Came here for the first time and met a really lovely and friendly team. I was offered tea and coffee which was nice. I came with my nearly 2 year old and they were compassionate and helped entertain him while I finished the last part of my 💅

For 3 years I used to travel over 12 miles to North London to get my pedicure as I believed that they were good. One day I was short in time and googled pedicure around my area. I found this place and visited: little did I know that I was going to meet my go to nail shop. I like everything about this place. The fact that I can have everyone do my pedicure and it will always turn out fantastic! The longest I've waited for was 8 min and the service is quick. It says 45 min - it is 45 min.

Kevin did a phenomenal job on my dip powder extensions. He was extremely gentle with my brittle, damaged nails and the shape and thickness is perfect. They look so natural, which is what I was aiming for! Also had a pedicure which looks perfect. I will absolutely be back for a fill!

Princess nails are the best! The customer service is second to none! I was running late and Mike was very understanding, he was able to accommodate me and stayed until after closing to do my nails! Had my first appointment here today after recently moving in to the area. I absolutely love my nails! I had a full set of acrylics with gel. I showed them the design I wanted (all black except check on my ring finger and flames on my middle) and they smashed it! Couldn’t have asked for better and a really reasonable price! 100% recommend!

He did my nails super fast and super professional even had time for nail art and 15 minutes left of my break. I popped in yesterday without and appointment and they took me right away. I got a pedicure. They had a good array of colors and options. It was a super hot afternoon but they had fans so it was comfortable and relaxing. The reason I am giving 5 stars is Bc of the pedicure itself. They did a terrific job. I HATE when I get my nails done and there is that space near the cuticle where they don’t get the polish. It happens all the time in London and it drives me mad. They did a perfect pedicure. The staff were friendly and professional. Will go again.

I went in for tips and SNS nail powder. They were brilliant! Listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out a colour. I'd never got the SNS powder before or any nail extensions and they gave me lots of advice. They were honest - putting customer care and happiness above profit. They're very nice and chatty so there's a great atmosphere there. I was very happy with the results at the end and would definitely recommend them! For anyone concerned about social distancing, they've done a fantastic job with ensuring the salon is safe! They've spaced out customers and put screens up with a gap at the bottom for you to put your hands through and they're all wearing gloves and masks. I'll definitely be going back!!

I got a voucher for my other half to go here for some shellac nails, she is already a regular and speaks highly of it already.She says they are always accomodating and the service is not excellent but good to very good. Apparently they were the very first nail salon in Hammersmith.They seem to do quite a few treatments besides all the nail stuff - waxing and even eyelash extensions! When I was in recently I saw quite a few european girls working there, on the whole they seem a friendly bunch.We're from the States so it's not unusual for men to have manicures - in fact I was treated there once and though it's not to the same standards as the Americans are used to, it's more than passable.When I was there to buy the voucher, they had refurbished the salon. It looks much better and I understand they are about to revamp the pedicure stations to match the standard found in spas.I hope they will keep their prices keen as that's one of their strong points!
