Tatyana is fantastic! She is extremely thorough and delicate, and she makes me feel comfortable during the treatment. The laser is very effective, I have seen great results from the very first session. I have tried other lasers and technicians and Tatyana is hands down the best one, and so is the laser used by her. Amazing! Thank you very much guys! I've had the great time with you and I really relaxed during the treatment. I've done the hydrodermabrasion on my face! This treatment will be recommended to a people with an oily and open pores skin, the same as mine. Treatment was great! These ladies have been doing all my laser since I’ve moved over from Australia to the UK. I was super hesitant to see someone new as I had been seeing people in Aus for a long time. They answered all my questions and my laser experience with them has been a Breeze. I have pcos so I get my whole face done as well as my Bikini, legs and armpits. Bikini is always a stressful process , as it’s uncomfortable and intimidating having a person and a laser machine that close to your privates. But Andrea and Tatyana at Hammersmith Britania laser clinic have made this process so easy for me. They put up with me wiggling around and laughing throughout the treatment , and constantly check in to make sure I’m okay both throughout the treatement and post the treatement. I’ve only had two sessions and my hair has already stopped growing back. Over the moon with my results and I will continue to go here for the next few years that I live in London. Thank you ladies I am so beyond happy with my results , can’t wait to receive more treatments off you. Worth every penny !!

This is the second time I’ve seen Dimitra and she’s been great. I hadn’t been for a facial for a while and booked in for a customised facial. She talked with me to see what my concerns were and we identified dark circles, congestion and hydration. I had a slight peel, steam to work on my pores and an LED mask. New for me. The practitioner Tatyana Kuzmina provided me full information about the treatment and postcare. I am absolutely please with the results in a less then one month.
