This is the first clinic that I have used to get my laser sessions done. The clinic provides an exception service to their customers. I went here after having filtered through many different clinics offering laser hair removal, and by far the staff here are amazing and really know their stuff. They explained everything to me in detail, from hair growth cycle, how the laser works and what to realistically expect so I felt comfortable and at ease right from the start. After my first underarm session I have already seen a slight reduction and I can't wait to see the overall results after the full course!

Before my microneedling treatment journey, I was been searching up which Clinic do I have to go? I found this London Premier Laser through Google that they have good reviews and with competitive prices to their different treatments. As a first timer client, I was really anxious, skeptical and having unsleepless nights for almost a week because deep inside I'm not sure whether this treatment will go well just like what I'm seeing on YouTube, if this Clinic is ok, if the therapist is good enough with my expectations. Today, all these worries were all gone because I received an excellent treatment done by Liveta from Premier Laser Aldgate Branch. She did excellent job, knowledgeable with confidence, well experience, very nice therapist whom you can trust. And to their very good manager Sima who is very supportive, kind and friendly. Definitely, this Premier Laser Aldgate Branch is highly recommended especially Liveta, my therapist. In fact, I will come back again next month for another session without fear. Once again, thank you Aldgate Branch staff to all your amazing job. Also, this branch is very accessible because it's near to train station, bus stops and shops.

I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I had a small issue for which I had to call the management in the Aldgate clinic, their lovely manager sorted everything out in a minute and even giving me more than I hoped for! After that I even had a chance to be treated by their manager. I haven't met nicer person recently. She was so loving and caring and within minutes I had a feeling like Im talking to my best friend. She was very professional, taking care of every single detail, checking how I am feeling, explaining every step of procedure, making small breaks for my skin to rest, respecting me as a customer and a person and at the same time being very friendly and positive, making me feel welcomed. At the end she gave me plenty of useful advices for future treatments and aftercare. I am not sure how to spell her name, but I know that she is a manager in Aldgate clinic and I do think that she deserves recognition for her hard work! Premier laser clinic have the best customer service by far. Each time whenever I call regarding an enquiry always help, friendly, welcoming never made me feel uncomfortable always greeted with a smile. I like premier laser in. Even with my laser hair removal always talking to me letting me know of each process and what to do after how to maintain. I must say I do like the service better than other clinics by far. The only concern is I have had 9 sessions for face with laser but I feel like my hair grows quicker and I'm having to shave often. I wonder does the machine work on hair that's black or on olive skin tones. But other than that it's a good clinic, hydrofaial chemical peels great have seen a difference on my skin which has been troubled for a long time. Will be only now going to premier laser clinic.

My primary reason for booking a consultation and filler treatment at Premier Laser, was as a 53 year old I had developed lines falling from the corners of my mouth - known as marionette lines. I was also unhappy with the jowl lines from my nose to my mouth. After a thorough consultation, treatment began. The Nurse treating me, Sarah, was fantastic at putting me at ease. As a 'newbie' to cosmetic treatment I felt completely comfortable and reassured at all stages of the treatment. Now for the results - fantastic!! Instant results, minimum pain - I felt a million dollars leaving this friendly and competent clinic. My friends and family have commented on how well I look. I look in the mirror and see no jowls, no lines and fresh plumped skin! I cannot recommend Premier Laser highly enough. The overall experience has been brilliant.

Roohi at Aldgate premier laser clinic is AMAZING!!!! She is extremely professional, easy to talk to and makes you very comfortable with the entire process. She listens to you carefully and goes out of her way to explain the process and ensures that you are satisfied. I have had treatments with other clinicians but didn't get the same results. UPDATE - They called me today and handled everything so well. There has been an issue with the call centre phone system so i have saved their direct number number now. They were lovely and booked me in immediately. Very accommodating. PREVIOUS - I have 9 Laser sessions booked and so far I have had 2. They both went well and the ladies have been absolutely lovely. At the start of the treatments it was great, efficient and accommodating but bizarrely for some reason I have not been able to get hold of them since January (24th was the first call) and I have tried multiple times. It just goes to voicemail (I even tried a different branch and same thing) I have left multiple voicemails and no one has returned them. I never had this problem before so I’m not sure if something has gone wrong with their message system. I sent a web enquiry today and haven’t received anything back but I will give it 24-48 hours and hopefully someone responds. If not I don’t know what else to do other than physically pop in. All I wanted was to book my next session.

I went to the clinic and had a consultation with Laurentia she was very confident and knows EXACTLY what she is saying, explained everything to me and assed my case and told me to go ahead with it, she was not pushy not trying to make me commit to anything giving me the time to ask all my questions and think about it,,, although i had few consultations after that and every clinic i go to would warn me not to get the laser hair removal done on my face but non of them convinced me and gave me the same explanation & time Laurentia did, the clinic is almost 1 hour away from where i live but i decided to go ahead with the treatment & get it done with Laurentia, and OH GOD! the results are BREATHTAKING after just ONE session the results are very satisfying its worth the two hour ride i take every month, all the staff at the clinic are very sweet welcoming and friendly they make you feel like you belong to them they take good care of they clients & remember them!!! My experience at Premier Laser & Skin Clinic (Aldgate) has been truly amazing, from the very first moment I stepped into the clinic till the end of my treatment, staff members were highly professional and genuinely caring. I booked myself for a free consultation and on the day I was greeted by the lovely manager, Natalie, who I can not thank enough for her advice and comfort through her knowledge of products and the treatment plan that I eventually went for. My consultation was handed over to the enthusiastic Roohi, who wasted no time in telling me what treatment plans are available for me but more importantly, which of them will provide me with the best results in a minimal amount of time. I told her of my previous experiences with other skin clinics and how I have wasted a lot of money on ineffective products. Roohi understood the struggle and introduced me to Cosmelan, a depigmentation peel, and what really became the deciding factor was that Roohi herself had undergone the treatment and showed me the entire process. I was astonished by the results and before the end of our discussion I had already made my mind, that this was the correct treatment for me. Cosmelan is a fantastic skin whitening/deep cleansing treatment, providing permanently visible results in under a week, after just one mask (out of two) my skin looked and felt completely different. The peeling process causes minimal discomfort, in fact, it felt great being able to visually see the progress and there is a strange satisfaction in it. Once the major peeling process is done, I did have a moment to myself jumping around in joy (LOL for real), and could not wait to head back to the clinic to show my results. To summarise, if anyone is reading this in order to check whether this clinic is 'good or not', believe me, it is a great clinic full of professional, friendly and genuinely caring practitioners. Book yourself a consultation, it really does not hurt to talk to someone and on top of that, it is FREE. Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent treatments that actually work for example the Cosmelan treatment which I had at this clinic which reduced my pigmentation drastically. I've been suffering from pigmentation for many years due to laser and sun exposer!!!! I had many treatments done such as the green peel, laser and many others but Cosmelan has worked the best and gave me instant results straight away.
