Booked in for a last minute express mani before a wedding. Impressed for a number of reasons. Firstly I managed to get a same day appointment quickly which I was really happy about. Secondly I was super impressed with the really neat job that Maria did. Really pleased with how great my nails lool and I will be making this my regular salon from now on!

Just left oki doki after one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Seriously detailed and thorough to the point of obsessive. The service was magnificent and attentive.. all my questions answered before we started and more importantly, the price I would pay was told to me to avoid any awkwardness at the end which ..... me off in other salons. Large space which is thoughtfully designed and never been in such a large nail salon. They have also got a new lady there who does the best massage I have had in London Give it a try.. Amazing place! So so happy I found it. I've had acrylics for 6 years now and so far only had one nail-girl that I would trust with them. But I've recently moved and this is definitely my new go-to place. Also, they have so many color choices; I picked a beautiful blue/purple chrome that looks different under different lightings. I've been getting compliments on my nails non-stop all week, even getting stopped on the street and asked where did I get my nails done and where in london is it? Overall, very happy with the service, prices and my nails, I highly recommend!

I feel it's fair to take the time to review this place as I Have been a few time after moving to the area and cannot fault the staff. Originally from south London I am very particular about my nails but this place has topped my list. Friendly, clean, great equipment and will always try to fit you in with or without an appointment. Prices are very reasonable especially for the area and offer lots of other things than just nails. If you're looking for good gel sets I'd recommend them!!

If you are looking for a 1 to 1 experience, this is the place for you. I did not really want to go into a nail salon for all the obvious reasons no matter how much protection about Covidy stuff... I was more concerned about all the people. Emily came highly recommended to us by our manager. She works on her own so you will always have the same person which is another bonus. The space is intimate and very smartly kitted out Mani and pedi were fantastic. Thank you

No need to leave Canary Wharf to have an amazing pamper. Emily on 37th Floor at Canada Square has a beautiful space with views over London to die for. Super sterile clean and amazing concentration to detail Ive not found before. I have had on my shellac for nearly three weeks and not a chip or scrape. This is a totally bespoke service and cheaper than salon prices. She only does 1 to 1 to keep it safe. Go see for yourself but you need to make an appointments before you go

I just cannot commend this salon highly enough. The first thing that you are presented with is a lovely and large white interior which has a very ambient atmosphere. The music is soft chill but more uptempo and thoughtful playlists. The therapist I had was very polite, friendly and gentle with my pedicure and the actual finish was flawless. I even nodded off while having it so was very relaxing. My mother wanted acrylics but they informed us of a much better alternative they have been trialling and so far so good my mum says the UV gel feels lighter and harder than acrylic. Also there was no smell (as other reviews pointed out) My mum was given a 20% discount which we did not expect it was a lovely gift from Emily the manager. Thank you to Maria for a lovely pedicure too. I shall be coming back £££ : Not too expensive Hygiene: 5 Stars Atmosphere: 5 Stars

Went here for first time today for a deluxe shellac pedicure having searched for a salon near me with good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed! Warmly greeted upon arrival and very efficiently “checked in”. No tea or coffee offered as the website says but all else great! Ilona did my treatment - very professional and thorough. The salon is clean and well maintained and indeed tools are all Individually packaged for each client. Huge array of colours to choose from. The chair is GREAT - it massages your back throughout the treatment. Bottom line - I was very happy and will definitely return.

Just left this lovely salon and had the sweetest day. I have just recently moved into the area and starting to feel at home after today. Emily the director made sure I was attended to even though they were very busy.. Her husband is a gentleman and a fellow Scot which is always nice. The salon is bright and promising and the staff are very attentive. Emily showed me some of the best places to go in the area for food and drinks. Fantastic experience as always. I have shellac on at the moment but have had gel and regular polish manicures and pedicures in the past here which always last and look amazing. Currently visiting every 3ish weeks for new shellac manicure and 6 -7 weeks for pedicure, all technicians are brilliant and complete the treatment to a high standard. Very clean (you can tell hygiene is taken seriously) and very welcoming, always offered a drink and somewhere to sit and wait if I am early. Have been coming here on and off for 4-5 years (even in the smaller location across the road) and will continue to do so! If I didn't work locally I would still travel from home in Essex.

OKI Came very highly recommended to me by a trusted colleague. Booked a deep cleanse facial which was really well done with steam and also had extractions which were very professional and lovely products which I heard of but never tried! Lovely salon in peaceful area. Very nice ambient treatment room too. Well worth a second visit. Price was also reasonable as I had the extra Serum which is a little more in costing but already feels worth as my skin still feels very tight after 3 days... great skill-good price... and nice salon!

This nail salon is one of the best in London, for me it is 'the best'! The services delivered are flawless, very clean and hygienic and the nails artists are absolutely amazing. I travel frequently for work and unconsicouly I end up comparing services. Oki doki has spoilt me because the quality of their products is exceptional that will never disappoint you. The owners are welcoming and I love how they respect and value time of the customers as well as their staff. You'll be asked to ensure that the appointment is confirmed a few times but its equally important because cancellation costs their staff! Pricing wise I find it affordable than other salons in Canary Wharf but for me its about good value for money which Oki Doki offers. I love their Shellac mani and pedis, its stays for over 2 weeks for me without any scraping!

A big thumbs up! A great find which I will definitely be going back to soon and recommending to friends and family. I work in Canary Wharf and usually get my nails done at the spa in my gym. However was unable to get an appointment for this weekend. My local salons are cheap but then quality and experience is poor. Thus I googled pedicure Canary Wharf and this place come up with some great reviews. I've just come out of the nail bar and I can say this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Great service, quality of pedicure and great value for money. The place is clean and has many staff providing treatment making it handy for last minute bookings.

Discovered this little gem last month. The owners are very friendly and the staff are very professional. I don't get my nails done regularly, but my last two manicures were so well done and lasted ages- I will definitely be a regular! I can not rave enough about Oki-Doki! My bestie and I have been coming here for some time now and the level of service, cleanliness, skill and - importantly - hospitality, is truly unmatched. What I love is that they are consistently excellent. The ambiance is always welcoming, the technicians are wonderful and Mike ensures everyone is well looked after. I personally get shellac manicure and pedicure - which are always impeccable and last brilliantly until it's time to come in again - which says a lot, as I am quite tough on hands and feet! I have visited the Oki Doki bar yesterday and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service and professionalism. The owner of the nail bar is a great person who takes care of his customers as well as his staff. The nail bar looks very clean and the Staff is professional and smiley as a confirmation they are pleased to do their work. You can feel that everyone cares about their tasks. The partner of the owner is working hard to ensure their customers are satisfied by the service and she tries to spend some time with each customer giving them attention even during busy hours. I hate to admit it but I loved the place. I have never had a shellac manicure and wanted one as I have a you child and constantly clean the house or the baby, as well as work as a lawyer. So I needed something pretty and practical. I went without an appointment and was able to be seen either immediately or at a suitable time. I had my manicure with a girl called Mimi. Was given colour samples to chose from. Quite a variety so spent some time choosing. She filed my already short nails, removed cuticles and soaked my fingernails. Then the manicure began and I really enjoyed it. I was worried she wouldn't be very attentive to details as she hardly spoke to me but that shows the more how focused she was. My nails were beautiful, and really neat. I also didn't want thick layers of varnish and she actually made them very nice and thin layers. It's been a few days and still very nice. Will go back for sure for retouch and new colours. So yes I'd definitely recommend it! Oh and a lovely hand massage at the end was also included. 😄

I love visiting this award-winning nail salon; Mike and Emily truly make you feel at home. All of their staff are highly skilled and have specific tips and tricks that keep your nails lasting longer. They provide a wide range of services and all at a very reasonable cost, you really do get your value for money. Hygiene levels are consistently maintained at the highest standard. In fact, this is the only nail salon in the area that doesn't reuse foot scrubs for pedicures. They even have science laboratory incubators that make sure everything is sparkling clean. It must be said that I live locally but the service provided here is so stellar, it would be worth travelling across London for.

I have been a costumer since they were in their old site and it is really nice to see how they are growing and developing their beauty treatments even further. The hygiene is absolutely outstanding and both the girls and the manager are lovely. Service is always of high quality, this place really can't be faulted. Chairs are very comfortable, refreshments are always offered upon arrival and they have a great team of professionals available. Prices are very competitive - they are fairly cheap for London actually and the results are superb! I used to attend more regularly when I lived in the surrounding area but I moved houses although I still go back whenever I get the chance. From all the places I have used for beauty treatments since living in London this is by far the best and the most fairly priced for the truly outstanding service they offer. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice experience:) Express Facial is done with high quality and Vicky was amazing! Skin looks and feels amazing after! Shellac Deluxe Manicure was very good and professional. Also like the fact that it's not cramped in there being table by table like in some places but each customer has private space. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and makes you feel valued. This is my 3rd visit and again it is OUTSTANDING how they find the same results no matter who does your nails. Where I used to go in central London always drilled my old shellac off but now I know it should not be done that way as I wrote to CND the company who manufactures it and they said should only be taken off with acetone and wraps. Such a lovely and professional team or ladies I have been coming here for 3 months to do a course of Hot Stone massage and Shellac nails and pedicures with Karina and Agnes both are amazing. Work: Canary Wharf Live: Essex Been going to Oki Doki for I guess around a year now and they've always ensured my nails are on point. After going abroad for 3 weeks I desperately needed my nails done on my return but with one day off before work I had to find a local nail salon as a one off (not Oki Doki). On doing this, I left with regret... they didn't take care of my nails nor did they have an understanding of how to even remove my nail polish correctly! The above is just an example of how much trust I have with Oki Doki because not only do they know how to make your nails look pretty, they understand how to care for your nails (which is very important). Based on the salon itself, it's clean and the staff are friendly (I defintely have my favourites) 😀. On my last topic, I am very comfortable when attending appointments. I went to Oki Doki nails at Crossharbour with my baby today. They were exceptional, as a new mum who needed to feel a little bit like me again they made me feel really welcome, even going as far a rocking my baby and doing one hand at a time so I could hold my boy. They have a chair that allows enough room for your pram. The salon is very comfortable and spotless. Staff are lovely and helpful. I just came here to OkiDoki to have my nails quickly done as I had my kids. The pics on their website were lovely big salon so thought my kids would be ok. On arrival I could not believe how many mums were here with prams and NO NOISE! I was apprehensive as my kids like to run and chatter but the staff engaged them in choosing the colours for me so I decided to have a pedicure too.. I really am so impressed about this salon it truly is wonderful service very clean and sterile. I had a Japanese lady called Ayumi who did a really lovely design on my natural nails. I have been in the beauty industry for over 14 years working mostly in Dubai and Cruise Liners and I have become a beauty trainer/ambassador in the last 2 years and really admire when i see something notable. I can see this team have worked at perfecting their services as well as all the behind the scenes necessities the client's seldom see or know about. My friend recommended it to me while i am in London and she knows how choosy i am. Their salon was incredibly busy when i was there but i noticed that not one person waited to be seen and their transitions were smooth and subtle with no fuss. Another thing i must mention is they use a machine to sterilise all their metal tools which only very high end salons/labs have. I also spoke to both therapists who told me they really liked to work there which is a massive plus to have people who enjoy to work in the industry. Great team-Fantastic service and excellent prices!

I love this nail bar. Small space that is packed with high quality staff and materials. I used to work in Canary Wharf, close to the nail bar so it seemed the easiest place to go. The staff are well aware of lunch time restraints and always aim to finish my nails to an amazing standard with speedy accuracy. The manager is an amazing character and always remembers me, whilst being very welcoming. Numerous times I haven't been charged for shellac or gel take off, which is a bonus. Really professional cute and chic place. Feel right at home and you're sorted as soon as you walk in the door with a cup of tea if you like. Nail technicians are quick and clean and lively to speak to. Flexible if you change your mind or want to squeeze in a pedicure too. Been to quite a few nail bars in London - gel powder extensions from here have lasted the longest.

I have been coming to this nail bar biweekly for just over a year. I call before hand to make my appointment and Mike is always on hand to squeeze me in for my nail emergencies. They have an extensive colour range of high quality lacquer. The girls are always sweet and helpful and do a fantastic job. The gel manicure never chips (and I have a 4 year old to run around after) and there is always a cup of tea waiting for me in between the scrubbing and polishing. I can't speak highly enough of this place.

Outstanding salon! I've never shown loyalty to any one salon, preferring instead to go somewhere different each time I get my nails done. That stops now! I'll be returning to Oki Doki for a long time to come. Many of my friends have waxed lyrical about them for a while and I didn't quite believe the hype. I was wrong. The salon is beautiful but the service is way beyond. Everyone there is really lovely and they take their time to do a job well done. I defy anyone to go there and not be impressed. Can't rate this place high enough after receiving incredible service and attention to detail every time I have been to get my nails done. I have just had my OPI nail polish last two weeks with out chipping on top of my acrylic!! That has to be a first! It's so affordable and the staff are so friendly. Where do I start, first came to okie dokie for Mother's Day last year, the first time for both my mum and I, we were really impressed. The staff are all so friendly, they look and talk to you like they genuinely enjoy what they are doing. The management is amazing they always address you by your name, are active in the shop and are so polite. I have been a regular here for over 2.5 years and will go as far to say that they really are the best for me. I think it is that they know how to give Service! I won't write reviews about a place unless I've been several times to be sure that it's not a one-off. That being said – I've been coming to Oki-Doki every 3-4 weeks for nearly a year and it is consistently top-notch. The products are of high quality, their service is excellent and it's great value – I've paid more for worse results elsewhere. My nails are healthier than they've ever been; my shellac manicures usually last 3 weeks (and the rare occasions it's chipped or peeled, it was fixed without charge). The fact that they can achieve all of this while maintaining a sort of production-line efficiency is remarkable. Heavily recommend!

Amazing!! Highly recommend Oki Doki, and would go as far as saying it’s the best place in Canary Wharf for nails and waxing treatments, and great value for money as well. Been having my nails done in London for 18yrs and this is the best nail bar I have ever been to. Most importantly they are incredibly clean, all the equipment is sterilised between uses. The quality is fantastic, they are so efficient and consistent. Have been going for years and everyone I recommend loves it. Care is taken and even though the salon is constantly busy the therapists never rush the job, care is taken with every treatment and results are always perfect. It’s great to see how such an ethical company has grown through providing a first class service, and they have now moved into bigger premises and I’m delighted that they have now expanded their services and now have a hair salon along with waxing and threading. The waxing is by far the best in Canary Wharf, again clean and very professional. The threading is also amazing. The owners are always at the premises which keeps standards at the highest level and demonstrates their commitment to the business which results in the clients always receiving the best treatment.

By far the best salon in London. I have tried a lot of salons in and around London. Firstly, I thought it was too good to be true with all these reviews but now I have been here on my third visit, which was at peak times 5pm and 6pm, I both times only waited a matter of minutes to be seen. Very efficient indeed. Secondly, the ambiance and the decor are both stunning and make you want to come back. Finally, never been to a place that invest heavily in their hygiene. They Sterilise all tools which are used on you but the one thing I noticed that I have NOT ever seen in any salon is they throw away the little pumice bar they use to scrub your feet. I'm sure this must cost quite a lot as they always have lots of pedicures when I been there. A salon that is so close to the station, massive hygiene policy, efficient service (to the second lol) and a great price is indeed something to actually write about which i very seldom do. Top stuff!

This place is such a great find! I've been to an abundance of nail salons in both LA and NY when I lived there, and I have to say that this was the best mani/pedi experience I've ever had. Mike the owner is really friendly, the girls who work there are incredibly sweet, and everything is kept very clean/sterile. My nails were shaped and painted perfectly, and I can tell this polish will hold up longer than any other mani/pedi I've had in the past. One more thing, the amount of time they took was perfect as well; long enough to feel relaxed and pampered, but not too long where I felt like I was in the salon forever. High quality work and great prices, so excited to go back!

From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted to the impeccable cleanliness of the salon the modern new decor soft white lighting... the girls were all dressed very nice from the hygienic techniques to the kind helpful technician Susie who listened to what I wanted. The acrylic refill and gel polish manicure was perfect my nails were shaped perfectly she has an in credible attention to detail and uses the drill like a pro as was the same with my experience with the gel pedicure the skills and techniques utilized were exactly what I was accustomed to in the US... As an American I am very picky about my nails. Oki Doki is worth the 8 stops on the tube train a must go to and you will also be hooked... yes the is a real review... I usually do not write them but this review I felt was worth the time...

I love this place. Owners are always friendly and helpful. The nail technicians are also always friendly and take such pride in what they do, it never feels rushed. Atmosphere is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. I had to try a different place recently as it was last minute and they were busy - I was left thoroughly disappointed only for the Oki Doki team to fix it for me a few days later. Great place for a gelish manicure and pedicure if you need to be close enough to your office in Canary what without braking the bank and getting a lovely service. One of, if not the best nail bar i have come accross in London.... and I have been to a few!!! I've searched for a place that does a fantastic job on my manicure and pedicure, with a great atmosphere, decor and price.. now I have found it. The staff are fantastic, friendly and so conscientious in what they do. The end result is fantastic, with my shellac mani and pedi lasting 3 weeks!!!! All of the team make you feel very special, the owner is very hands on, taking the time to know and remember the names of all the clients adding to the relaxing environment. The place itself is very fresh, modern and clean. An open bright space with massage chairs for pedicures and plenty of manicure stations. Lighting and layout has all been thought about. It's such a surprise to see old style service being employed it really is a breath of fresh air. I am actually sitting here now 4pm having the time of my life. I love this place! After trying many different salons over the past 6 years, I am ecstatic that I have found Oki Doki nails and never need to look again. Most city salons use good quality products and follow the usual prep instructions, but Oki Doki's customer service, relaxed atmosphere, immaculate paint work and excellent manicure and preparation make Oki Doki stand out from the rest. I needed a full mani&pedi refresher today and had no intention to book the average west-end nailsbar, which normally ends up being super expensive for a not-so-great service and poor results. Well, Melissa and Ruby have been amazing - they looked after me and made me presentable again. They are really well organised and will make sure that everything from tools to chairs get cleaned and sanitised straightaway, ready for the next client - they will also offer you a drink whilst you wait. Think I have just seen one of the best services in a salon for a long, long time.. Not only was I attended to very efficiently and professionally, but, a mummy with baby were treated to the most amazing set of services which looked like they have done it a 1000 times before... This is a more European salon with British owners as we have always been to asian salons we were a tad sceptical. However, I must admit that the services were really fantastic and was assured that " no matter which therapist you have, the resulting quality and timing are just as equal" Therapists are all very fluent high level English the salon is sterile clean.. timing was efficient and product/price were just right for the area. Ps.. what a lovely and large salon.. only dissapointment for me was that i coupd not get a massage as she was fully booked but i was given a 10% future discount on the massage for nect Monday. I think you have to experience this to believe it. There is at least 10 or 12 major selling points here that other sslons try but fail misserably to do.

I came a bit early for my appt and was very surprised that when i came, every chair and table had been booked but the place was so really chilled and quiet... Never seen this before WOW! Hygiene was super detailed with a proper Autoclave (135' dgrees) and they dispose of purple pumice after each pedicure use. i am pregnant and the service towards myself was outstanding and i mean attentive but not fussy. I came to Oki Doki with my baby last week for some essential maintenance. I just moved from Dublin where I had my regular salon who got to know my needs and quirks... which took quite a while to get right to be honest... However, these guys at Oki Doki instinctively got me soo right within 20 minutes.. I chose them because of the reviews and the lovely Google images of the salon which is large and stunning!! They have a designated mum & baby pedi chairs where buggies are adjacent.. amazi g.. It is a true family place.. Prices are very reasonable and they don't charge dor take off old gel on hands or feet if you are getting gel done again!

I was really impressed with the size and layout of Oki Doki, it reminded me of the places you get in the States, even down to the champagne bar. They don’t use drills on natural nails which means things take a bit longer to get done, but with such a friendly and luxurious service it’s not a bad thing! I have been going to oki doki for 8 months now because I live very close to Canary wharf. Now I must move to Barnes on other side of London and have to find another nail bar that can come close (i hope) to all the massive advantages that Oki doki offer. Where to start: Well, I must mention hygiene: they sterilise all tools in pouches and open in front of you. The big plus for me was they are able to provide 2 girls to do a shellac mani and pedi in under one hour which is amazing. Then there is the quality: I've rarely had the same girl twice and it has always been perfect. They even advised me to give the Shellac a break after a few months to help my nails breathe which no one has advised before. I must also say that the atmosphere at oki doki is amazing and all the girls are really cute and friendly and above all, know how to look after you. This is the Go-To place for all the girls in the Wharf as it's only seconds from the DLR station at Crossharbour. This place is a lesson in underpromise and overdelivery in large amounts. How can such a place exist in London and i have not heard about it before. I only heard by accident when taking a local Carrott cars the driver had to make a pick up after me so he told me it was a popular local run for him. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. How i was made to feel special and treated like i was a regular. I spoke to a regular while having my pedicure who had been coming for 3 years! She said "Oki Doki is a London Thing " which made me feel quite proud. "They don't shout-boast or advertise it's all word of mouth" Now here i am shouting about Oki Doki because this kind of project is new for me in a city that offers large amounts and only delivers small percentages... Oki Doki is one of the exceptions. I, and my friends will now become regulars!

I value the fact that the Hygiene is num 1 priority here. I work for a medical supplies group and recognised from website they have an Autoclave sterilisation machine for all their tools. A very expensive piece of equipment which is normally used in laborotories or dental practices. I came on my lunch break from near Canary Wharf recommended by a colleague. Looking for a top beauty salon ? This is the place!!! Brought my sister and her other half here on Saturday after a bit of confusion around our appointments (Not an easy place to actually get an appt as they always have wait lists) once confusion was sorted, we were treated to peach Bellinis on the house... that's what i call service.. We all had pedicures in the comfy massage chairs and we were all blissed out.. I can see why they are always fully booked.. The phone never stopped when we were there lol... Luckily there was a cancellation short notice for a facial so i jumped at the chance and WOH... so glad i did.. They use Thalgo (French) Marine which makes you feel like you are at the seaside! Rikki gave a wonderful and guided facial with little helpful tips on hydration and reducing pore size... To top it off, she gave me a 10 min Indian Head massage (on the house from the chap on reception) Got to say this is one of THE BEST salons I ever came accross...
