She made the effort to engage me too (I was at another station). Excellent service, lovely nails - thank you so much! (and Harry Potter & The Cursed Child was amazing too, just as she said!)

Stefka did my deluxe pedicure and it was absolutely wonderful! My nails were cut, filed, cuticles removed, painted and all to perfection. She was so precise. And she gave me a very relaxing massage during the foot scrub! Leaving very happy and will definitely be returning ☺️

Omg what can I say? I feel like a new woman. In fact I’m offended that nobody told me about this place before!! Travesty. I was gifted a sensational pedicure by Mirela this afternoon and I almost fell asleep twice. I didn’t feel any pressure to have a conversation and was made to feel extremely relaxed. It certainly didn’t feel like I wasn’t a valued customer: Jade was also really helpful, friendly, energetic and professional. My entire treatment took roughly an hour (best hour of the month) and I would 1000% recommend Rawr Express to my nearest and dearest as well as perfect strangers (I’m like that) Jyoti did my eyebrow threading and we had a good laugh. She was friendly funny and thorough. She asked me what I wanted and also checked with me if my brow was as perfect as I expected it to be. Thanks Ladies!! Ash x

Just had my nails done by Mirela. She is so funny and full of energy, feels like you're getting your nails done by your bestie. She did an incredible job!! I was 10 minutes late to my appointment as the trains weren't cooperating and Mirela was super understanding and didn't mind at all. I initially came in to have a simple French, after a little chat, she actually changed my mind and we went for super minimalistic but fun nail art (French manicure with a twist!). I absolutely love it, thanks Mirela!! I'll see you soon 💖

Mirela was AMAAAAZING - she did my manicure and pedicure for my wedding - I hadn't given any notice about the occasion and she went above and beyond for me - even sacrificing her extra time to make sure every little detail was perfect. She definitely works magic and the team and super lucky to have her....she may get snapped up quickly elsewhere if you dont lock her away. I had my eyebrows and lashes done by Jyoti. I recently had my brows ruined at another salon, after 3/4 years of having them perfect and Jyoti did magic and they look a thousand times better. I wish I had taken a before and after photo because the transformation is outstanding, I don't know how she managed to fix them. I have gotten compliments today and have recommended her to friends. Walking around like "check out my brows". I highly recommend everyone to make Jyoti your brow queen

Bindu in the Oxford Street branch was so kind and helpful. She did a fantastic job threading my eyebrows and offered me a patch test for a lash lift. At the front desk the other member of staff (I didn’t catch her name) was also very lovely and talked me through the package deals, which I chose to go with. I then got a complementary file and polish again from Bindu which was great. Overall the staff made this such a pleasant experience and were incredibly helpful, I will definitely be back!
