Had a wonderful experience here. The place is clean and smells great (i believe they had incense burning), and has a very cosy atmosphere. The beautician who did my Shellac pedicure was so lovely and did a great job! Will definitely be coming back.

My experience at Nicky salon has been amazing! I was so scared of getting my eyebrows threaded, scared of pain etc, I have now overcome that fear with a pain free experience and am leaving with beautiful eyebrows and an exquisite manicure and pedicure. I highly suggest coming in! The service was lovely as well!

Very nice salon! There was initially issues with my Groupon booking (you cannot book through Treatwell - you have to call up and book as they only take a certain amount of Groupon bookings per day) but the ladies were lovely and moved my appointment no bother. Manicure and pedicure were of good quality, no chipped nails so far.

I wouldn't want to judge whether some reviews are false or blown out of proportion. I can say for myself that I just had the best full body massage in months. I've traveled extensively to know what's good, I feel the need to help clearing the name of Nicky Salon. Please don't feel discouraged by other negative reviews, explain to Nicky what you like and what your needs are, and she will make wonders. In these days, it's hard to find a beauty salon which is not a chain/corporate machine, where the staff genuinely cares about how you feel and don't over-market their services. A place you can truly relax. I am definitely coming back for more massages and facials, I hope Nicky will overcome these bad reviews and stand strong and tall. I had an oxygen facial at Nicky's Salon by Nicky herself and it was hands down the BEST facial I've ever had! I wanted to try this particular facial as I'd heard so many positive things about it, but also heard just as much negative comments, in that it doesn't work and you won't see a real difference. Well, I truly believe it's the beauty therapist and not the treatment itself because I came out glowing! Nicky spent an hour on me, targeting wrinkles first then the rest of my face. I was meeting a friend just afterwards and I thought this would be a great test, to see if she would notice. I came straight out of the salon to my meeting, without any makeup nor doing anything to my face and the first thing my friend said was, "My God, you look really good without makeup! Your skin looks like a 30 year old!". I'm in my 50's. That was enough for me. I've booked a facial massage next week and am going to bring my boyfriend in as well. Again, it's not the treatment (but do try this facial), but the actual therapist that makes a difference. After years of searching for a quality beauty therapist in London, I've finally found one! And her prices are pretty good too, so I can get more treatments done. :-)

Have been before for a mani pedi using a groupon and the service was great. I was really Impressed by them so when I saw they where doing an offer for a body scrub I thought I would go again! Sadly they will not honour the body scrub voucher because I am not a new customer which is very disappointing because the terms and conditions do not state that is a requirement at all. Please correct your offers as this has resulted in a very dissatisfied customer who will not return.

One of the best places I've ever visited to get a wax. Nicki is one of the best practitioners I've ever been waxed buy. Amazing lady, amazing service at a fraction of the price you'd pay elsewhere. Would highly recommend to others, do not go by what the negative reviews say. I've had a couple of treatments done from waxing, dermabrasion to an oxygen facility. Brilliant results. Thank you Nicki

I was very pleased with my shellac manicure that I had done. Loubna was very professional, had great attention to detail and did a great job! And this was even when I didn't have an appointment and just walked in to see if they could fit me in there and then!

A fabulous salon in West Ken, I have been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Nicky and her beauticians always greet you with a smile and give expert threading, gorgeous facials and great massages. The atmosphere is welcoming and the ladies are polite and give time to their clients. They are knowledgeable and clearly enjoy what they do. I highly recommend Nicky and her ladies.

Extremely fair prices for treatments! Nicky, the owner, is such a genuine and welcoming woman. Nilam is also wonderful. Every step of the way she asks how satisfied you are with your treatments. Amazing salon! Went for a reiki healing treatment Nicky is so friendly and such a great practitioner that makes you feel so welcomed and helps to walk you through the process if it is your first time! I Will definitely recommend getting a reiki treatment done with Nicky!

I had a Reiki session that totally cleared my energy blocks. I felt fantastic afterwards. Nicky makes you feel like a friend and you feel relaxed around her, which is wonderful. I highly recommend this place and her reiki services. The salon is also very communicative about appointment changes which I like so that’s also a bonus.

Nicky's reiki sessions are simply wonderful. She truly cares about her clients, provides guidance and tips beyond the service itself (meditation links, eating tips to get my body back in shape, etc.). She is also very respectful, always lets me know in advance if there are any delays at the salon. And the reiki itself helped me get through a very difficult time. There aren't so many places where you can be looked after by someone who connects with you, but Nicky's salon is definitely one of them.
