I have been a returning customer since last year and they have been amazing. My nails and toes are always done extremely well with amazing care and attention to detail. Also, I usually visit them after work and the quick complimentary massage for my hands just show how sympathetic they are. I am happy every time I leave the shop! Would recommend 10/10 without a hesitation and lovely staff members to keep company.

First time visited this place and unfortunately I won't be a returning customer.. I had a colour change done to my toenails as Iam pregnant and I cannot do them myself anymore.. I feel like my treatment was rushed even though they weren't busy. If you see a picture you will see that nail polish went over my nail and the top coat wasn't applied properly and I paid £10 If I would new that the quality will be like this I would rather buy a £10 polish myself and ask my husband to do them.

The last review is an made out of anger. The lady complained of her nails being chipped after a week. Bath staff said they world rectify the nails but asked why she didn’t come back sooner as they had been open since the 26th! The women said she didn’t know they were open which is fair enough. Both nails technicians said they would redo her nails but she had to wait for 45 mins, as they both had other customers. All the nail technician said, was he were confused as to see how they were chipped so badly? The customer then unnecessarily started shouting at two of some of the nicest, hardworking people I know, then left before they could redo her nails for free? They were going to give her the benefit of the doubt but I think the whole thing got lost in translation, except only one person was rude and it certainly was not the staff. That is perfectly translatable to me.

Have been visiting Passion Nails for a few years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Whetstone. Lovely couple who run the place are always friendly and professional, they do a great job and the price & quality is great.
