100% recommend this salon for the care and attention to detail with the pedicure I had tonight. Hadn’t had a pedicure since before Xmas so it may have taken a bit longer than usual (due to my really rough heels!) but can honestly say this is the best pedicure I’ve ever had. With lovely shellac finish too. Couldn’t recommend more! I’m just sorry I didn’t take the beautician’s name so I could recommend her too. Thanks!

Amazing service! :)) It's the first time I've done a public review and I'm so happy to say that it's the best salon I've discovered in the last few years. clean, organized and 100% helpful and professional staff. I arrived late and close to closing, even so they attended me respectfully! I feel happy and grateful for the perfection of the nails, the cleaning of the pedicure and all the comfort. 1000 note!!! This is the only place I now go to for a Shellac. £35 for a proper manicure too (cuticle removal etc). All the staff are very attentive and really take their time to do a super job. And you can tell in the quality of the finish, after 3 weeks (and I swim and go to the gym regularly) my nails are still perfect, only thing you can notice is how much they have grown. Really, really good.

Being 100% Chinese, my hair is not easy to handle by anyone not oriental but after seeing all the good reviews online I decided to give it a try. Olga was very chatty and sweet. We shared stories from back home and present. She listened very carefully and gave me advice on how she’s going to colour my hair and what style to cut. The result is totally fab! For full head colour and cut and blow dry I paid 60 pounds which is not much more than what I used to pay in china and the cut was just great! Thank you Olga! Will definitely visit you again next time I’m in England! Stay well!

Had my nails done yesterday and I am so happy with them. I have been a nail technician for over 10 years now in Torquay, Devon. I have always done my own nails but I decided to get them done by someone else for a change. I thought I would end up being extra critical being a nail technician myself but I honestly couldn't find fault with anything. The lady who did my nails was super sweet and her attention to detail was brilliant. She was clearly a perfectionist. I would happily visit this salon again. Prices are very reasonable and they use lovely high end branded products. 5 stars from me!

No1 is my go-to place for wash, cut & blowdrys! I’ve had many layered photo-inspired haircuts here and they always turned out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. I also had a balayage here 2 years ago with Isabel and it was absolutely gorgeous I can’t even think of how many compliments I got for the beautiful dye job. As well as Isabel, I have also had a brilliant haircut with Olga so I 100% recommend the two of them. This place is a gem and the prices are amazing.

I had a balayage with haircut done. I was uncertain on the tones for my balayage but the hair stylist competently advised me what to get and it looked beautiful. I had this done months ago and I still love the shades I have in my hair. The haircut was super quickly and was perfect. Definitely going back once lockdown is over. Super happy customer.

I came in for a root bleach, hair cut and blow dry (after bleaching my roots myself for 2 years because I’ve been a student) with 3 months worth of black hair roots and so many different shades of blonde in my hair from destroying it myself for so long- Isabella the hairdresser has worked miracles! Not only did she get my roots the same shade of blonde, she also evened out my colour all over and gave me such a lovely shaped hair cut. Here’s a before and after pic. Literally feel like a new woman! 10/10 recommend.

After reading many great reviews about acrylic nails done by Veronika I had mine infilled today. I was thoroughly impressed with her attention to detail (pushing back and trimming cuticles, etc.), her warm personality, and the fact that she sanitizes her tools in barbercide (a rare thing to see in nail shops). I was also impressed with the other staff, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness. Overall, a superb experience. I will most definitely be going back.

Plus you can chose your technician which is a nice touch if you have a favourite. I would highly recommend as it's one of the best manicures services I've ever used. Best shellac pedicure I have ever received, cuticles were removed so precisely, I have never got it removed this well in other salons, by far the best no doubt. Will definitely be returning. Very friendly and hard working staff.

My go to Nail salon! I absolutely love them, the staff is kind and professional and almost all of them are very good at their job! Special mentions to Veronica and Nadia who are my favs for nails! A reliable local hair and beauty salon where you can usually get an appointment quickly during the week and find a Saturday slot if you book in advance. Prices are competitive with their neighbours. It's been there for a few years now having established itself as a worthwhile business while other salons gave folded. It has a convenient site at the top of Shepherds Bush Green , with decent footfall picking up quite a few customers from Westfield where the prices are exorbitant. Olga does my hair. She’s friendly, accurate and quick, remembers who you are( a gift in itself) and obviously follows your instructions to the letter. Currently covid safety means you’ll have to keep your mask on but hopefully it won’t be long before those rules are relaxed. The salon only loses a star because it can be a little noisy at busy times.

This is the only place from now on that I got to get my nails done. Veronica especially is absolutely amazing at what she does, I have never felt more happy with the results. I have short nails and she was able to make them still look amazing in comparision to other salons who do not do such a good job at this. The salon takes there time and focuses on every detail when doing your nails and this was the best part for me. It took 2hours in total and i couldn't of been happier with the results. Visited the day before I flew to the USA for a holiday. Removed old gel from my own nails, manicured and replaced gel. I also had a full pedicure and ordinary polish. The pedicure was good so was the gel at first, but five days later in the USA iyhe gel was obviously fading looking like an ombre had been done. I therefore had everything redone in USA at an ordinary downtown salon less than one week later Higher standards are clearly demanded there because they removed all hard skin on my toes even and the cuticle were trimmed to nothing. Both manicure and pedicure still look fabulous . Unfortunately I will not be returning to No 1.

Best salon on the area for a quick remake. Basic choice of colouring: one colour or classic highlights but at very reasonable prices. I don't think that there is something as cheap and as good as this place in the all area of shepherds bush and Hammersmith. Good nail services as well... Love it and I highly recommend it.
