I just had an eyebrow threading and face hot wax treatment with Sarita at Primark Beauty Hammersmith. Sarita is so fantastic at what she does, really takes care of her clients. Sarita is the kind of beautician that you can just relax and trust that she knows exactly what your face needs and she does it really well. Sarita did my eyebrows perfectly and the hot wax on my face didn’t even hurt - and Sarita took extra care that all the unwanted hairs were gone. During the treatment Sarita gave good beauty advice as well which shows how much experience and professionalism Sarita has. I’ll definitely be booking Sarita again in the future, and I hope everyone reading this has just as much of a pleasant experience with her as I did today.

I have swapped my usual studio which I’ve used for years for this studio. Staff are super friendly and make you comfortable. Eyebrow threaders are great. Clean. Not busy. Most importantly cheaper than other leading studios.

Bina, my eyebrow beautician was amazing and I love the final product. I will definitely be going back again! I have had my eyebrows laminated before but this has been the best time. Great value and very relaxing! Unfortunately the supervisor on shift was extremely unprofessional on the floor and made me feel so uncomfortable that I was about to leave. Her manner with her staff on duty was disgusting and she spent ten minutes speaking to the beauticians like children while I was meant to be getting my eyebrows done. I was the only client and felt so uncomfortable that this was all happening in front of me when it was a conversation that could have happened another time.

I had been to the beauty salon in the Primark in Hammersmith, I got what I asked for and just beyond the lady who looked after me was Jemisha and she was super super professional the way she handled her profession and the way she made me feel. I also spoke with her manager Infaal which was also super sweet.I asked them already for the next appointment with the same lady Jemisha. Ps. Everyone asked me already where I did my eyebrows so Jemisha get ready you will have lots of customers coming for you. I can’t add another review 😞 But I was there last week and Bia ❤️ Just amazing thank you for looking after me

Went in for an express manicure a few days before Christmas - luckily got an appointment the day before. The staff were lovely and chatted with you as they did the treatment. The nails took longer than I had anticipated but they were quite understaffed for the Sunday before Christmas and had a few demanding customers they had to deal with (which they seemed to handle well). My nails came out beautifully and only cost £10! Really happy with the service I received - 4 stars due to the time it took but it was understandable.

Great service from Raj! After two years of unkempt brows and fear of ending up with thin lines for eyebrows.. Raj gave me a brow thread and tint and kept my shape and thickness as requested. So very pleased with the service! Will definitely be going back for upkeeps!

Went here on the off chance on the Bank Holiday Monday and it was great service by the ladies who were extremly busy. Place was clean and care was taken by staff on the hygine of equipment which was done often while i was there. This is now my go to for future treaments.
