Gisele did a fantastic great work of art for a pixie bob cut on my 5yr old. She did it better than the photo i showed her. Only issue is the price, far too dear for child cut and u have no option but to have it washed prior to the haircut. Nice work gisele!

I've always had a great experience but it really depends on who is giving you treatment. I'd recommend they get their staff to always wear masks especially because they work so closely with their clients.

I got my haircut done by Gisel (apologies if the spelling in not correct). She did an absolutely amazing job! Cutting my hair exactly as I showed in the picture. I felt I didn't have to correct her and she understood exactly what I wanted. She was very professional and I could tell that she has a lot of experience. Would recommend 100%! Thank you, I am super happy with my new haircut!

I have been going to Neelams for years. Only place Ive never had an issue with how they do my eyebrows, always get it right. I had 2 beauticians giving me all over body wax both were experienced and thorough, but the first beautician i went in with was outstanding didnt make me feel rushed and checked everything was done to my satisfaction. Wish I took a name.

The service was quick and hardly any waiting around. The hairdresser listen to what I wanted done and also made suggestions. Happy with hair cut. The saloon was meeting the standards of being covid safe (in my opinion). Staff wore face coverings at all times and encouraged customers coming in to do the same and sanitize hands.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Lina and she was the loveliest hairdresser I've seen by far. I usually avoid going for a haircut because of previous bad experiences but Lina put me at ease throughout the entire process asking me questions and keeping me involved. I had many compliments, she clearly is very experienced and great at what she does. I would highly recommend this salon, particularly to those who are looking for privacy as it is womens only and the premises shields the clients. Thank you!

I would give zahira a 10 star if i could.she is the best in hollywood waxing. a very professional therapist who does the best wax. I travel from far just for a hollywood wax with her.Shes amazing ,professional and always makes me feel comfortable. After my first wax i felt my hair growth slower than before and less ingrown. Decent eyebrow place, clean and friendly. Recently thought to try the hairdressing side so I went get a wash and cut. The hairdresser made me feel welcome but didn’t listen to my requirements properly, wanted some long layers in my hair but some werid layers in the back of my hair and front had none. Lady spent 20-30mins for the whole wash and cut so it did feel rushed and not cared for. Would only go back here to do my eyebrows.

I go there for eye brows waxing/threading. Lovely people and experience but their hygiene is something to improve on. From what I’ve seen they use same wax stick on all clients unless specified to change for your self. My understanding of waxing hygiene is that when a wax stick has gone in to the pot and on to client skin that stick needs to be disposed of and a new stick should be used for the following application. I had also once gone for leg and arm waxing and they had the roller wax that clearly can’t be changed and used across many clients.

I have been using this salon for 3 years now and i have to say the service has improved since they changed location. I have my eyebrows and facials done by a lovely lady named pearl and as much as im comfortable with her the others are just as good! Results are fab and reception is very welcoming :)

Neelam’s Hair and Beauty is one of the best salons in East London that I would highly recommend to go too. The prices are affordable, the salon is always clean, all the staff that work their are highly professional and always make you feel very welcomed. I want to also say thank you to Nirahli, she is a very patient beauty therapist that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and always makes me left feeling happy when leaving the salon with the service she provides. I always get my waxing and eyebrows done from her and she always gives me good advice on how to look after my skin as my skin is very sensitive. I visited this place during this week and the enviroment was clean with all friendly staff . My hairdresser Zanetta was an absolute angel looked after me from start to finish I knew exactly how I wanted my layers and she helped me through the look that suited me more and my gosh did she do a great job👍 everyone praised my hairstyle sooo much, everything was PERFECT from the consultation to cut to the treatment, a great friendly service who definitely know what they are doing Thank you to you all from me, will defo visit again and will be the only salon I go to from now on! :) Thank you ladies!! 😀

It just depends on who you get. Sometimes you come out with over arched brows and sometimes they're perfect. Get the right beautician and you're fine! Hopefully...
