Nara is a professional of the highest calibre, the treatments are amazing and makes one feel like brand new! It’s a lovely place to be in her spa.I highly recommend it!

I rarely leave feedback unless I am exceptionally pleased, or unhappy about a treatment. I have been putting treatment for my veins on hold for several years...after spending a small fortune on tanning lotions and 'supposed' miracle creams/pills to help remove them. This week, I decided to bite the bullet and actually have sclerotherapy. Yes I was nervous and apprehensive but after they seemed to get worse I just had to do it. I found Nara via an online search...I am amongst many people who judge by feedback and the feedback for this place and staff was exceptional. When I arrived, the first think that caught my eye was just how impeccable and comforting the building was. Despite my initial nerves, there was something warm and welcoming that instantly relaxed me. Another thing that I am very high on is customer service. I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman at reception who took me through the form filling. I say pleasant because of the ideal professionalism. For me there is nothing worse than someone who doesn't know the difference between professionalism and formality. Nara's support staff appear to have mastered this. The gentleman was approachable and helpful without being overly accommodating or rigid. This further relaxed me. Similarly, upon meeting Nara, I was just as pleasantly surprised. Despite being a professional, well spoken and intelligent woman, her demeanour and positive aura and interactions with her staff, lead me to believe initially that perhaps she was a friend or employee at the place. It was only when she introduced herself that I realised she's the 'main lady.' I am very big on good relations with employees and so this was the point where I started realising I had made a wise choice. When talking to Nara, you realise that you are in safe hands- she is exceptionally knowledgeable but her presence and care ensures a through and through positive experience. I asked her some silly questions and some curious ones- not once did she get uncomfortable or be patronising. It was almost like being treated by a friend..and all these factors thoroughly relaxed me. The procedure in itself was not half as unpleasant as I thought it might be..I was most concerned about having a needle going through the back of my knee (where one of the spider veins was located) but was really surprised how little pain I felt. Yes there is some discomfort but not anything that I felt was unbearable. I'm unsure if taking paracetamol may help before the procedure but I didn't and this did not affect my ability to undergo treatment. Nara also explained the importance of not undertaking any strenuous activities and provided detailed insight into aftercare which helped. No matter how much you research procedures, face to face advice is more personalised. I felt so comfortable near the end of the process that I felt comfortable enough to sit up and watch the final part of the procedure. Finally, Nara also explained she would like to see me 4 weeks later for a check up. She explained how, if necessary, additional solution can be injected at this check up without further charge. This final pointer really made me realise that it isn't just a treatment but a full package and that Nara truly cares about her clients health and satisfaction. One final word, this place is ideally located across the road to Acton Central station. This means that travelling here is exceptionally easy via public transport and proved a massive bonus for me when returning as I don't drive and had problems booking a taxi. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the treatment and support I received and intend on returning here for other treatments. Big thank you to Nara and the entire team.

I had for the first time the deep cleansing facial and glow peel with Joanna. The whole experience was a very pleasant one. I am beyond satisfied with the service provided. She did an amazing job. Very good communication she informed me of each product that was used. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend her services. Thank you Joanna and Nara!

I have been in the salon several times and the experience was always excellent. The salon is clean and the stuff friendly and helpful. I had the indiba cellulite treatment with Noor and she was truly fantastic! I think I even fell asleep a couple of times while having the treatment as it is so relaxing. I also had a facial once and it was brilliant. I will definitely keep coming to this salon for other services. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I recently went to Nara's for a couple of treatments after a friend recommended the salon to me. As a male, I've never really had much experience in the beauty world but it was a very welcome surprise. The girls who i had do my treatments were absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. Treatment was absolutely fantastic. She really took her time and treated each part of my face individually rather than as a whole. Despite the nature of the treatment be By quite uncomfortable at time/s (deep cleanse/extraction of blackheads) I felt very relaxed and as though she really cared about what she was doing.
