I usually come to Pearl to get my hair cut by the wonderful Veronica. She is a real specialist with excellent skill and needs a especially great with curly hair! I have always had an amazing experience at Pearl and I am always recommending it to my friends and they also love it!

I’ve been going here for over 3 years now and Veronica, the owner, is a very skilled hairstylist. She listens to your needs and does the haircut. The salon is always super clean and there’s always a warm welcoming for you. Highly recommended!

Went to the salon for a haircut and had a great experience. Stuff was very kind and professional. Have attached the pic of this great restailing as my hairs were really terrible before cutted them around 15 cm and the price was very reasonable I was very happy with the experience I had in general. An amazing experience. Warm and nice service. Facial cleaning was deep and very thorough. The face feels recovered and fresh. The hair coloring was done carefully and the color was as desired. Very nice hair cut.

Good service, but be aware of unannounced price increases It was my first time visiting this salon. I looked at the online reviews and noticed comments about the service and price increases. So I checked online for the price of a deep clean facial (£55 including free eyebrow tidy) and booked over the phone on Friday 1 Feb 2019. My impression of the salon on Sat 2 Feb, was that compared to other salons in the area, it was professional, clean and has a very spacious area downstairs for treatment rooms. The facial was done well by a considerate and competent beautician. There was no eyebrow tidy (perhaps I did not need it), but she gave me a mini hand and forehead massage, whilst the mask was drying. My skin did feel very smooth and soft afterwards. After the treatment was over and I went to pay. I was surprised to be asked for £60. They had printed new price lists in little cards at the counter, but not updated the website. Any price increases should be brought to the attention of clients before a contract is made. Overall, I had a good experience. But I think £60 is a bit steep considering the location.

Amazing service, the nicest staff, and a beautiful result! The staff opened the salon early, at 8am, in order to style my hair for my brother's wedding. Ana gave me a beautiful up do, with curls and a braid, which lasted perfectly all day, and even survived the wedding reception! And to make me an even happier bridesmaid, the whole style was completed in under 45 minutes, which took all the stress out of the morning. Cannot recommend highly enough, thank you so much!

Dianna is incredible! Her hot stone massage is out of this world. Beautiful salon, great treatment rooms....peaceful, dimly lit, candles, oils, warm beds and towels. You feel absolutely 100% cared for....I was even late for my appointment but she still cared for me perfectly! Couldn't recommend Dianna more, I'm very pleased.

I have seen Andreaa. My hair were very long so it was a very brave decision to cut them on shoulder length. However, Andreaa made me feel very reassured and comfortable and she listened to all my request in a sensitive way. I love my haircut! Thanks Andreaa!

Really great mani + pedi. Looking at my hands at this moment two weeks later and it’s still almost intact. Only would suggest they improve on timeliness as I had to wait 15 min past my appointment time, and also the entire mani pedi procedure took about 1.5 hrs, so had to pretty much run out of there afterwards being delayed in other things I had to do. Maybe it was a bad day. I would definitely recommend them and will return soon.

Very good service, nice staff! Since my first massage session in this place, I was sure I will return, which indeed happend. Diana is a very kind person, a professional masseuse and knows how to take care of you. Even her clam voice helps you relax. :) Today she surprised me in a very very pleasant way! Why? Let's see: By the end of my prevoius massage session, I kind of felt very cold (is not like it was that cold, it's just that I have a low cold tolerance :P) so, I told her if for the next time she could do something in regards. Therefore when I entered the room today, I immediately felt it warmer and she actually prepared the bed with an electric blanket!! That was heaven! :D I have to say that I felt special and I enjoyed it even more! You can tell the staff really cares about their customers and they understand a feedback can be constructive. My compliments to Diana and the rest of the staff! I will definitely recommend the place to my friends! ;) Can't wait for my next session!!! :)

Outstanding service, you really feel taken care of. Staff went above and beyond although I only booked a simple washing, cutting, blow-drying treatment. They do have special off-peak prices, too. I will go there again and definitely recommend it.
