit Mayfair brow products (which are my daily make up staples), this means you can dash straight to dinner/drinks with friends. My friends always compliment my brows after I have had a service there. I also use their nail services, they are hygienic, efficient and their range of shades are so extensive. Shabinaz took so much time to talk through what I wanted and gave her advice, literally on an eyebrow hair by hair basis. The appointment took about half an hour compared to the rushed ten minutes I’m used to at another small chain of eyebrow specialists. Will absolutely be returning - thank you!

I had my eyebrows threaded a few weeks ago and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The lovely brow therapist talked me through a brow consultation and what I hoped to achieve with my brows. We then discussed what we should do with them, ultimately, I wanted to keep them quite thick, full and natural. And that was exactly what I left with. I loved how the brow therapist listened to what I wanted, whilst guiding my results with her professionalism and wisdom. She was absolutely brilliant! I have now found a new brow place in London, one that I will always visit!
I also had a Shellac Manicure, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The nail technician was wonderful, the conversations we had were lovely, they felt very natural and I was comfortable whilst having my manicure.
Ultimately, Nails & Brows has a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are very warm and helpful, whilst delivering fantastic treatments and results. Thank you Nails & Brows!

When I arrived, the girls from the reception welcomed me with a glass of champagne, which was so lovely! I waited for a few minutes (I was early for my appointment anyways) and soon was greeted by Marie, who took care of my nails. She did a beautiful job, helped me choose this gorgeous nail polish (Shellac Romantique) and was so sweet! My nails look so good I can’t stop staring at them!!! After that I went upstairs to get my brows done by Rashnat, who was also so professional and so lovely! She knows what she’s doing and she takes time to explain everything, before and during the treatment, which is great! Overall, excellent service! I ended up buying a package for nails+brow and can’t wait to go back!
V. H.Beautiful and brilliant salon - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sherrille and her team are so friendly and professional. This is the only place I will get my brows done - normally a mix of threading, tweazing, and then styling with their products (which I'm also obsessed with!) - and I feel like a different person afterwards. I have visited numerous times, for manicures too, and it has always been the same warm welcome and fabulous service.
S. H.I had booked a signature manicure and an eyebrow reshape. The eyebrow reshape was done first and was excellent. It took significantly longer than nails & brows had expected. I was then told that they would no longer do my manicure as they had another customer coming in 20 min. Following a discussion a girl tried doing my manicure before her other customer arrived which turned out to be possibly the worst manicure I ever had. Eventually, B who is part of the management team took pity and volunteered to finish my half started, sloppy manicure. She redid the manicure and the end result was very good. I just wish the scheduling and delays would have been dealt with a bit more professionally and service oriented. This treatment is not what I expect when I go to pamper myself at one of the more luxurious salons in London (that charges accordingly). If scheduling wouldn’t have been so bad and the lady would have been a bit nicer and friendlier this could have been a good place to go to s the brows and manicure was eventually really good.
S. B.Such a feel good place! I’ve been visiting for my brows for 6 months, with an aim to get fuller & thicker brows, and I started seeing a difference as early as 2-3 months. I usually get treatments from Kay, who is INCREDIBLE. She does wonders every time - I call her a brow artist:) (in particular when I had a Brow Makeover - I never knew I had brows like this!). Having said that all other experts are also very good and I’ve always walked out happy. I should also add, for those who have tried a million different products/serums/oils to grow brows back with no success like me, the product sold at Nails & Brow is the first one which has actually worked for me. Overall, if you like your brows, or want to like your brows more, this is your place!

I had a problem with my brows after many bad experiences. From jannat i got right advice. Now i have perfect eyebrows. Form their own brand beauty edit Mayfair make my eyebrows perfectly groomed. Specially brow gel is life saver. I do my nails as well here. Best manicure and pedicure i have ever had. Worth money i spend here, not only that they recommend me the right products only what i need. Now all of my friends and families are going there. Highly recommend.

But most importantly my treatment was perfect. I have very straight eyelashes so I wasn't sure it would work for me, but the result is amazing. The staff were so careful to get it absolutely perfect. S. G.I had a shellac mani and signature pedicure. All the staff I came across were lovely and pleasant. The ambience was comfortable, nice smelling and light, with music at a good level. They also helpfully managed to repair a nail that I had broken really low down at the nail bed.
I felt really well looked after during my time at the salon. They worked quickly, but I didn't feel rushed at all. I was really happy with the treatments here, and will definitely be back.

First time I went for my eyebrows it was amazing. The lady who was working on my brows was so good at it and was listening to my concerns and my like and dislikes. she did such a great job. I know people say it is pricy but the service made it worth every penny. I came out feeling good. even my mum who is very picky commented on how good my eyebrows are. I have done my eyebrow professionally all my life and I know the difference between a good or bad job.
However, last time I went, I could not remember the name of the great lady who did my eyebrow first time, so I booked with anyone available, I thought the experience last time was so amazing that it will same whoever does my brows. I can honestly say I had the worse experience. The lady who was supposed to do my brows start off with a defensive intro of the way my eyebrows are she cant do much and I should not expect any major reshaping as my eyebrows are not fixable. I was alright at the beging as I know I have huge eyebrows and I had them grow for a long time for this session so I put it down to the fact that maybe she sees the as a challenge. but as she continued with all the negative comment like preparing me for a bad outcome I thought maybe I should point out a few concerns like I don't like to have round shape brows and I want them to be lifted from the below and I dont want an extreme arch. Oh my god! she got really bad at this point , she started saying how she is an expert and training other people in brows and I am so wrong about everything I have asked for, I actually felt so bad that I had to apologise to her as if I have insulted her. I did say last time I asked for the same things I was pretty happy with the result. anyway she asked me what service I have paid for to make sure she doesn't go any minute over the time and as we had spend most of the time discussing how disappointing and ugly my brows are there was not much time left. She started working on my brows after I apologised for doubting her skills. it was very aggressive I had damages and cut around my brows for a week after. I did consider leaving at one point but I had really busy schedule as it was around Christmas time and my brows were so big and I wanted them sorted. I was made to feel so bad when I left the salon I actually felt like crying. it was not only brows that looked round and exactly the shape I said I don't like. I actually felt so upset. I will be going back as I really really liked the first experience however I will make sure I wont book the same person.

A. W.When Denisa at Nails and Brows looked after me in February it was the best experience I have ever had in a beauty salon. She threaded my eyebrows beautifully, and waxed my lip and chin pain-free, no tugging or pulling at my delicate (elderly) skin. I had very little of the redness that I usually have after waxing, and it settled within an hour or so, rather than the usual four. There was a feeling of infinite time, and the work she did on my eyebrows in particular is still looking great four weeks later. I did go with grown-out brows, but nevertheless, I believe they're great with helping get over-tweezed/waxed brows back into shape too. G. B.Eh it was just okay. I needed a place to get my eyebrows threaded while visiting London so thought I would give it a shot after reading reviews and that Meghan Markle gets her brows done here. I’ve been going to the same lady in the US for almost a year now, so I was nervous about seeing someone new. I stopped in and they could accommodate me later that afternoon, great.
I explained to the girl here exactly what I wanted (I keep my eyebrows full, and just like to trim/clean up the lines) and she said okay, but then she changed the shape of my brows, even when I had asked her not to! She also didn’t trim them well, which is the main thing I asked for. Luckily she didn’t pull out too much extra hair so it was relatively subtle, but it was certainly more than we agreed on and I definitely noticed it right away.
Was also not too impressed with service. It’s very normal for your eyes to water during a threading session, and when they started to this time she asked me “are your eyes alright?” as if it was a weird thing.
For the below average service + result, I was disappointed that it was almost $40 USD. The girl I see in the US does an infinitely better job for half the price.

A. L.I want to thank the team in Nails & Brows sincerely for all their assistance in my pre-wedding treatments. To start Catalina did an amazing job on my shellac manicure, she took time to make sure I was 100% happy with everything understanding the importance of getting it right (we indeed changed some of the sparkles after we decided they weren't the optimul fit). In the end I was so pleased and the nails lasted more than the two weeks mentioned (there was no chipping through the events of the big day, big relief). Sabhina did my eyebrows, I just wanted a quick clean up and to keep my original shape as much as possible, she immediately understood my vision and did just that. She was kind and helpful throughout and finished fixing them up very quickly. I went to a facial with Jodie who was lovely and provided much needed calmity. She did a great job in the treatment and my face felt more hydrated after. Finally, I wanted to thank Mary who helped me coordinate these appointments (especially the facial which I decided on, on a whim and they still managed to squeeze me in). All in all I very much recommend nails & brows and I will go there again next time I need. My two points of critic are that they try to sell you on their products in a very stern (but friendly) manner and you have to come prepared in advance to say no if you are not planning on buying some products. Lastly, during my facial Jodie told me I have a few milia spots that she wasn't able to take out- not because of qualification (as she could in terms of that) but because there was no insurance on that. My general expectation of a facial is to come out with no blackheads, whiteheads etc so it would have been nice to know that in advance.

Feedback on the lash lift after a few weeks.
Product and tint faded away much faster than announced.
- The “wow effect” was 30% gone on day 5, and After 2.5 weeks is was “meh”
- Tint was gone after 2.5 weeks which is expected
- Once your lashes start to fall (normal turnover) the mix of lifted versus non lifted lashes makes it look a bit weird.
Overall it’s not worth £90, 1h on a chair plus the commute and I wouldn’t do it again

I had a Yumi lash lift by Min and...WOW! Absolutely delightful experience and fantastic result! Min is caring, professional and just really good at what she does! My lashes are initially light and thin. Now they look thicker, dark all the way to the tips, curled yet very natural, not heavy like if I was wearing mascara. I am a fan!
K. C. H.I had the best brow experience! Sylvia is amazing- so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable- plus she really listens to what you want. My brows are tricky- years of overplucking have led to some areas being patchy while some hairs grow downwards and are hard to tame. I'm always having a hard time making my brows even and defining a nice arch. Sylvia achieved exactly what I was hoping for- a nice natural & defined shape. Plus she showed me how to lightly pencil in my own brows, highlight the arch, and work on growing hairs back in. Worth EVERY penny of money spent! My entire face looks more lifted now.

She gave me an in depth consultation and helped me with application of products. Mary emailed and phoned me promptly when I moaned and was so lovely to deal with. Sherille the owner even left me a voicemail. They couldn’t do enough to demonstrate they actually sell at the RRP, which they proved, so all these other products could be fake. Mary manages the salon and her customer care is second to none. She made sure that I felt totally happy about the situation and I felt she really knew what she was talking about. I look forward to being a long term customer.

Tried Audrey Brow here which was not bad. Patient, attentive staff who was willing to address to your enquiries on how to do your brows right at home, and were flexible to add in a patch test for lash tint and last lift which I couldn’t book together online.
Pricy for sure but good quality of service and product used.

Both beauticians I've had were excellent and their attention to detail was what I would go back for.
However, the whole experience is let down by the Manager who is extremely pushy for sales which defeats the point of a relaxing treatment. She lets the team down.
I then discovered when paying for my bill that they had charged me for the cup of tea they had OFFERED me when I arrived.
I would continue to go back for the quality of the manicures and the convenience BUT I expect at least a complimentary glass of water! Blimey!

l.First time ever I had my brows shaped. I read good reviews about Silvia so I scheduled with her. It was beyond my expectations. Will always go to her. My only critisism is getting charged for drinks. For this type of place and location this is unexpected and it creates a bad impression. I loved my brows so I will still give 5 stars.
B. A.After a friend's recommendation and Vogue's seal of approval I decided to venture West to see if the trek would be worth it, and boy was it!
Atmosphere- Relaxed and friendly, almost like visiting my aunts; immediately sat down with a peppermint tea and issue of Harpers Bazar. I mentioned to the manager that I hadn't had a pedi or mani for far too long and was worried about terrifying the beauty therapist, but she immediately reassured me that no job was too big and they probably weren't as bad a i thought (which the therapist confirmed to be true- amen!).
As I was having three treatments the mani and pedi were done simultaneously to maximise efficiency (and my time), it was my first time having shellac done and the job was perfect- my nails have now lasted three week sans chip!
Pedi- Feet were filed down, and my pesky callous dealt with expert precision by Bee (kudos for not making me feel self conscious which I have had at other salons!).
Eyebrows- One word; Denisa. I have thick brows which I constantly am having to defend from eyebrow poachers and insist that "yes, I do want them thick", Denisa listened to me and threaded them with a slight arch, keeping the generous width but really framing my eyes. Can good brows make your face look thinner? If so, Denisa has mastered this.
As someone who favours quality not quantity Nails & Brows was the perfect choice after playing with £3 eyebrow jobs in the past (and subsequently a further £10 to get fixed), or cheap mani's that last for a week.This philosophy is why I don't agree with the other reviews saying it's too expensive! It's Mayfair, you have beauty therapist with 10+ years experience and you have quality product- what price do you expect?!
Anyway, a really enjoyable trip and can't wait for my next appointment in a weeks time!
